Definitely not a 15 min oil change. I spent more than an hour in my can waiting to move forward with one car in front of me. The guy attending was polite. The biggest issue I had was that during the oil change I asked for my wipers to be changed. I saw them remove and install a new one. Only one. Once the service was complete the guy attending me comes up and asks me if I could pull up as the second wiper was ordered and would arrive in ten minutes. I said ok. I waited ten minutes. At that point I had to be somewhere, so I had to leave. Why install a wiper without having the other one on hand and make the customer wait? Don't install anything if you don't have all components on hand. read more

Went in asking about an oil change. They took me to the waiting room and said someone would be with me. They started a full multipoint inspection and service before even discussing what was offered and the cost. When I went in the shop to ask what they were doing. He rudely said. You said you wanted an oil change. We are doing that. I got to talk with someone at the end. Their prices were very high. But that was partly my fault for not being more insisting before handing over the keys. What was upsetting was they tried to upsell me on every item in there multi point inspection. Went for inspection. There before opening at 8 AM. Told that it would be a hour and half wait. When asked why, the reply was, "We only have 3 technician." You only had one other car besides myself. After towing my car to a dealership, they reversed that promise and denied responsibility. I've now had to file a small claims lawsuit to recover the cost of the damage, and I've been left without reliable transportation and paying out of pocket to rental car, and stuck with a huge bill for the damages they caused as a result. Long story short, I went here to get a state inspection completed. During the inspection, one of the workers notified me that my license plate lights and brake lights were fried and I needed to purchase new ones. He informed me Jiffy Lube prices each light at a ridiculously expensive price, and he told me AutoZone sells the lights at a fraction of the cost. So, I found myself going to AutoZone to purchase the lights and he was right (I paid just shy of $20 for the lights I needed whereas Jiffy Lube would've charged me over $100 for the same lights). However, upon my return, I was told the state inspector had to step out due to a personal emergency. That was rather inconvenient for me, but that kind of thing happens. So, I went home, feeling like I had essentially accomplished nothing. Once I returned the next day, the same inspector was there from the day before, the guy who told me about the lights and whatnot. He informed me once more that AutoZone didn't give me the correct brake lights (I told the AutoZone clerk exactly what my make and model was so it would seem they clearly need to update their system). However, he told me he would charge for the lights, but would wave my inspection fee of $25, which was an exceptionally nice thing to do. All in all, if you are looking for a good place to get a tire rotation, oil change, tune-up, or state inspection, this is the place to go. This is my first review I am leaving. I am not doing 1 star because the staff were actually nice for the most part. I got in for an oil change at 515 and I knew they closed at 6 so that part may have been on me but I work 8-5 and it's hard to find places open when I get off work. It took me waiting an hour for them to come tell me they were out of the oil I needed and I could come in the next time so they can order it. I am new to the area, but not a new Jiffy Lube customer. So, the expectation of quality service is expected. I arrived @ 11:33 am and there was a line. The service seems a little slow, but maybe they are meticulous and careful. My car was taken in @ 12:27 pm. I was under the impression based on prior services @ Pioneer Parkway location and the email I received that I could stay in my car, that was not the case. I waited in the lobby. There were other customers waiting, but we implemented our own social distance protocol. I wanted to take advantage of the FREE STORM RECOVERY PACKAGE that was sent through an email offer, but they were unaware of the offer. As a result, I was unable to take advantage of that. I was asked what oil I wanted and hoped that the systems would sync, but they didn't so I was unable to adequately answer the question. Nonetheless, Dak was willing to assist his best. This location doesn't offer teacher discounts either, as I was told that corporate and franchise locations have different capabilities. I also opted to get a tire rotation, but declined the other offers. I didn't feel any pressure to get them either. I appreciated that. I was there a little longer than expected, but Dak informed me they were training three new guys. That makes sense. I plan to visit again in efforts to make a better assessment. 1:40 pm - I don't use my glove compartment, but I know that it is accessed whenever I come to JL. So, it appears that they may have gotten it off track as when o opened it, it fell completely out. I had to pull over to fix it. I will inquire about it when I return. They failed to reset my maintenance indicator after the service was completed and my low tire pressure indicator is activated. I was cashed out @ 1:10 pm and was in my car by 1:20. read more

Visiting for the holiday & wanted to get my oil changed for the road trip back home. We anticipated maybe a 25-30 minute timeframe. Ww arrived & waited about 15 minutes. Once the truck was prepped they came out & informed us they ran out of oil & needed to go get it. After over an hour, we were frowned upon for presenting a coupon for $20 (mind you on line there is a $26 for the services rendered). We were then informed we would be charged more than originally quoted...hmm I guess customers' time/satisfaction nor customer service will be goals at this location for the year. I will not be made to wait to be nickled & dimed at this place again. But they did offer to top off my coolant for $10!!! read more

I've had two pleasant experiences here. They changed my oil and did a great job. Three young men were working and communicating and the whole process took maybe thirty minutes. A couple of weeks later, I realized my undercarriage splash guard was dragging, so I went back to Jiffy Lube to see if they had maybe left off a screw or something. (I assumed it was them, and they were unfazed) It turns out my splash guard was bent downward (due to my negligence not theirs), but the guys were really nice to examine it and zip tie it for me for free until I could get to the dealership. They also had documentation that my splash guard was intact, and free of damage when I had been in for my oil change. Ultimately, I appreciate the fact that they would even take a second look for me, and to make it at least safe for me to drive. read more

these people broke my clip off going to the cabin filter compartment. didn't even tell me plus when I went to pay the dude said it was $900 and something dollars and I only got a dang oil change. you better look at the receipt every time you go here. plus check all work done by these people. This place is a joke. The little guy at the counter has poor customer service and a smart mouth. The mechanic tell me to order a oil pan for my car. He give me the part number and everything, says the job would take two hours. I arrived at 7:30 am and left at 1:20 pm. Only for them to tell me the part doesn't fit. To make matters worse, they charged me full price as if the issue was fixed without offering a discount for the mechanics mistake on information he gave as a professional. Unethical predatory sales practices at this location. I sent my teenage son up to get an oil change and a state inspection. He called me later to let me know if cost his $227. I immediately drove up to location and reviewed his receipt. They had told him that he had to replace windshield wipers for $50 to pass inspection. Not given an option to replace himself, even though I had inspected these a few weeks prior. They also told him he needed $80 worth of air cabin and engine air filter replacements. They didn't explain options. They didn't tell him upfront the costs. They used high pressure tactics so that he said yes, only to find out the price later. I asked the management about these bogus up selling items and was told by the manager he would put the old ones back in and refund my money. At this point, I didn't want them touching the car as their is no assurance what they would be putting back in the car. He didn't offer a partial refund or anything. I explained we had seven vehicles in the family and that we would take all of our business elsewhere. Word to the wise.....do NOT send young kids or your elderly parents to this location as they will be taken advantage off. Worse customer service I've experienced out of any business in a very long time. read more

Went here for a state inspection. After failing to upsell me with a new overpriced cabin filter, they reinstalled my old one. On the way home, I noticed a musty smell coming from my vents. When I got home I discovered that they had reinstalled the old filter backwards, causing the previously trapped dirt to be blown right back at me. I was able to purchase and install a new filter for less than half the price they were asking. I hope this was just an honest mistake on their part. In any event, I will not be back. read more

They lost a key fob (for our other vehicle that was not with us on today's visit), which was magically gone when the key ring was returned after an inspection. Was literally told by the manager, Cameron, "Yeah - if you're looking for us to pay for a key, that's not gonna happen." Well, when the key was there last night and this morning - and it no longer is while the key ring/car were in your care - yeah, you are. I work in customer experience and will make it my hobby to encourage others to not do business here until things are made right. I'll even seek legal help if need be, because key fobs are not cheap. read more

I really needed both an Oil change and a State inspection done today. Really all of the gentlemen that helped were nice...just....not great with communication. If i could give 2.5 stars, that seems like more of a fair review. I dropped my car off to be serviced but before leaving a gentleman told me i needed my windshield wiper blades replaced. Okay, awesome, go ahead and get those changed out. One of the employees told me, if I gave a 5 star review on google they'd take 10-15$ off. That sounded even better. There was no mention of that after the fact. I arrived and picked up my vehicle. They let me know my insurance and fleet card were both in my car. I thanked them and got to my car just to spend 5 minutes searching for my insurance, the receipt and my fleet card. My insurance was on my floor, under my seat (which was a bit frustrating). That was okay though, as I drove off I put my windshield cleaner on to test out my new blades. Just to see that they never changed my blades. INSTEAD it was loose on top of my old wipers causing it to nearly fly off when I tried to use my wipers. I had to come home and install this myself. I was never given 10-15$ off, my wiper was never installed (just placed on top of my windshield??? lol) So no, I wouldn't give this place 5 stars, even IF I was given that "10-15$ off". Maybe it was too much to ask for my inspection, oil change, AND the wiper. Who knows. read more

I needed to get my inspection done on my car so I decided to call beforehand. The guy who answered was very polite and provided great customer service, he even made sure I knew how to get to their location without me asking. When I arrived everyone was nice, attentive, and respectful. The lobby was clea. They also had coffee and popcorn available! I was provided with options when I was told that a torn windshield blade was preventing my inspection to pass. I ultimately bought the 14in' blade for $14.99 and my car passed inspection. When I finished paying the mechanic even opened the front door for me, I also noticed he did this to customers before me. It was a great experience! read more

UPDATE I was hesitant to return but the location is so convenient to me and I decided to give them a chance to address my issues. Demarcus is the new general manager. He was great! Very accommodating and he explained that since taking over this store recently he has retrained and replaced most of the staff. As long as Demarcus is at this location, this will be my go to for oil changes. Fast service, clean and my two year old had a great time with the massage chair and free popcorn. read more

After waiting an hour for a state inspection, I got up to see how the service was coming along and realized that they hadn't even touched my car yet. So I asked for my keys and let them know that I would just go elsewhere to get my vehicle inspected. Went out to my car, and the vehicle that was in front of mine was magically done...so I was up. Gave my FULL set of keys back to them and returned to the waiting room. 15 minutes later, my car was done and I was given my keys...only this time my keys weighed MUCH less and I realized that the key fob for my husband's vehicle was no longer attached.....? They "searched everywhere" for it but couldn't find it. I was told to call them and let them know when I found it because they were so very concerned (?) that it had been lost. No other person has had possession of my keys in the last 24 hrs since I drove my husband's car...AND I am confident that the key was on the ring when I went to leave after waiting so long in the first place. My husband called to figure out what Jiffy Lube would do about this, and was told that they would not be held responsible for this because it was basically my word against theirs. I can guarantee that all of this happened because I am a woman that complained about terrible service and threatened to take my business somewhere else. They aren't stupid...they know that replacing a key fob is expensive and that this was a great way to stick it to me. read more

The staff is incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Any time you need to know anything about your vehicle they either know it or look it up. If you just need air in your tires, they are always there to help. They never make you feel like you are a bother even while they are extremely busy. I started using them instead of my dealership.
