Manager giving fake discounts to make it seem like she's doing you a favor, they lie a lot here, they don't follow the jiffy lube protocol

Been coming here for years, about seven to be exact. All the bad reviews below, probably got serviced by the new workers. I really like this location, I have gone here for every one of my oil changes since living in the area. There customer service is fabulous and it seems like the employees have great company culture which is great to experience! I went there and the guy was really nice. He said go ahead and sit down inside So I waited a few minutes inside Then he called me outside to show me my dirty air filter, and dirty in car filter. I was caught off guard. So I don't know if they actually took the ones I was looking at out of my car. So I said to replace them. Then they said one of my break lights was out. So I had that replaced. Of course I don't know if that was true. Then he asked if i needed new wiper blades. And I said Nooooooo!!! But I had a coupon for the oil change, and they took ten dollars off both filters. And I was out quick. read more

Where do I start? I no longer have a set of wheel stands so I couldn't do my own oil change. So what do you do what any rational human would you pull up your YELP account and see what's nearby. I found this place and gave them a call and the guy on the other end tells me if I get there soon there should be no wait. So I jump in the truck and off I go. When I get there there are two cars one in each of the stalls. I look at the guy and he tells me to pull up behind one of them and we spend a few minutes going back and forth on what I want and what he thinks I need I tell him to do it my way to the toon of what he tells me will cost $35 plus tax I tell him go ahead and he tells me 15 minuets. So me and the kid takes the opportunity to walk up to a dollar tree that is located not to far away. We check out a few thing and walk back all in all about a 30 minute trip. We get back as I pay the guy he is telling me that he changed the oil and filter that's good that's what I paid you to do. But then he lets me know that they also checked all the other fluids and of course the only way to check that is to actually check it not doing it. So I guess if he did great he didn't charge me so I go get in the truck and you could tell that the had vacuumed it out so I'm like cool and now I'm pretty sure they checked the other stuff I mean heck if you're throwing in a vacuum why wouldn't I believe you took the time to look at a few other things really fast thanks guys. read more

Seriously, the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. Okay, that isn't saying much. And I said to my boyfriend that it was a sad commentary when a business does what its name implies it will, and I'm raving. But we were in and out in ten minutes, they were honest with me, very friendly, not pushy when it came to filters and other upsells and even told me about the specials if I show up on certain days of the week. I needed an oil changed I goggled the closest jiffy lube to me. It happened to be this one. I pull up the sign says an attendant will be right with you. I wait for about 10 mins a man comes up and says "you can get out of your car." No hello, how are you. Im like okay. I get out of my car and go inside. They try to sell me everything BUT an oil change. Don't get me wrong I understand my princess ( my car) is older and may need a little more love than most. Don't try to sell me bulls***. When I finally did get my oil change it only took 15 mins. I was pretty much in and out. I didn't too much care for the customer service. I won't be back to this location. read more

An outstanding experience! From the moment I pulled up to the establishment I knew i was in good hands. There are quite a few people on the staff lead by manager, Sami who gave me savvy advise about the type of oil to best maintain my older vehicle and keep it in good running order. The service is timely and in my case, beyond the call of duty. My ignition was sticking and hard to engage, so it was no surprise after the oil was changed I was asked to start the vehicle. The ignition was not cooperating with me and as it turned out each member of the team at this Jiffy Lube tried to start the vehicle. Everyone had such a great attitude and patience of steel as we all tried until one of the people on staff popped up and said, "Can I try?" He hopped in and my vehicle started up for him. There was a moment of excitement and off I went feeling a sense of comradery. I got the ignition repaired this week and I am looking forward to getting my oil changed here again. Only this time, the sailing will be a bit smoother, yet no less fun! read more

I really wanted to give these guys the 5 stars that I've been seeing other Yelpers happily give them. However, my experience with them today wasn't anything short of average. My civic needed an oil change and I didn't want to spend an hour waiting at the dealership or auto repair shop. I chose these guys because they were somewhat in my neighborhood and they had a great deal for a $21.99 oil change. The shop itself looks a little outdated compared to other Jiffy Lubes. But they have a lot of mechanics working, so service is pretty quick. (~30mins). Here's my biggest problem with them: The guys are probably run like robots and rather than providing quality of service, they just try to get the cars out as soon as they come in: 1) When I got my car back, they gave me the wrong sticker so now I have to figure out when I should take my car back for an oil change. 2) They did not do all the complimentary services that they listed on my receipt. Two of the items were vacuum floors and clean windows. My floor still looked like it had sand from the surfing I did this morning and my windows looked just as dirty as when I first pulled up. 3) I've been told by numerous mechanics in the past 6 months that I needed my transmission oil changed, but these guys probably didn't even check it because they failed to give the same recommendation. I'd think twice before taking my car here again. read more

Awesome ...good work and cheap. They lead me to the waiting room where it was nice and cool and had drinks. What sold me was theyre great customer service . they were nice and attentive to me and my DOG ... Love it. After they were done with the oil change they vacuumed our car and cleaned our windows. First of all, Sami was great! He greeted me when I got there and asked me what I needed. I was there for a regular oil change, and he directed me to wait in their customer lounge. Probably after 10 minutes or so, he came in and told me that I needed to replace my air filter and I don't remember what the other thing was. I like that he answered my questions, and did not push for the service. It was not that busy when I arrived (no appointment), and they only had one customer that day. It probably took 15 minutes for them to change my oil, which cost me approximately $35. Not bad! Thank you for a friendly and professional service. :) read more

I came for a signature oil change early in the morning and everything went smoothly. Richard helped me quickly and offered me coffee as soon as I arrived. He gave me an estimate of the cost and a copy of what I'm paying for before he worked on my car. I appreciated that a lot. Well about two years ago i saw a big banner out front , we recycle oil filters so i snooped around and sure enough they recycled a used oil filter right onto my engine and they did not check or top off any fluids on my car and cleaned my window with an oily rag wow was i disappointing ! read more

Rudy the manager and his team of guys were fantastic from the time I pulled in to when I walked out the door. I found the customer service to be poor. The men spoke to me like I was incompetent. Will never return to this jiffy lube. You shouldn't either, especially if you're a woman. I get the feeling they try to take advantage of you because they expect you won't know anything about cars. They told me my car required a synthetic oil blend and that it would be 69.99. That sounded absurd and I challenged them. The employees told me they couldn't put the regular oil in my car unless I signed a waiver and I would be harming my car. Wtf?? I ended up leaving. I went to the dealership and they told me the jiffy lube employees were lying and my car doesn't require a synthetic oil blend. Got my oil change done for 40.00 cheaper. DON'T GO HERE. read more

Today I had the best experience. I drove up in a panic not knowing what the sound was coming from my car. The technician Ronnie was very patient and so very friendly. As a mother with two kids, the last thing I want to be worried about is my car. He told me he would take care of it and sent us inside to enjoy the A.C and cold water. Great customer service is so refreshing. Today I was treated very well and I am so appreciative. Come to find out all I needed was power steering fluid. First time at this location. I went to this place for a top off, and the store manager said he could not top off because I had a previous top off. I decided to change oil. During the process of the oil change, the manager said the oil filter was too tight and I had to take it to last Jiffy Lube who put it on. He also said, a credit was going to be given to me for the filter. When It came time to pay, guess what????? He gave me $2.00 credit on a synthic oil change with no filter change. I've had a bigger discount with a COMPLETE oil change. at other franchise Jiffy Lubes. NOT THIS ONE!!!! SYNTHETIC OIL change/ No change of filter - $2.00 Discount= RIPOFF No customer Service at this Jiffy Lube. Unless you know your oil filter is not tight, take a risk. read more
