Fantastic service! We were in and out with a battery replacement within 30 mins. When we pulled up, someone came out to see what we're looking for. He said we didn't need to be in line and helped us on the side. When assessing the situation, he was knowledgeable and shared his initial thoughts about the recommended replacement timeline and condition. Found them professional. The crew has the good vibe of a place that is hardworking and honest. I recently (5-19-17) went in for transmission fluid changes on my 1 ton chevy truck. A question came up whether the local dealer, who had done the previous service, had used the correct fluid. Jiffy Lube manager (Zack) called the local dealer for clarification while my truck was in their bay. The information was needed to move forward. When still unclear, he drove several miles to the dealer and determined that online industry data sheets everyone uses had not been updated on my particular transfer case. Problem solved. Wow! On previous visits they told me about online coupons that saved me $. They always include a mileage-based information sheet that shows me upcoming service that will be needed and the price. This place is alright. The guys that were there seemed to be on the slower side but they did ok. It takes around 15-20 mins to do an oil change. They have beverages like other oil changes places but didn't offer me, maybe because i chose to stay in the comfort of my own vehicle and not in their lobby. They didn't offer to check my tire pressure. They also tried to tell me my radiator cap needed replacing which it didn't, trying to get that sweet sales commish. I just came here because of a coupon and they didn't impress me. Gonna stick with my usual oil change spot. read more

This location Sucks they are slow they'll tell you a hour.Then once in the Bay they said my oil pan has a strip nut or oil bolt what ever they just don't want to do it,Or to incompetent to do the job.I stopped here several times and they always have a reason to not want to perform service on my vehicle hmmm shady. First of all, I brought my 2016 Chrysler 300C in to get the tires rotated on August 9th, 2018. While I waited I was treated to this miserable tiny little room to wait in with nothing to drink except coffee. Ok, I can live with that. But...when it was finished and I was paying I noticed the guy (Zeic) who was taking my payment had black dirt/grease all over his hand. And I realized this was the same guy who had driven my car out of the shop. So when I went to get in my car I found Zeic's dirty finger prints on the door handle (inside and out), the passenger seat, the steering wheel and the center console. I just cleaned it myself and drove off. I then decided to call and talk to the manager Zack. He offered me a half-off oil change to make up for it. I accepted and sent my daughter in there the next day with my 2017 Honda Civic. While there she called me to ask if they should put a new cabin air filter in as they had recommended it (even though they had just put a new one in 6 months earlier). I said NO, just the oil change. She told them no. When she came home with the receipt it included the cost of a cabin air filter. I called Zack and told him about it. He basically blew me off and said it was my problem because my daughter must have authorized it. I should have known better than to go here because not long ago, during the last oil change for that same Honda, they drove the car up into their work area incorrectly and damaged the skid plate. They had to order a new one and jury-rig the damaged one so my daughter could drive the car in the meantime. I think I've learned my lesson with this place. read more

I had such a disappointing experience today. I've gone to this location since they opened many years ago. Today I arrived early and parked behind the first car that arrived. Two of the workers arrived about the same time that I did and saw us waiting in line. Just before the store opened a young woman pulled up her car and moved to the front. I waited to see how the men would handle the situation and they let her go first. When I said some thing, they said, "this is our shop and we will run the shop the way we want." They asked me to leave the floor. It was my mistake even approaching them. I left and went to the other location on Crater Lake Highway and received outstanding service. I won't return to this location without receiving some acknowledgment that their practices will change. We got our oil changed on 8/19/2017 and by 8/21 we were almost 3 quarts low on oil. They did not tighten the oil filter or the drain pan bolt enough so we were losing oil. The entire under carriage and the back door and window on our van were covered in a fine mist with drips every where. I had to spend 2 days cleaning up the mess and did a complete oil change again just to make sure everything would be ok after such an epic fail. This is not the first I had a problem with their service but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as this. I am crossing them off my list forever. I hope no one else experiences such poor service. My engine could easily have seized. read more

The Jiffy Lube manager (Matthew) has a tremendous rapport with both the technicians and customers. We went in to replace a hard to get to head light on our Chevy Silverado. Matthew worked diligently and competently, refusing to give up, while intermittently guilding and communicating with the other techs who were all friendly, honestly helping every customer still keeping a strict protocol to their work. Traveling from NE Washington State to Los Angeles, CA we discovered that we were 1000 miles past our next oil change due. We inquired at the next gas station where a good quick lube place was and was directed to Jiffy lube. The oil was changed in good time but the car would not start when the oil change was completed. The embarrassed attendants called a local mechanic to help who was most helpful but the car still would not run. This was now the night before Christmas. Long story short - the lube change experts were most helpful and end of story is that with their help and courtesy we got on our way the next day rejoicing.
