Today I had an oil change and a state inspection with D and Ronald. They were super calm and efficient in the midst of a lot of commotion in the shop. It seemed like some sort of corporate consulting Six Sigma deal... In a Jiffy Lube lol. I really appreciated that D told me the price up front, and set expectations for the time frame. Longest oil change of my life, but whatever, I got to sit in my car and Crush Candy while they were working hard. I always come here for oil changes, and it's usually pretty fast. read more

They sucked the oil out instead of draining it from the bottom. When I asked why the tech said because the oil filter is on top of the engine instead of underneath. That doesn't even make sense. Lazy makes more sense. read more

Wow! 10/10 experience! Ray and Joey are just amazing! I was sent to this location from another Jiffy Lube (Whitestone and Parmer) because apparently they didn't have my oil filter. Upon getting here Ray and Joey informed me that my filter had been so badly damaged they weren't sure they could take it off. I always take my car to be serviced at Toyota so I know Toyota didn't damage it because they send a video after every maintenance for review. My filter top was not broken upon reviewing the prior video. Which means the Jiffy on Whitestone broke it, told me "oh well, nothing we can do" and sent me here. They didn't even bother to close my hood. Literally had to pull over and close it while on the road. These guys took such good care of me. Not only were they able to remove the damaged top, but they replaced it with a new one for free. On top of that they gave me a $60 discount. That really made my day! They didn't have to do that, and I appreciate it so much! I just love kind people who do nice things just because. Ray and Joey thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Had my oil changed. Got home and oil leaking on my carport. Took it back to them and they said yeah we overfilled your oil. Cleaned the mess up. Go to use my air conditioner and the clutch must have had oil spilled on it does not work now. Clutch looks a gooy mess. Now I have to have my air conditioning fixed! Talked to my neighbor who said he would never take his car there. He did once and says never again. Add ME to that list of never again. read more

I have been using Jiffy Lube on N. Bell for several years due to the convenient location, excellent service and decent prices. I went there yesterday and was told it would cost $112 for a synthetic oil change. I went to another place less than a mile away and paid less than half that amount for synthetic oil change, fluid check, tire pressure check, etc. My guess is that the Jiffy Lube employees didn't want to bother working for their pay, choosing instead to sit on their butts and vape. read more

Started at Walmart - NEVER AGAIN. Do not get an oil change at Walmart - unreliable and under qualified. Anyway, Jiffy got me in in 10 min and completed everything in 20 min. Then the technician was like we have an online coupon for $20'off. I had no idea. So, this place does not try to take advantage of you and has service in mind. Out the door with synthetic blend on a Highlander for $80 bucks. Walmart would have charged similar or slightly less...but you would have waited 2 hours and nothing they have done shows confidence that it would be done right. Popped in with my striking blue Cadillac XT 4 for an oil change yesterday. Got in and out with surprising efficiency. I know that oil prices are, like gas prices, higher than normal. The two guys working at Jiffy Lube more than made up for this with professionalism as they changed out my oil and topped off my fluids. Cadillac, in what can only be described as a car part money grab switched to the use of a one time oil plug. The explanation for this was given to me by the Jiffy Lube team. Some might find the manner of the employees off-putting, but I enjoyed the direct approach and the fact that they were simply doing my type of humor. Do not blame employees for corporate pricing. I shutter to think of the bill had I gone to a Cadillac dealership. I can highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and the employees therein. read more

The hours show 8-6... however I got here before work at 7:50. Waiting for an hour and finally had to leave. Disappointed in this store. And when I called at 10:30 this morning asking what time do they actually open, the guy stayed at 8 o clock and I said well then why was I there at 8 and no employees were and he stated- "I was there at 8am, and I said no you weren't because myself and others were waiting there at 8 and you weren't there and when I asked for his name he hung up.
