Went in for brake service. Vincent and Armando were very helpful. Vincent checked me in and asked what I needed and I just said brakes, he asked if I needed any other services and I said no, he didn't push for anything else like some people do. Then Armando came to inspect my brakes he asked if I had recently got them done I said I did and he recommended the rotors be replaced. At first it was the rear so they did that but then the front was still making noises so I had to get those done. He was very helpful and up front. I dropped my car off at around 11:40 and just picked it up right a little before 4. It's pricey but Armando helped with what he could and even stayed a little longer for me to get there. I only went to this jiffy lube because it was close to home and they had coupons, but would definitely return for additional services. Thank you Armando and Vincent. read more

You put motor oil in our diesel truck! As we are on our way to our vacation towing our boat, we have to find a place who will do an emergency oil change because our oil pressure is nonexistent and probably doing damage to our engine. Never again!!!!! I will just go to Honda Dealer in Carson from now on.My tired pressure indicator light was on due to low air, they checked on all paperwork that everyone was checked and good. I had a groupon and got a discount. I still expect quality service. On 07/12/18, I took my 2016 black Jeep Cherokee to them. The next day, I found 2 spots on my fender. I had just waxed the car, so I knew the fenders were clean. I tried waxing again, the spots remain. This past weekend, my battery died and I had to open my hood. I found several oil markings on my engine cowl, I even found a small puddle of oil on one of the hood supports. While the service was fairly quick, this sloppy service is not acceptable. I will never use ANY Jiffy Lube again. read more

Hello, Jiffy Lube should change there name to Crooked Lube .... this place is a joke, you go there for a simple oil change and they come back to you with all kinda other things they claim is wrong with your vehicle. They over charge you for one thing, and they are always trying to up sell you on items they claim you need for your car. Air filters typically cost $5-20 dollars they will try to get $30-50 dollars out your pocket. For some strange reason they are always saying "when was the last time you changed your transmission fluid " there answer we can do it for $ 130/200 dollars we recommend you change it every six months! There new thing now is your spark plugs needs to be changed! Spark plugs typically get changed every 30k-40k miles! My question to you Jiffy Lube are you guys automotive oil specialist? So I went for an oil change, of course they give an inspection and recommend you to have it serviced. My battery is reading at 0. They provided a meter screen that shows good/fair/bad and it was all indicating 0 on red. Now I knew in my heart that my battery isn't old nor need a replacement yet, but who knows? Looked up my date of services, my brand new battery from Auto zone was replaced last year on 03/14/19. OK sure. Maybe it's a malfunction or something. But I got that 5yr warranty, so it isn't a problem. I made my way to get it checked out and guess what? AutoZone's machine indicated that it's 100% good all were passing. Not only that they looked at my oil that was just changed by Jiffy Lube minutes ago, stated that my oil is low. How the heaven I just got it changed, paid $70 and told by another person that it is low? That just means this place is full of crap and wasn't giving me the service that I had paid for. Done! Spent all this money for MORE problems to my car. Came in a few months ago to simply get an oil change, but of course they found things wrong with my car and pushed me to get my brakes done. So, considering the fact that I indeed needed new breaks I did end up getting them done as well as an oil change; not to mention the man that helped me was super nice and his hospitality was on point, so of course I trusted him. Anyways, prior to getting an oil change at this location my cousin would do my oil changes at her shop and they would last me a good 4-5 months with extensive driving and I had no problems. But not even 3 months after I get my oil change here my car started making these weird ticking noises and my little BMW coupe sounded like a truck every time I turned it on! After my boyfriend and I did some research we found out that my car had absolutely NO OIL in its engine, like it was bone dry! We had to go buy oil from autozone and put it in my car, so what was the point of paying all this money if I was just going to have to buy my own oil anyways? I could've done that myself or somewhere else for a cheaper price. It's like they never even put oil in my car, which in turn caused WAY more problems than I bargained for. read more

I went on a Saturday afternoon and got checked in quick. Waiting room has about 10 chairs, coffee, TV, and magazines. My car was done in about 30 minutes. Used a groupon with no problem. I was worried about some of the reviews about drain caps being left off, so waited a few days before posting my review to ensure the job was done well and it was. Just like the rest of these reviews they've broke my oil plug and not only did they try to "fix" it before I found out they lied to me and said I had a leak. They're not reliable. They're untrustworthy. I've filed a claim with corporate because they replaced my oil plug with a bigger sized one. And it's been over 2 weeks and no response from the owner whatsoever. I have a 2013 Kia Optima and I went here yesterday for a quick oil change before driving to Las Vegas. At first my brother and I were going to do it ourselves but it would take longer than bringing it in so that's how we ended up here in the first place. Fortunately they were super quick which was great and all but it did cost me more than I was hoping it would. As I was driving back to my brother's house afterwards, (he lives down the street) (luckily), I noticed my car sounded like it suddenly had a new exhaust. Super loud, had some bass to it. Noticed some vibrations under the hood on the driver's side as well. Sounded like something with the air filter which would be weird cause that's not part of an oil change.. When I got there I checked under the hood and everything oil change related was fine, (caps were on, dipstick was there, etc) except that I was right about the air filter. They unhooked my air filter. I assure you it wasn't like that before, and it's unfortunate they would do that. Why? Just so I'd come back and be like "oh help, my car is being weird and I was just here"? Not this girl. Not saying I know everything about cars, just saying that I know a few things and unhooking my air filter during a routine oil change wasn't necessary...and neither was leaving it disconnected just to cause worse problems down the line like stalling, etc., especially before a long solo drive thru the desert. It wasn't a good service and I was there all day long I got there at 12:30 and ended up leaving at 2:20 to get an oil change and there were only 2 cars in front I didn't understand why it took so long to get 2 cars done and same thing with the other lane they have opened was going slower. I had my brakes changed and about a year later o needed service on my tires and I then noticed my wheel key was not where it's always been in a pouch connected to the car jack. I went back and they said due to the length of time they can not do anything about it. So I'm being penalized because due to their negligence. During a brake fix and oil change, they broke off a metal bit that connected the thermostat and LIED about it, saying they were able to reconnect it. After SIX HOURS, they hurriedly shooed my husband out the door with an (expired) $5 coupon promo card. A few days later, the car breaks down and is overheating dangerously in the middle of nowhere (of course.) We get AAA to come out and tow the car to a service station who found that not only did they break the part they lied about, but they also had tried jamming and gluing in a plastic non-manufacturer part into the hole, basically making that entire portion of the car a huge, unusable mess that needed to be completely replaced. We were out of a car for a week while the other place had to special order both parts to fix Jiffy Lube's mistake. After we FINALLY got a hold of a manager, he said Jiffy Lube would send a reimbursement check from corporate (it was almost $500 to fix their ridiculous error.) A month and a half later and we have no reimbursement check and no word from management. I called corporate and they had no idea what I was talking about. I'm awaiting a call back from the district manager because whoever I spoke to from their office couldn't help me, for whatever absurd reason Jiffy Lube will come up with, I'm sure.
