I brought my 2019 Ford Escape in for an oil change and was convinced to get a tire rotation. I was pleased with how fast they got my info from me and how fast they got to servicing my car. The waiting area is a bit small and cramped. The bubblegum machine doesn't work; it ate my quarter without giving me anything. I could have said something to them, but I don't think they can do anything about it. So I don't blame them for it. I couldn't use the free wifi despite being told it was available. One of the guys there was dressed very sloppily. The last thing I want to see when someone is working on my car is their belly hanging most of the way out of their pants. Also, someone left their vape sitting out on the small desk that's out in the garage. If they want to damage their lungs with a vape, that's their business, but I don't need to see the vape sitting out in the open. When they were done, I paid and started to pull out, but they forgot the sticker; I went back for it. Then when I looked at my receipt upon getting home, they marked that I declined a vacuum, but they never asked me and I would have wanted it. I will still continue using Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, but I'm not likely to go back to this particular location. read more

Well this year was a lil different...They didn't offer a totally free oil change to Veterans but even at a discount the service would definitely continue to bring me back. This is an unexpected 4-star. The guy that serviced my car was pretty nice. They inspect your car and give you a sheet showing each and every thing they inspect. This Jiffy Lube (and their corporate office) are TERRIBLE. First, their tech's did not screw in the oil filter all the way, or the oil plug. After driving to Chicago, the filter fell off in my dad's driveway, spilling oil everywhere on his concrete and grass. Not knowing this, this I drove the car without oil in it and likely degraded the engine a bit. Luckily it didn't seize up. After contacting the corporate office right away, they advised me to tow it to the nearest JL. They put more oil in and tightened everything as needed. The corporate office in Fort Wayne told me they wanted to "make it right", and asked us what we would like. They offered a useless warranty for the engine and offered the clean the oil by hiring someone in a few days... My father and I cleaned the oil right away so it didn't stain, but it did kill some of the grass and tainted the dirt. We both had to take off of work to do this. My father will still have to replace the grass and dirt once spring arrives, so the work isn't over. It's three months later and we still have not been compensated for the towing, nor did they compensate either of us for cleaning their mess, or for our time in having to take off of work from both. Their tech's messed up and their corporate office did zilch to right their wrong. I highly recommend finding a competent place to get your oil change, because this one sure isn't it. read more

Only gave 1 Star because NO STARS is not an option. I took my car in to this location on Nov 1st for a simple oil change. The techs convinced to do upgrades and I paid $130 For that oil change. By Dec 14th MY ENGINE THREW A ROD AND LOCKED WITH NO OIL IN MY ENGINE AT ALL! And like the raggedy, unprofessional company they are, their insurance company and Jiffy Lube has refused to accept responsibility for ruining my car. DO yourself a huge favor and DO NOT go to this or ANY Jiffy Lube or you'll be in your pocket $6200 Like I am to replace an engine THEY ruined. read more

Went there asking how to rest my dashboard, when the worker then responds back with a smart ass answer .. I then went and told him i've already tried that , his next answer was it could be a sensor and walked away without saying "hey would you like us to check it out or even open the hood let me look". Fast, friendly, and professional service. In an out in about 20 mins. Paid less than what I was quoted over the phone!! No hidden fees, upfront and honest. They said my check engine light came on after the oil change. They checked it and found something with one of the sensors and fixed it for me, no additional charge. Told me if it comes back on then bring it back and they would take care of it. 5 star, A++, GREAT SERVICE!! read more

The worst customer service I ever received. I went there to get a simple oil change. I asked to leave my information so that I they can call me when my car is ready for a pick up. There was 4 cars before mine. I called 3 hours later to check on my status of my car, the worker states: "you're car been done, don't you know oil change only takes 10 minutes?" I said, "no And I didn't receive a call saying it was ready, I gave my phone number and name to get called" he responded "yeah I see that paper and you didn't write it on there to call when it was ready" I was speechless. WHY would I have to write it on a paper that they gave me to get called back and expect me to write out "call me when it's ready"? What a smart a** response. First off, if there's 4 cars in front of me, no I wouldn't know it would take "10 minutes" and I asked to get a call back when my car is done and it's my fault because I didn't write it out on a paper? Ridiculous. I'm never going there and I'll never recommend that place. read more
