I came for a regular oil change and a transmission fluid change. I felt weary of the service they offered. It felt as if they were trying to add on extra services that they claimed to have noticed that my car needed. They said my air conditioner filter was dirty and some other kind of filter needed to be changed and also suggested I get the brake fluid oil changed. When they went over these suggestions they had already removed the filters and brought them to the counter to emphasize the dirtiness of the filters. I declined and asked them if they could put them back. I don't know much about cars but I felt more like they were offering things that didn't really need to be changed in attempt to get more services in. I would suggest going to a different location. It ending up taking over 2 hours even though they had only two cars in the garage when I arrived. When I drove off I had to return because my air conditioning/fan started making a rattling noise. Yes they were able to help me, it turned out to that paper from my storage compartment fell into the filter area when they removed the filter. I honestly don't think they should've been taken out in the first place unless the customer indicates that they do want the service. I did not feel comfortable with the work I received there and would not recommend going there. read more

Went to this jiffy lube and the manager had an attitude and he didn't seem very happy at his job. I go here when I need an emergency oil change and I don't want to go to the Chevy dealer. It's way over priced at this place. For a simple oil change $78.00. Give me a break. Than I ask I get a discount or a coupon to help me out on the price. I get a price of $69.00. Highway robbery if you ask me. Not friendly and I might not return. They also need to get the ceiling fixed before someone gets hit in the head. An example of very messy unprofessional work. They didn't get the job right. They failed to tighten the oil drain cap so all of my synthetic oil went spilling under my Lexus ES350. I went to my dealer to diagnose the problem, and indeed it was jiffy lube staff that made the mess to my car and they did damage to my engine then good. I will never be a customer here again after what had happened. The manager Jonathan tried to give me a discount for my next oil change. Will not bother! Lost a loyal customer. I get there they have an open stall so that's nice. I am greeted my a young man who takes my info and asked which service I came for. I thought he did very well. I lobby was very clean and the seats were separated well for the whole COVID-19 concerns. So this is were they loose a few stars. Once I have sat down about 15 minutes in, I am told by the main front clerk that they did have a part so it would be a bit of a longer wait. I told him that's fine. I wasn't in a rush. A few minutes after that . . . I would say about ten or so, another employee (probably the manager) approaches me and let's me know that it was the oil filter they needed so it was going to be a fifteen minute wait from there. I wasn't in a hurry so I said roll with it. Once my vehicle is ready which is now about an hour in, I go to pay but their computer wasn't processing Apple Pay or the credit card chip. So they reset the computers a few minutes later we tired again. This time declined twice (It wasn't on my end. I ain't rich but the funds were there.) So I said I will call my bank to see if maybe it was a bank issues. While I am doing that, they are taking other customers who's cards are declining as well. So I just let them know I will get cash from across the street. After getting the cash, I asked for them to give a discount due to the fact I pulled cash from a foreign ATM and we all know are the charges you get form that. I mean man, I haven't done that since like college. ALL IN ALL, I SPENT OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AT AN OIL CHANGE STATION. I would gladly have given them five stars were it not for the part shortage and the issue with their system. The biggest lesson I learned is I need to go back to changing my own oil. I went in for an oil change and necessary maintenance. Armando took care of my car. They did inform me that it would take about 2 hrs which is always polite to have an idea of how long you'll be waiting. And he was kind enough to update me as he worked on my car, also showed me the issues so I would know exactly what he's talking about. Keep in mind that you are there for professional services so know you will spend a good dime on it! After I left, I didn't realize that one or two of my lights were on, by the time I called to let Jiffy Lube know, they were already closed. I called the next day and they were happy to help me with the issue. They told me to bring my car back. I couldn't bring it in the next day so waited one extra day because of work and errands I have the day prior. When I came back in Armando was happy to take a look at it and they figured out the issue. I left with my car working great and all the lights that were on that worried me we're off. Thank you Armando and the staff at Jiffy Lube! You guys are very helpful and be sure I'll be back! I wouldn't rate this place any stars if it were possible. EVERY TIME I have got service at this jiffy lube I have had an issue. The first time I went here, they forgot to put my cap back on after giving me an oil change causing oil to spray/ spill all over my engine. The second time they failed to notify me that my cars coolant needed attention In addition to other items. They claimed I denied certain services I was never even asked about. I was told my receipt would be emailed to me which never was. All this is due to the fact the employee who was responsible for handling my paperwork was having a bad day due to the long night he had with the police and his baby mama the night before. This resulted in my engine locking due to lack of coolant. The owner of this particular store denied to cover cost of my engine tear down/ assembly costing me 3,800, and the additional fees of the issue that was actually called. DO NOT GO HERE! VALVOLINE is a much better location and reliable! I WISH I WOULD OF READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE I CAME HERE! It's obvious the only thing this location is consistent with is providing bad service and screwing everyone's cars up! I originally went for full synthetic oil but I was not aware of the oil filters needed change too. I am thankful of the recommendations to get my car in good condition. Oscar was polite and let me know there was coffee and snacks and waiting room. I was able to get my car back after a while, and it was better with driving. I was at this location just yesterday and was advised the wait would be about 40 mins. That 40 min wait turned into 2 hours because there were some technical difficulties with opening my filter knob and none of the workers could get it to open. Long story short Toni who was very nice when I arrived turned out to be the worst Jiffy lube worker I've EVER came in contact with. She was saying things like I can't open this damn knob and she didn't have time for it! I asked if there was a problem and she just went off on me smacking her lips and put her hand up to me! I then went into the waiting room so that my tires can get rotated and she follows me in and was smacking her lips and slamming doors then says she doesn't have to deal with my shit! Like wow!!! I was in literal shock of her unprofessional behavior and couldn't wait to get a hold of her manager. As I was waiting, the supervisor Delilah walked in and I started explaining to her what had just happened, not knowing who she was and asked if she heard anything but because she was under the cars she didn't. Delilah apologized and assured me this was not the way they do business. Thankfully before I walked into the waiting room I let the manager Eric know that Toni was being very unprofessional and he too saw the way she was talking back to me and agreed she was out of line. When I finally went up to pay Delilah and Eric both came in and were Both very professional and again apologized for Toni's awful behavior and advised me that my services were going to be free of charge. I never expected not to have to pay I just wanted the respect I as a customer deserve. Thank you Delilah and Eric for making what turned out to be a horrible afternoon take a turn for the better! Moral of this story is, treat others the way you want to be treated and Customer Service is key! And if you don't like people don't get a customer service job, it's not for you! Well this review is for the service I received for taking both my car here to get the required Uber Vehicle Inspection completed. My interaction was mostly with the Uber representatives who were inside the waiting area the first time I visited and outside in front, the second time I visited. The reps, although a bit distracted, were very friendly and helpful. I was able to hand all my Uber paperwork to the rep who gladly uploaded them online for me. I waited for about 30mins each time as there were quite a number of cars ahead of me. There's coffee, a candy dispenser, Coke vending machine, plenty of magazines (mostly sport-related) and a TV in the waiting area. read more

Don't trust these guys. I had a bad experience yesterday and don't think I will ever bring my car back to this particular location. When I got back into my car, I noticed that a bottle of hand sanitizer that I keep in the glove box was on the floor. I picked it up and put it back in, and noticed that everything in my glove box was out of place. Like, someone had rifled through it. Luckily, there is nothing of value in there, but there is absolutely no reason that they should be looking inside the glove box. Then, today I used the spray on my windshield wipers and it was clearly filled with plain water. I looked under the hood, and the reservoir had been filled with water instead of windshield wiper fluid. While this is not a big deal, it makes me wonder what else they did or did not do correctly. Did they use water in the radiator (which actually would be bad for the car)? Did they use the correct weight oil? Did they change the oil filter or leave the old one on? There's a certain amount of trust I need from a car mechanic. Since I am not a mechanic and don't want to install hidden cameras under the hood of my car, I am basically putting my trust into them to do their job correctly and with integrity. read more

I'm trying to write this quick so I'm going to use fragmented sentences as I've already spent 3+ hours with this business today. I came in for brake service and decided to add on an oil change since I had coupons which were sent to me via email. I was upsold on over two thousand dollars in repairs, which after discussing with my boyfriend decided only to go with what I came for- brake service, oil change, and belt replacement which I was urged to add (no big deal.) I was not given an estimated wait time so I hung out as most brake services take no more than an hour and half (and that's generous.) I realize they are busy especially with road trip season, etc! But the long wait time without notice, attempts at upselling and not receiving the complimentary vacuuming at the end of my service, Jiffy Lube multicare on Long Beach blvd just left a bad taste in my mouth. Before today I've always had an amazing experience with this company so I'm not calling it quits necessarily, but I'll go out of my way to patronize different locations in the future. Went in for brake service. Vincent and Armando were very helpful. Vincent checked me in and asked what I needed and I just said brakes, he asked if I needed any other services and I said no, he didn't push for anything else like some people do. Then Armando came to inspect my brakes he asked if I had recently got them done I said I did and he recommended the rotors be replaced. At first it was the rear so they did that but then the front was still making noises so I had to get those done. He was very helpful and up front. I dropped my car off at around 11:40 and just picked it up right a little before 4. It's pricey but Armando helped with what he could and even stayed a little longer for me to get there.
