Over priced and shorting people on oil. The service and workers are great but trained to repeat lies, can't blame them for "doing their job" I would stay away from jiffy lube and stick to the dealership for oil changes. Twice the under filled me almost causing my vehicle damage. They recommend regular oil sometimes then synthetic as a guess. Then they said that my vehicle was burning the oil up maybe because of leaking valves. This "fast burning oil" incident only occurred with them, not even Walmart burned me. They are either under filling the oil or just have crappy filler grade oil advertised as popular oil brands. read more

Not only did they get me in and out in a matter of minutes, but they were friendly and so helpful. Along with my oil change, they checked my tire pressure and fixed my front license plate frame that was bent and sticking out. I never even noticed it. Not one to write bad reviews because the guys working were very nice and timely. It's when you lie to me, is what sets me off. After completing my oil change. I noticed I never saw anyone pump up my tires. So I asked if they had because my "low tire pressure" was still on. He answered with, yes give it time. Well guess what I wake up today and it's still there. My tire pressure is at 28 and it should be at 34. If I'm spending $90 at your location. I just expect honesty. Will never have my car serviced by another Jiffy Lube again...ever! Took my 3 yr old car, which I park in the garage, for an oil change last week. At the end of the service the tech told me I have an oil leak. I said are you sure, I've never seen a drop on the garage floor. He said yes it's leaking. After parking the car at home for the night, wouldn't you know it, a fresh puddle of oil on a previously clean garage floor. I took the car to the dealer to check it out & the diagnosis was an improperly installed oil drain plug! I now have to pay for another oil change so the aftermarket plug can be replaced. I'm livid! I know they are fast, but they are also careless and end up costing you more money in the end. Avoid Jiffy Lube at all cost. read more

Normally I'll do my oil changes in myself. I've got both the tools and ability so why spend the money for someone else to do it, right? Right! Normally. My daily driver has needed the oil changed for about 3 weeks now, but my used oil containers are full and I'm feeling a little lazy. Since I'm going to be putting about 500 miles on it this coming weekend, it was time to look at my options. I was reading through reviews of oil change places here and see one yelper noted there's a discount coupon for Jiffy Lube available on line. I check it out and its $15 off which brings the cost down to a more reasonable $23, SWEET! I print the coupon and head to Jiffy Lube. The staff was nice and got to my car quickly. They topped off the washer fluid bottle (with water), checked other fluids, checked and aired up the tires and as I expect, tried (unsuccessfully) to sell me an air filter. They finished the oil change, I paid the bill and I was out of there in............. (wait for it) ....... .......... a Jiffy! 3.5 stars. read more

This is the only Jiffy Lube I will take my car to. They are always quick and efficient. I feel confident they are not ripping me off and that they only tell me I need stuff replaced/serviced when it's necessary. Kids come by all the time to get their bike tires inflated and it says a lot to me to see the workers doing that for them. Their service is definitely fast.. As far as quality? I'm not so sure. I just went in, not long ago, for an oil change expecting to get a good price. Instead, without consulting me they changed my oil to a High Mileage blend ($45). They were a bit weary when I asked "Why did you do that?". They said it was on record that I had received a High Mileage oil change on my last visit (This is true). In my opinion this is a bad business practice. When you go into any establishment, regardless of how many times you have been there, they should always ask you... "How may I help you today?".. "What would you like?" so on and so forth.. All in all I did not receive the service I wanted, however I did get $14.99 deducted from the original price ($59.99 - $14.99 = $45+ tax) because they offer specials throughout the week (Which is what I originally went for) SooOoo in conclusion I suggest you be very VERBAL with them as to what services you would like to have performed on your car. Weekly Specials Include: EVERY Tuesday, Wednesday, & Sunday $23.99 oil changes. All other oil changing services are $14.99 off. read more

I unfortunately came here on a day that was not one of their "special" days. My dad told me an oil change would run me 29.99 and if there was a special 19.99. Well I asked them about it and they told me I couldve gotten it for 23.99 the day before, but instead I had to pay 36.99. What? Did I get ripped off? I mean, I guess that's what the thing on the wall said but... I dunno. I'm just disappointed cause it wasn't what I was expecting after all these yelp reviews. They also distracted me so I couldn't watch and make sure they actually did change my oil. :-\ I'm bitter cause i told them what great yelp reviews they had! DO NOT COME HERE. I came here for an oil change and the salesman tried to up sell on an high end oil change. He tried to use scare tactics to get me to get all sorts of other services. I'm a wrench head and for someone to try and pull this on me pisses me off. I wonder how many other people they have nailed with these deceptive practices. FYI. I read up online trying to find a good deal for an oil change. Jiffy lube's signature service oil change seemed like a good deal. I found a $13 off coupon and went here thinking that the reviews were either really good or really bad. Well driving up they have a sign that says the oil change 'special' is $27.99. When I get the bill the guy tells me the coupon is not applicable because of the 'promotion' that already discounts the $10. This is, mind you, after he tried to convince me my car needed the most expensive oil etc, etc. I knew what my car needed and I could tell he was a bit taken aback. So then I check in on yelp and show him the check in offer for $10 off and he and another man say they can't apply it because it's already $10 off. I explained that the $10 off was not a 'coupon' but rather their promotion through yelp -- they refused to honor it and I got no further discounts. The ones who worked on the car were nice enough but the ones dealing with charging people were definitely not. I won't be coming back here, that's for sure. read more

This place is fantastic. I came here after work on a Sunday because it was one of the few places open when I needed an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were having a great special. I'd say all in all I was there for about eight to ten minutes. I'm always wary that they'll try to push a bunch of useless purchases on me, but they didn't. They made me aware of a couple issues in my car that I couldn't address that day, but did not push the subject at all. They were all very friendly there. I will definitely use this place again for my oil changes, although I'll probably only do so on days where they have the special (Sundays and Thursdays, I believe). read more

Manager giving fake discounts to make it seem like she's doing you a favor, they lie a lot here, they don't follow the jiffy lube protocol

So I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday. They change my oil and everything that they were supposed to do as normal and I have to say they were really polite. As I drove away from the Jiffy Lube and got onto the freeway I heard a windy dragee sound underneath my car. I thought to myself what the heck could this be. I pulled over and looked underneath my car to notice that the plastic shield that covers the engine was completely loose and dragging on the concrete by the time I had gotten to it I realize that the asphalt had worn half of it away. This was of course the negligence of the representatives at Jiffy Lube. I took it back and they refuse to admit that they were at fault. They said I must have hit a curb. I asked how could I get a curb when there was no visible damage on the actual bumper only to the plastic shield that had fallen off from their complete negligence. I urge you to at least think twice before going to this particular Jiffy Lube I know I'll never go again. read more

This place was very helpful. I used to get the shaft at EZlube, but I decided to switch here after reading the yelp reviews. The staff was very helpful to deal with both on the phone and in person. They answered questions, didn't treat me like a clueless moron, and didn't get seriously pushy with upsales. They were also very efficient. Cleaned my windows, vacuumed my filthy car, and aired up my tires. I was in and out in less than 20 min. They said I need some work done, and I will bring my car back when I have more money, they were very understanding and unlike some places, just informed you of the matter without forcing it upon you. If you need a place to get a regular lube and oil, in and out, real fast, no hassle, no haggle, hit this place up. Bi Lingual like many business' in the area as well.
