This service was ridiculous horrible. They said it would be a hundred and twenty dollars end up being a hundred and sixty dollars then they said twenty dollars per wiper blade and charge eighty dollars for two wiper blades with installation. This was one of the worst jobs I've ever experience related to an oil change. They didn't even give me a new decal sticker for the next oil change. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Terrible work ethic. My husband had a 7:30 appointment this morning, shows up on time and it turns out they don't open till 8. The jiffy lube employee shows up to open the store, and doesn't even acknowledge him. Once they open up she puts someone in front of him. He says he's been waiting outside for his appointment. I came in for an oil change, which I paid $90 for, and they started messing around with my car and took out my air filter to show that it was "dirty" and it wasn't even MY AIR FILTER. Jiffy lube was a recommendation from a friend and this was my first time getting an oil change so I'd asked about what to expect. Once I reached the location, I had to wait for about 10 mins and due to COVID, they had me stay in the car while they worked on it. They will give you some sort of a tube that blows air so that you don't burn in the heat. I wish I could get the insides of the car vacummed but 2020 had other plans. Oh well. The only thing that I noticed a bit later was that my coolant wasn't topped off. I was running low and had to fill it myself. The staff was friendly and courteous and they always have some coupon on their website for a discount. The staff also have me suggestions on what I need to get checked but didn't try to force their opinions on me. I was out in 15 minutes. read more

Came here thanks to a Groupon and no complaints at all. I was a little worried for few bad reviews that I read. My experience totally different even that I have to wait because they were busy. No complains many employees working and making things to run smooth and safe. They took care a everything that is included on the service package no skips. BUT I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and the gentleman was so polite and friendly. My oil was change, AC liquid was refilled, tires were rotated in less than 1 hour. I went with both of my kids (and they are small), and it was so nice & quick! I loved the fact that the man was very informative and honest. I will be coming back FOR SURE!!! P.S. The manager Danny hung up on me after their team misdiagnosed my car a few days ago! Anthony and the team on Sunday promised to tow my car back to miami from ft myers and Danny said he will not do it and to find another mechanic! I got a full car inspection and they somehow finished the inspection within a few minutes and said I only needed to change spark plugs and a strut I'm very mad and will be suing Jiffy Lube, Danny, the Sunday team and Anthony for starters. You all charged me $800+ for my car to break down the next time I drove it and said you would cover the $300 tow I paid to get it to the jiffy lube then town it to Miami to fix it free of charge then Danny says we don't me anything and to find a mechanic in ft myers! I'm disgusted with Danny and how he wouldn't let me talk, talked over me, then said "find a new mechanic to diagnose it better than us in ft myers we are not towing it to Miami" then hung up! I brought my car in for an oil change on Tuesday of this week. Overnight my car leaked out the entire tank of wiper fluid. When I brought my car back to find out what happened, the manager said there was a crack in the reservoir tank and that it was not the oil change that created that crack. I always keep my fluid level up and this crack did not exist prior to this oil change. I gave the store the opportunity to rectify the issue they created and instead the manager declined to take ownership and accountability. Not only will I take my concern to every single outlet I can find, I will also take one step further. My company maintains a large fleet contract with jiffy lube. I have been coming to this Jiffy live for about 6 years. This week I went again for my regular oil change and everything went smoothly (or so it seemed). As I was driving home I noticed a button panel in my steering wheel (the one they have to press to reset the mileage or whatever) was sinking in. As soon as I touched it, it sunk in completely. I frequently use this panel of buttons to check my gas mileage and so I knew it was not broken when I took it there. I had to drive back to tell an employee what happened. I was asked to wait and then called back out by a manager named Eduardo. He told me that there was nothing they could do because the button panel was in the steering wheel and opening it might affect the air bag. I understood this. What was upsetting was that he barely apologized for whomever punched in this panel so barbarically. He nonchalantly told me that I just had to get it fixed at the dealership. Like, oh well! Are you going to pay me for my time?! What angered me the most was that they knew they had broken it and tried to position it back to make it appear normal (I'm guessing in hopes that I wouldn't notice). I had to find out on my own. I told him that if the dealership charged me, they would have to pay (to which he agreed). Luckily, it looks like the dealer is going to fix it under warranty, but I wonder if Jiffy Lube would have really paid up. To top it off, when I took the car to the dealership they showed me that my oil has been leaking for a long time because Jiffy Lube has been selling me an ill-fitting oil filter. What scammers! I came here on a weekday afternoon, and was fortunate that I didn't have to wait. One of the employees came out with a card that explained and showed the different options of oil changes and asked which one I preferred. She then led me to the waiting room, which had 6 chairs and a decent selection of magazines. They promptly worked on my car and then called my name to "review and go over" somethings. They are known for trying to upsell more services, which I know would happen. They told me that my windshield wipers were dry and brittle, yet I had just replaced them the month before. I was also told my battery was corrosive and when the tech took me to my car to show me, there was no trace of corrosion. He then spoke with another tech who actually worked on my car and I guess straightened out the story. Regardless, there was no corrosion and I didn't need new windshield wipers. Within minutes my car was finished and I was able to leave. They even put down a small red carpet for me to get into my car, which I never experienced at any Jiffy Lube before. I bought a Groupon for an oil change and when I went in for the oil change supposedly my car oil change is more and I had to pay a big difference. Why bother buying a Groupon when you're going to end up paying more anyways. On top of that my receipt says "battery water level ok" and when I get home my car won't start. My dad checked my battery and says my battery water levels are very low and practically with no water. These people are a SCAM. Honestly this jiffy lube is one of the few places in Miami where I experienced exceptional customer service. As soon as I pulled up for oil change and inspection the employees got to work immediately. The guy who was asking of the services I needed was very educated on what to recommend for my car to extend it's life. As other services were added by my request and his suggestions he also help me reduce the overall cost of all the services. I was trying to use an Uber coupon in addition to my Groupon but it wasn't working so he added another discount to take 10% off of the fee. It took like 15 minutes to do everything which is pretty fast compared to the other times I've been to jiffy lube but I do keep in mind I was the only customer at the time. Regardless of that my time and money spent there was well worth it. As soon as I got in my car it was driving smoother than it has in about a year so I really appreciate the quality care they put into my car! read more

This has seriously been a horrendous experience at Jiffy Lube! I will never be coming back to Jiffy Lube for any services. I came in for an oil change on and asked them to please check my battery since the light had turned on, on the dashboard (Thursday August 5th, 2021 at 5:00pm). They told me that the alternator was going bad. Mind you little did I know that the price for an alternator for my car is ~ $160 they charged me $369 for the alternator plus $169 for the labor a total rip off! Prior to paying I was told that the job would be done the same day. The alternator came in from shipment at 6:45pm 15 minutes before closing. The Assistant Manager Chris had to advise me that the job would have to be completed at a later date since it would take one hour; not professional after I had been told that it would've been done on the same day and spent $629 at the shop. Then when I was able to go back to Jiffy Lube (Saturday August 7th, 2021 at 2:00pm) to have the alternator put on I was there for 3 hours and two mechanics for the majority of the 3 hours were standing and talking by my car a total waste of time! To put the cherry on top the cap for the oil in the engine bay was put on incorrectly so my car was leaking oil the entire time, and they did not top off any of the fluids as stated on their website! Herbert the Manager was sitting in the office and fell out of his chair because he had fallen asleep! I strongly suggest to take your car to a dealer where they make money off of selling cars and not fixing cars! This is very unprofessional work! read more

The people are nice they explained everything, of course they found a dozen things wrong with the car. But they were things I could fix myself. Why am I giving them one star?? Because it's impossible to give them ZERO. I went in for a routine oil change and these people not only put the wrong oil, which caused issues in my engine, but they also broke my dipstick and if that wasn't enough, they left the broken dipstick in the chamber. In the end, I had to change the oil MYSELF after I gave away money to this incompetent establishment for them to temporarily damage my car. I've taken my car to this location during the last 2 yrs since we moved to the area. My car broken down and wouldn't start after the last oil change and needed to be towed to the dealership. Not sure if this is just a coincidence but when commenting to a family member which had the same issue at this same location, turns out the they also messed with the air intake to check the filters and they didn't connect it correctly! I would like to give everyone a warning about this Jiffy Lube local: THEY ARE LIARS. I have been to this location a couple of time (years) and they all seem pretty favorable at first. However, they will tell you lies such as: "Your air filter is dirty and need replacement" and "your battery is low and in the danger zone". B.S. I personally checked and changed my air filter before I went for oil change. As for the battery? Well, I declined their replacement service because it was expensive. I went to a mechanic friend, who checked it and said it was normal. Now, it has been 4 months and still no problem with the battery. I will warn ya'll to do your research before going to this place. Service is whatever here. Honestly, I hate coming to change my oil but they are close and affordable.

The moment you drive in they start trying to up-sell you on anything possible and when you decline something they keep trying to scare you into doing it. They stopped being a cheap option years ago. And when I checked the oil level a while after the oil change I realized that they had put into too little oil on an engine that has no leaks and does not burn oil so I had to add more on my own.
