This jiffy lube is pathetic. I have tried to get my oil changed there several times and every time there's an issue. The mechanics that work there are incompetent. They refused to change my oil claiming that they "lost" the specific tool needed to change my oil. If you provide the service of oil changes, I expect you have the tools to get the job done for any car model and type. Another time they lied and claimed my bolts to my skid plate were striped and this was why they were unable to do my oil change and when I took it to the shop it was fine they were just useing the incorrect tool. Absolutely appaled by there customer service. They don't care at all for their customers, they just say no and turn you away. I am fed up with how they treat their customers and will never be going back to this jiffy lube ever again. Just aweful. read more

I go to this Jiffy Lube in Monroe regularly. Most recent visit on July 29, 2020. Good, prompt service. No waiting. The new procedure, presumably due to COVID-19, is to stay in your car while they do the service, so that people aren't hanging out in the waiting room. I sort of liked this, as waiting rooms usually annoy me. I just pulled out my laptop and did my work while the Jiffy Lube people did their work. All staff were courteous, and the whole visit was not more than 15 minutes. read more

I paid the extra $10 for the "signature service". I asked them to add power steering fluid when I arrived. I asked them when they were done if they added power steering fluid. They said yes they did. I said lets go check. They walked to my car and checked it and NO they never added power steering fluid. Randy (who is a new employee) said yes I added power steering fluid. No Randy never added it, so they finally added it. Totally spacy and I would NEVER trust them with my car again. They lied to me over and over. NEVER GOING BACK. read more

Paid for the signature service (over $70 for synthetic) they didn't vacuum, top off windshield wiper fluid (it ran out a week later), tires were not checked or topped and mileage for for oil change reminder not reset. I used to go here and it was pretty good but the people that work here now do not do quality work and don't care. Not sure why anyone would frequent this place, I definitely would not recommend going here. read more

Do my own oil change every once in a while. Found out today they are charging 2.50 a quart to recycle the oil. Checked around and AutoZone still takes it for free. Their full synthetic oil change price is way to much, $25 bucks at Wal-Mart for 5qts. Did a little checking around and found that none of there employees are even remotely certified or properly trained to work on cars. Never coming here again. Just another bunch of corporate hacks looking to maximize their dollar at the consumers expense. If you believe for any reason any of these employees have an ASE certification from a reputable automotive institution(not just a cheap jiffy lube computer program) then demand to see it. read more

Beware!!! They will mark off items as done when they did not do it. I specifically asked to check power steering fluid because it was low. The mechanic marked on the receipt that it was full and confirmed that he checked it. I checked it right away and turns out it was not checked nor topped off. I had to return for them to take care of it. I don't feel comfortable trusting my car to these folks as I prefer places where mechanics don't lie. Immature service! read more

After two visits and TWO loose oil filters. Tyler argued with me that the excess oil on my oil filter was from the change they did previously, it wasn't leaking it was residual oil from the change. So they left a mess on the oil filter? He just stares at me like he was working hard to process the English language. After driving 3000 miles, any leftover oil would be blown off of an oil filter, not still in drip form on the bottom of a filter. The damn thing is loose and I just wanted it tight and excess oil wiped off. He wanted to argue, I left before I got mad. read more

Let me say up front, I did not do business with Jiffy Lube. I am very careful with oil change places. I examine all work thats done and I make sure that everything gets done as promised. Today I did not even get to that point. I called up and asked how much it would cost for my vehicle and the type of oil it required which is a synthetic blend. I was told "around $59.00". I asked what "around $59.00" meant. he said, $59.00 plus tax. I said fine. I also mentioned that I had a $15 off coupon on my phone, and he said that is fine. So an hour later, I took it in. The gentleman there asked me to pull into the bay and I said I would like to confirm the price first. He said he had to scan my car first. I said I was quoted $59 plus tax. He said thats for conventional oil and mine would be $85.00. I said, No, I told him synthetic blend. (In fact, I believe he told me the conventional oil change was $49.00 but I am not 100% on that.). Regardless, I was not going to trust my car to the mechanics of a business who's front office cant tell me the truth. I went to Autozone and will do it myself, even though its raining. read more

Stopped at Jiffy Lube Monroe on 4/18/2017 for Signature Synthetic Oil Change. Leanna took down my information and Tyler S was in the pit working. Didn't take them to long to do the work and I was out of there in maybe 25 minutes. Cost with a $15.00 discount was $102.08. On 4/24/2017 I went to my regular mechanic to have my transmission flushed and serviced. When I went back to get my pickup my mechanic asked if I was still going to Texas in a couple of days and i said yes we have our 34' travel trailer ready and this was the last thing I had to do. He told me it was a good thing I stopped by because my rear differential plug was so loose it was falling out. He seen the Jiffy Lube invoice in the passenger seat and looked at the mileage and I had driven the truck just 40 miles since I had it serviced at Jiffy Lube. The invoice confirms that they did check the rear differential and it was full so they just never tightened it down. It's over 2000 miles to Texas from here and I wonder how far I would have made it towing a 34' trailer? Does anyone think they would have paid to replace my differential? When I call the Monroe Jiffy Lube I was told by the shift manager, Leanna that she was sorry but that the guy in the pit, Tyler, was the store manager and she could have him call me in a couple days. I asked her if something would have happened to me on the road what would Jiffy Lube do and I guess nothing because she had no answer. The same oil change is only $10.00 more at the local GMC dealer in Everett, No more Jiffy Lube for me. BTW a new rear end for my truck is over $2000.00 , from now on I will spend the extra and get professionals to do the work. read more

My review for the Monroe Jiffy Lube location remains the same. The corporate headquarters mailed out a voucher as promised because the Monroe Jiffy lube did not. Good customer service does not exist these days, or so I thought, but this was not the case at the Monroe Jiffy Lube. I was greeted by very competent and kind technicians and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received from the manager (Josh, I believe), who engaged my four year old and made the wait enjoyable. Josh went over all my options and never pressured me for a sale. Everyone who worked there was smiling which tells me they're taken care of by their manager. Good job Monroe Jiffy Lube. I had amazing service at this location, they were fast with my service and showed me all the things my car needed. I ended up replacing my air filter and I got a radiator flush as well and they got it all done within 20 minutes. I have gotten my oil changed at a dealer ship before and they had taken 2 hours just for an oil change! All of the staff was very trustworthy and nice. I noticed that all the employees had a smile on their face and looked happy to be there. I will most likely be returning to this jiffy lube. I will also refer my friends to this location. read more

I needed an oil change bad and was traveling through Monroe on my way home last weekend. I am glad I brought my vehicle in to this location. They were honest with me but not pushy. They seemed knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best oil for me. Nobody has ever gone through the different oils with me. I have been to other Jiffy Lubes but have not received the attention that I received her. Kudos to the staff there. They were happy and seem to really care about their customers. I now know what services are needed for my car and plan on returning to get them done. Just to make sure, because you never know in today's world, I did go to another shop and asked about the services they recommended. Not only were they correct, but the prices were good. My oil change was a little high in cost, but the manager working gave me a discount. I was surprised by how much she seemed to enjoy her job. When I left, the two guys working wished me a good day. All in all, it was a great experience and it made my day. I live in the Shoreline area and travel up North to see family a lot. I will be back to get my next oil change and at least one of the other services done. read more

Rudest experience ever. I've used Jiffy Lube plenty of times. I'll use them again but never this location. Only one car in front of me & the guy said it'll be an hour wait. I ask why when there is only one in front of me. Then he said we'll maybe 15 minutes. Umm. 60 minutes or 15 minutes. That's a big difference. Then he saw my addesss & asked why don't I go to snohomish? Well I will next time. My paperwork says I declined vacuum service but I was never asked. Charitably, I would say the staff are 100% untrained. Took my Ford truck for an oil change. I specifically requested the 5W20 oil as indicated on the original Ford oil cap in bold letters. The guy screwed up and put in 5W30 because he makes more money when he uses 5W30. Then he tried to tell me it was okay. Even his computer, which I helped him refer to, indicated it was not the proper oil. I could have handled it if he was simply unable to understand, but he was fully aware and purposely deceptive. That is unacceptable. If you patronize this business, be sure you are prepared by knowing far more about your vehicle than they do, and by strongly insisting on correct service. read more

What I love about this Jiffy Lube is the people. They are truly wonderful. I recently brought in a business vehicle that needed a headlight replacement, and there was so much effort and compassion around the fact that the design of the car made it impossible to do in their setting (IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE... the front end of the vehicle basically needs to be removed to put in a bulb, stupid design). They truly looked like their puppy died... there was so much energy around being kind and helpful. Completely satisfied with the service and cleanliness of this location. I brought my vehicle in for service on 7-31-15 early morning. Jimmy who checked in my vehicle was friendly and professional. The waiting room was clean but I noticed that the soda vending machine was gone from the last time I had service done to my vehicle. I have only been to this location twice and only recently started bring my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube after a bad experience at a Seattle location years ago. Went in for a synthetic oil change at $80, when i arrived the employees where laughing and goofing around as one of their friends was burning out in the parking lot. Real safe when people are walking around with children. I asked the attendant to check my break fluid which he responds thatvhe will but can not fill it. Thats fine but please let me know if it is low. As they worked i watched one employee walk around my car with a vacuum open the door not vacuum and close the door. Yet, than second he realized I was watching he sure started cleaning my interior. After they had finshed and handed me a list of the services that they had supposed to preform. They never checked my break fluid because i did when i got home and it was low. They never filled my wiper fluid. They wouldn't of vacuumed if i hadn't been watching so what the heck did they do? Don't know for sure but i do know that this was not my first poor experience here but it will most certinally be my last. Trusting someone with your vehicle is trusting someone with your livelihood and these people broke that trust. read more

My husband and I have brought our car here for the past 2 years. Fairly quick service and friendly. On my last visit, they told me I needed my rear left turn signal replaced. They replaced it along with my oil change. Ironically, my drive home only has right hand turns so it wasn't until the following day that I realized they put in the wrong light. They had installed a brake light. I returned the following day and they told me they wouldn't charge me for the correct light. Really?! I would expect the light to be replaced with the correct one for free. They struggled to get the light off, tried a few lights and then said they didn't carry the type of light my Subaru needed. They called auto zone to see if they had it. Auto zone brought the light over and changed it out for the correct light. The gentle man helping me was very nice and apologetic. But I'd expect something like that to be checked before letting me take my car initially. read more
