I've been going to this shop since 2017, so I'm extremely disappointed that after nearly 10 years as a loyal customer this is how my experience ended. After my most recent oil change an employee accused me of stealing his phone and then showed up at my home over the accusation. This was completely inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I contacted management and was informed that action was taken against the employee, which I appreciated. When I asked for a refund or credit I was denied because there was "nothing wrong with the service" performed on my vehicle While the oil change itself was completed correctly, I believe an employee showing up at a longtime customer's home over an accusation goes far beyond the service. After nearly a decade of giving this business my money, I expected some effort to repair the relationship. As of June 27th 2025 the owners of this auto shop are horrific. If they decide they don't want to service your car for whatever reason they see fit they take your money for a diagnosis and not give the customer any answers on what is wrong with your car. Any business has the right to refuse service they do not have the right to give customers the run around and not be honest and then turn around and take their money. This business is not accredited with BBB and is highly not recommended. Bad for business. read more

My mom recently went for an oil change bc we had a trip to Cali and they didn't put the clips back in for the plastic guards underneath so it was dragging and now we're in a little random town waiting for a mechanic to come take it off for us because we didn't expect this to happen, we don't have the right tools for it and we didn't want to just rip it off. I couldn't believe she'd even consider going there for an oil change and had I known I wouldn't have let her but she learned her lesson. Horrible service read more

To be perfectly honest, I would have given a 5-Star Review any time in the past. I have also recommended KKL to others over the past several years. This last visit (7/26/23) was a totally different experience. Everything seemed normal until I got my truck on to the highway. that is when my Oil Pressure Warning Light went off. I took it back this morning, they took it back and handed me back the keys without saying anything. I quickly asked the technician as he was walking away whether it WAS full or NOT. He said - it was at 5 quarts, but I filled it all the way up (and quickly walked away). Mind you my silverado takes 8 qts, the paperwork even says they did 8. I asked the young lady behind the desk if there was anything they could do to make this situation right - she just blank stared at me. I told her, "Ok, I got your answer." I then walked away. - So here I am now, letting you know. Please check their work if you decide to go there. It used to be an honest neighborhood spot to rely on for your quick vehicle needs. I've come here for years with multiple cars and always felt they were fair pricing and never trying to scam you into stuff that's not needed plus they do a good job. I recommend them to everyone. However, I don't appreciate being way under quoted for how long a service will take. If you say 25 minutes I expect 25/35 minutes of waiting. If you say an hour cool, I can get picked up and do other things with my day. But to quote someone 25 minutes and then 30 minutes go by and my car hasn't even been taken back yet, that's grossly under-quoting me a time frame. I don't mind waiting for good service but I don't want to spend a chunk of my day waiting in the lobby after being told it would be a much shorter time frame. It would be better to quote, "the service takes 25 minutes, but there are two cars ahead of you". We've all got stuff to do so please be mindful of customers time. read more

Finding an honest and reputable auto repair shop can be a challenge, but Korner Kwik Lube more than meets these requirements. The manager is a nice guy with a sense of humor, and I was seriously impressed with how well the shop treated my husband and I on our first couple of visits. On our first visit, we arrived because we were having trouble getting a car battery properly installed. It wasn't sitting right, basically. The employees quickly got this problem fixed and to our shock, we weren't charged for this. On the second visit, we had an inspection to see if our car had a leak problem. The answer was yes, but again no charge for this inspection. Wow! On our follow up visit, my husband's vehicle mystery leak ended up chalking up $400+ in repairs. We got a quote beforehand from a local dealership in Centennial Center, and were quoted over $200 what Korner Kwik Lube quoted us. So, it's safe to say that this small auto shop is easier on the wallet and doesn't overcharge customers. In addition, Korner Kwik Lube goes beyond what any other shop offers, at least in my experience. My husband was offered a ride home while his car was in the shop for a lengthy visit. I was the 3rd person there when they opened. 2 people came in 45 minutes after I arrived. They got oil changes just like me. They serviced their vehicles before mine. I asked if I was skipped and was told they mixed up the paperwork. After 2.5 hours of waiting, my vehicle was finally finished. I wasn't offered anything for the mishap or even given an apology. Also, the person you runs the register was over 30 minutes late. So the garage was open, but nobody could be helped(except for 1 lady getting a smog) until that person showed up to check us in. These guys are honest and I believe their prices are fair. They tell you what else is wrong with your car to keep you aware of it. They don't insist on making the repairs for you with out your consent. Had my 1995 corolla oil changed in this place which only uses 4 quartz of oil, i was charged 5 quartz of of oil and i complained about it and said my cars engine only uses 4 quartz why do you guys charge me an extra quart oil that i never used, and the managers excuse was we charge "upto" 5 quartz for all 4 cylinder cars, the argument is not worth the time so i decided not to come back this shop. read more

ben f again. i just had to update in all caps. if you have a prius, don't take your car to these guys. they have no clue. my check engine light just came on after a few thousand miles since they replaced one of the water pumpts. i haven't been driving much due to covid. i got a check engine light. i took to a shop and co0lant almost gone. i was told needed a 3 way valve for $325. i took to another shop to double check. they told me there was a lot of air in the coolant system and that prius are tricky on that issue. we're going to see if the valve needs to be changed or not. don't know yet. but i do know these guys have no clue how to work on a prius. i was skeptical before i took the car there because they really are just an oil change place. they said otherwise. they called in their "expert" and that took 1 1/2 days when i was there. i never heard about the issue of the coolant and i'm sure they didn't do it right. i've had the car 3 years and never had an issue with coolant before now. can you tell i am pissed!!!! read more

Came here for a smog check on my F-350 Diesel. Was the only place I could find in the north area. Very nice, great prices. I will return.

Came in on Friday 9/17 with AC not working. Was told that they had to vacuum my system then refill the system at a cost of $143. Found out that all they had to do is put a gauge on return side of system and try to turn on AC to see if compressor was coming on or hook it up to a scanner. The I was told if I bring it in on Saturday early in the morning they could look at it. Dropped it off at 8:15 am and did not hear anything at 1:30 pm, so I went there and low and behold my truck had not moved. I went in and the man asked me when I was available on Monday to bring it back (I told him on Friday that I worked out of state and needed it to be diagnosed this weekend). Now not only do I still not know what is wrong with my truck, they wasted the only day that I had to get it diagnosed. Thanks for a horrible experience and I will be giving this shop a one star on as many sites that I can find. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money for no reason. read more

Royal and his crew are the best. I needed brakes on Ford F350 Dually and Royal suggested I upgrade to fleet rotors and pads. Cost a little more but I drive around town six days a week. I got them put on yesterday and I can tell these are worth it. They are much stronger. I also get my oil changed there. My smog, one of the few places that do Dually diesels and my fuel filters. Now they are refusing a refund even though they offered it. Do not do business here. They scammed us out of the money and now they keep hanging up on us. I got to say, that Korner Kwik Lube, is probably one of the few mechanics out there, that are good at what they do. I've been living in Vegas since 2007, and its probably the first place I got my oil change. I later found out that it was more then a Lube store, and more of a full body mechanic corner store. That really impressed me, at first, but I usually just go there for a smog check. Not really realizing I can still use Korner Kwik Lube for a full body mechanic, I decided to go to a Goodyear to fix my steering system. Since Goodyear is a good brand name, I thought I would give them a shot too. I had Goodyear mechanics "fix" the problem for $600, to have the problem return 2 month later. Going back to Korner Kwik Lube, we asked them to check the power steering fluids. It so happens, that they mention the powering steering fluid that was in the system, from Goodyear, wasn't suppose to be there. So we had Korner Kwik Lube redo it for $40. The steering work well, for a week, before the problem came back. We had Korner Kwik Lube take a thorough look though the whole steering system. They came back to us, saying that the Rack and Pinions isn't doing its job properly and leaking. Remember that $600 dollars we spent at Goodyear, it was for the Rack and Pinions, which was done back in October 2010, in this case, 2 month ago. Debating to go back to Goodyear and getting it re-fixed or have Korner Kwik Lube put in new parts? After deliberating it with the wife, we said SCREW GOODYEAR, they screwed up so many times, and over charged us, and let Korner Kwik Lube have our business. Korner Kwik Lube, has been kind of honest, and cheaper then some mechanics out there and they seem to be more accurate on their timing, then those that takes more then a day to finish something, when Korner Kwik Lube can probably get it done in a few hours. I would highly suggest people to this mechanic, but probably want to call first, to make sure they can meet your needs. So far they met my needs and very happy with Korner Kwik Lube. read more

I can't get into too much detail about how another shop screwed up royally, because I'm still waiting for a response as to what they plan on doing to fix it. However, Korner Kwik Lube saves the day.
