Kevin tried to upsell me on an oil change, when all I wanted was a Lyft Vehicle inspection. He basically threatened to "Fail" my 2018 well maintained vehicle, unless I purchased an oil change with them. My mileage is not ready for an oil change and they were going to charge me $90 on top of the $25 dollar Lyft vehicle inspection fee. Lyft drivers DO NOT COME HERE. Especially if you look like a naive female driver apparently. Terrible quality that never had to occur in the first place. read more

Got my breaks serviced here. They obviously used the cheapest breaks in the market. Breaks will not stop squeaking even after taking it back to them, it doesn't go away. It seems like they forgot to sand the rotors down so the breaks crystalized and the squeaking will not go away. read more

Came to this jeffy lube because my tire pressure was low. Second time this week. They filled up my tires. While I was leaving I told them if they could check my tires because this was the second time. Gabriella came straight to my back tire and found a nail! Service was really good while servicing my car but when they tested my car after replacing break pads they turned my tan seats black from the oil/dirt on their clothes and just said "sorry" after almost spending 4 hours for my car to get finished. I now have to go get my car detailed and seats washed. I highly recommend implementing car seat covers if mechanics are going to drive peoples cars after a service. read more

So came in for a free inspection - was told to wait because he has 2 guys out. After waiting an hour and a half still not done and charged me $23. If the service wasn't free and he knew that don't make me wait an hour and a half to tell me tell me right then and there so I can drive somewhere else. This is definitely false advertising and I will take this up with corporate. It seems like a scam and I'm not pleased. He didn't do anything actually to inspect my car I sat in there and he just filled out some papers. Not very happy with Albert or this Jiffy Lube I was going to get my oil changed but I don't have time for this nonsense. I will never be back to this place again do not come here it's horrible absolutely the worst I've ever experienced in my life. read more

Diego was kind and courteous when I pulled up to get my oil change. I mentioned that I had an oil leak and asked if they could find out where it was coming from. He said they would check on that and check all my other fluids. The group of guys that worked on the car were fast and efficient and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I also appreciate they checked my brakes during the tire rotation and recommended changing them out within 2-3 months. I also had a coupon which they happily added to help save me some money. I remember the days when you'd take your car to this business they drove it into the service bay and they politely asked you to wait in their lobby while they took care of your car. They had coffee, a TV, magazines. They'd change the oil, topped all of your fluids for free and even washed your windows. Those days are gone! Now is all about doing the bare minimum while trying to get as much money out of you as possible. They no longer drive your car into the bay; you must do it yourself. They've always tried to sell you extras, that's part of business. But now, is almost a mugging! They no longer top your fluids for free. They want $6.00 bucks to do it. They no longer check your air filter, check the pressure on your tires, clean your windows. They change the oil and that's it!! And that's another issue; oil changes used to be competitive and reasonable, cheaper than taking the car to the dealership. That was the attraction and the value. Not anymore. They have progressively gotten more and more expensive. A simple oil change, with nothing added is $106.00! I can get it done cheaper at the dealership!!! After more than 20 years as a loyal customer is time to say goodbye to Juffy Lube. I can do everything they do myself for a lot less money. The convenience of time is no longer worth it. Spoke to Eric about getting a quote for my spark plugs changed. It's easily a 20 minute job and they want $120 in labor (for one hour which it does not take that long to do). I kind of scoffed at the price when I heard it and he got very defensive about it. His demeanor was rude and as someone who is supposed to get people to come into the shop, he did a very poor job. Also, why the hell are you charging one hour of labor for a 20 minute job?? Absolutely ridiculous. I'll buy a socket and do it myself. read more

This is my usual oil change place and they are always great, but today they went above and beyond. I had a weird metal on metal sound, and three staffers came out of the woodworks to help figure it out, and they did.
