My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! Very discombobulated, they will not earn my business. Seems little shady to me on first impression.
