I gave them 5 stars because i am a loyal customer of jiffy lube i feel like they have always informed me of everything going on with my car until i got to this jiffy lube! I would give the other jiffy lubes one star compared to this one. They informed me on things i had no knowledge was going on with my car my headlight has been broken for the longest but they just fixed it by simply looking at it. I'm glad to know they are not lazy here they like to work. The jiffy lube on Adams & Jefferson has lost a customer. I'm glad they were genuinely willing to help and not over charge me just because i am a female. Tony was a great help! read more

First time at this location. I went to this place for a top off, and the store manager said he could not top off because I had a previous top off. I decided to change oil. During the process of the oil change, the manager said the oil filter was too tight and I had to take it to last Jiffy Lube who put it on. He also said, a credit was going to be given to me for the filter. When It came time to pay, guess what????? He gave me $2.00 credit on a synthic oil change with no filter change. I've had a bigger discount with a COMPLETE oil change. at other franchise Jiffy Lubes. NOT THIS ONE!!!! SYNTHETIC OIL change/ No change of filter - $2.00 Discount= RIPOFF No customer Service at this Jiffy Lube. Unless you know your oil filter is not tight, take a risk. read more

The guys were great, especially Sami, and really went the extra mile! Vacuumed my car too with about a year's worth of fur from my two dogs! Plus they helped diagnose my check engine light. I did not come on a "special" day, but printed a $5 off coupon from the Jiffy Lube website. I did not feel like I was getting the run around. read more

Will never ever come back or recommend anyone to go! I went by myself to get an oil change on my brothers car and mind u i was sitting down for about 5 minutes when not only did they try and up tell me to pay over $500 because the car supposedly had all these issues that they magically discovered in 5 minutes but also gave me a $57 oil change. I was recommended by my neighbors whom are men but they did warn me of this. I just told all 4 of them what I was told and they swore to never return. They not only lost my business but the business of 4 others. Also they really must not pay attention because my mileage was off by 10,000 miles and the svcs they say we're performed on my receipt were definitely not performed. I had been to this location several times before. This time a guy with homemade tattoos on his left arm tried to sell me a hundred eighty dollars worth of services that I didn't need. I told him I just came in to try the $1999 oil and filter change. He tried to upsell me a hundred and eighty dollars worth of services . I told him I would get back with my own mechanic about. The convict lookin guy Became very irate and almost as if he was trying to intimidate me, told me I had to have the hundred and eighty dollars services in addition to the $50 oil change NOW. I told him NO thank you and left going to another oil change setup and received excellent service for the $24.99 on the sign out their business and was done in 10 minutes. I will give insta lube a 5 star rating, when I get a chance. I give Jiffy Lube at this location less than 1 star rating. The owners need to come down on a Sunday and see his little boys playing around like they have a job there is different lack of management at this location read more

Good prices and the guys are nice and very organized. They started to recommend some things to me before checking the mileage on my car but as soon as I pushed back a bit and let them know that they couldn't just throw every service at me they toned it back and became more realistic about what was needed. I would definitely go there again. Unless you own a primo auto, make sure to ask the why behind every service. No need to treat an ok car like a benz. read more

Price advertised was $24.99. I had a coupon for $13 off the oil change. Manager did not honor coupon. His explanation is that the regular price was $42 and some change. Ended up paying about $35 - a completely different price than what I signed for, which I did not notice for a few days on my credit card because their credit card machine was down and they called for authorization (I did not sign a credit card receipt, so I may dispute the charge). Not a big deal but shady business practices for sure. Also tried to up sell me on "battery cleaning". Wow that's a difficult job, thanks but no thanks. Will not be returning. read more

I was very impressed with this place. I got out of there in the 15-20 minute time frame ohteers mentioned. I got the Signature service using the High Mileage oil. Seemed reasonable since I have 245K on my pathfinder. Since it was my first visit I closely observed the work being done. The guys were diligent and attentive with the checks and fluid top offs, including the differential. The manager reviewed with me all that had been done as well as letting me know about they give discounts on Signature service on Tues. Wed. and Sun. read more

He explained everything clearly and did not pressure me to make big maintenance decisions or make me feel like a dumb girl! Well I recently visited this jiffy lube and was a little upset at first about how I called for a price and was quoted $55-$75 over the phone when I get there the person helping me tells me I owe $101 I almost lost my mind. I explained that I had called and what I was told, this guy went out of his way to get the manager and the manager honored the price I was told even though I was misquoted. I appreciate them standing by their word I will be returning. read more

Came in early on a Saturday morning. They took care of me right away. Did the job in about 20 minutes and I was out. Was a little expensive, but it seems that's the way with everything on a car. The best part was that they explained what was going on with my car, let me know what services were need in the near future with out being pushy, and let me know how I could solve some of these things on my own. I pulled up at 4:30, you took my keys and directed me inside. I walked in and sat down right as a lady asked how late you accept customers and you replied "as long as you get here before closing time, we'll take care of you." 15 minutes later you come in and tell me that the two cars in front of me will take a lot of work and by the time they are done it will be past closing time.... I am nearly positive that it's before closing time and I'M HERE. I JUST heard you tell her the exact opposite of what you are telling me. This is extremely frustrating considering I have had nothing but good experiences here before. This though, was incredibly unprofessional, rude and overall tacky. This was ridiculous and I highly recommend driving an extra mile or two to another spot where they don't treat customers as though they are completely oblivious and ignorant fools. read more

Went for an oil change and had me out in 10 mins! And they cleaned my windows!!! Checked my car and did not try to upsell me- what a relief!!! Very courteous staff!! I'm definitely coming back here. They showed me the manufacturer's recommended services for my car and they were dead on (as I already have that info) and even tho I'm close to my next big service they didn't try to get me To do it now..... they just won a customer for life!!! I've taken my car here a few times and the service is excellent. I always get there early to get my oil changed and i have my transmission fluid flushed once. The guys are really nice and do a lot for you. I have seen one Ferrari come in for service one time so i know it has to be pretty good read more

I usually have to wait a very long time when I get my oil change but this Jiffy Lube was very fast and easy. I come here for all my oil changes and have gotten transmission services as well. This time I came for just a high mileage oil change. I don't feel like I can trust them to have done everything they say they do like check my tires and lights. They didn't even clean my windows or vacuum my floors like they always do. Super disappointed in these dudes for being so lazy today. read more

Used to like this one. Nice guys and good service. Now some other manager comes out, mutters, and acts like it's an irritant for me to go there. Watched out the window to see if indeed they were going to check air pressure sometime during the oil change like their check board says is part of the service. Sure enough they were wrapping up without doing that so I say to one of the guys are u gonna check the tires "oh sure" he says. Then he does it. A few days ago my 98 bmw was taken in for an oil change. I knew my coolant was low so since jiffy lubes includes that in their multi point inspection, I trusted them. On my receipt they marked the level ok on coolant. Well, today my wife overheated and we almost ruined our motor because they never checked the coolant level but receipt showed coolant level as ok. I paid 140 bucks and trusted them learning a good lesson. Jiffy lube is pricy because their service includes air level in tires set, window cleaning, vacuum of your car floor and the truth is they skip most of that, but in my case they blew an important one. Will not trust jiffy lube again! read more

The manager Sammy refused to give me a oil change unless I paid for a synthetic oil change into my 2012 Dodge Challenger. I was treated like a total idiot so they could up sell my on the synthetic oil change I did not want or need. The manager and mechanic tag teamed me and told me how they put regular oil into a car that only took synthetic and ruined the engine that was under warranty. When that scare tactic didn't work and I repeated I only put non synthetic oil into my car they still would not believe me and told me to call my car dealer and make sure. When I didn't call them Sammy told me he would only perform the synthetic oil change and absolutely would not do what I requested. I was the only customer there and my car was already in process of the change. This location must be doing extremely well to turn away paying customers and dictate what services they will or will not provide. read more

A great experience.. Since I'm new to the long beach area I decided to try the closest place. They were quick to get to work, having the hood popped barely 5 seconds after I got out of the car. They of course made recommendations but were not at all pushy about anything. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. The best part is you can almost always find a coupon to use. I called this place and talked to Daniel to quote the price and he was very helpful. No need to print the coupon, they will honor the coupon from the mobile device. Daniel was helpful, hopefully the service is also 5 star. On our way to the shop, will update once the service is completed. Update: The store has different pricing strategies! The regular oil change is $38 and then there is a coupon on yelp for either $10/$15 off the price but wait.... The shop also has a sign stating Oil change special for $25. Guess I only saved $2 using yelp. Smh read more

Seriously! This place blew my expectations out of the water. I went in for an oil change with my two young boys and was given friendly and immediate service. The manager (Rudy I think) was so helpful in explaining what I needed and what was best for my car. The person who helped us check out joked with my kids and gave us a full list of future services they recommended- all without making me feel scammed or pressured and they even welcomed me to come back and get a free oil top off before our next road trip! Any time I visit for an oil change, it's done quickly. Everyone is courteous and thorough in explaining what they intend to do and never too pushy in what they suggest I need done.
