I barely do any reviews but this is a must. I've doing oil changes to my cars for over 7 years in this city and never had I ever been charged this much. I'm not trying to put prices on anybody's business but this is insane. How can you charge $100 for a full synthetic oil change in a sedan car?? Plus charge me $5 for coolant refill when that should be included. I feel robed right now, I'm not coming back and I hope a lot of people see this review and think about it before coming here. On my tire rotation they "forgot" to tell me that I have a "little nail" on one on my tires, the same tire where they also lost my Rim Protector, when I went back there next day...before "remembering" about the nail on my tire, they try so hard to make me believe that the issue with my tire was because the weather it was a little bit chill... nobody apologize, nobody call the manager ( I think he wasn't there at all) just wait for me to leave and deal with my new problem on my own time, worst experience ever on a simple oil change and tire rotation, a waste of time and $113... if you don't care about your time, if you love others to Fool you with stupid excuses like the weather temperature change and also want to throw your money to the garbage this is the place for you! read more

This location is amazing. Words can't express how happy I am with the service and the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The manager was so nice and caring towards my car problem. I want to say within 15 min they were able to fix the weird screeching noice my Dodge Ram 3500 had. And they explained to me how to take care of it so I can prevent the leak from happening again. First of all, I've lived all around the country and have always hated Jiffy Lube. They are not nice, try to sell you a ton of other services and never do all the steps they say they are included with your service. I let my last oil change slip past the 3K mile mark and since I was out the other day I stopped in to this Jiffy Lube since I was driving past it. I figured let me get it done while I'm thinking about it. I saw only one other car in the bay and figured the wait shouldn't be long. The people that greeted me weren't too nice and I'm not sure if they were didn't speak English or just mumbled. I said I wanted an oil change (only) and was quoted $59!! That's outrageous. Was told should only be a few or 10 minutes. The car ahead of looked like the were trying to be sold everything under the sun - wipers, lights, filters, etc. Not exactly sure since I couldn't hear everything. I thought you were an oil change place, not a mechanic. I already have one of those. Anyway, after 25 minutes and no one saying anything about the wait or being almost done I got in my car and drove off remembering why I hate your company so much. Very quick and efficient oil change. Fritz is the manager, and he takes great care of you. My wife had the wrong wiper blades on (we put them on) and he changed them out personally and took care of it. Not the cheapest oil change in town, but it's quality and you pay for the convenience. read more

Manager is absolutely incompetent, I told the manager before even exiting my car that my passenger side door has an issue and not to open it. He said ok no problem, I later reminded him about the door and he again said don't worry about it I just won't vacuum that side. I then later watched him open the door I specifically said not to open do to the door bolt missing. If that isn't lack of attention to detail idk what is. read more

STAY AWAY!!! While this crew did an oil change for my wife, someone severed her brake line. Luckily, she exited the garage slowly and was able to stop her car by using her emergency brake. If she had not acted so quickly, she would've rolled out of control into traffic on Golden Gate Parkway. The manager apologized and said they would have it repaired in one day. This turned out to not be true as it took three days to get her car back. They offer a single free oil change as an apology. When I mentioned the amount of hardship involved in not having a car for those days, my comments fell on deaf ears. The regional manager failed to respond after one conversation. I asked for reimbursement for 3 days of a rental car, and there has been no response. I don't plan to visit this business again, and I hope others read this and take note before they do. read more

Never going here again. $80 for a synthetic blend oil change, then wanted $5 to top up coolant. Pushed $25 oil additive since old oil was "dirty" when I was following engine oil life recommendation percentage. The clincher was when the bill had an extra "$9.99 SPECIAL FILTER FEE". Thought it was convenient and wish I had read the reviews here on how they do business. Would never recommend anyone go here. read more

I came here to get a fast oil change. It took about twenty minutes. That is not very fast. After they were ready to add the oil, I had to listen to a five minute sales pitch about all the services they wanted me to buy. It was like listening to a Jehovah's Witness trying to convert me to becoming a Mormon. The coolant was low, and I was told that it would be $5 to add coolant. Coolant is added for free at Valvoline and Swift Oil Change, and they are actually done in 10-15 minutes. The employees were very polite, and nice people. If the service was faster, I would have given them 4 stars. If they had refilled the coolant for free, I would have given them 5 stars. Valvoline and Swift Oil both refill everything for free, as does Tire Kingdom, etc. read more

I went to this Jiffy lube to save a bit of money and by the time I finished it cost more than going to the dealership. I purchased the synthetic oil for $89.99, the signature service which included oil filter, top all fluids, check tire pressure etc. A day after having this service done the low tire pressure light came on and the low engine coolant warning. These two standard maintenance items were checked as being done... coolant cost us more out of pocket expenses. And lastly, when trying to reset the maintenance needed light they reset our trip odometer. Not a big deal over all, but we were tracking mileage as we are on a long distance trip. They never did reset the maintenance needed light. I won't even mention the streaky window washing job! I spoke with the manager and he apologized and said he'd credit us 20.00 off our next visit. my 90 year old mother asked me to get her car oil changed after she got an email for a groupon via email. since she doesnt know how to do ads she printer the groupon she paid for and they said they only can take an adds downloaded and can accept printed copy although this is groupons rules and clearly starts that either will work. customer service was miserable and they had no intention of helping despite the problem was with them and we did everything we should have to use the groupon and have the oil changed. i would never recommend this place. read more

Beware ! I took my new car for it's first oil change & guess what...they forgot to put the gasket on oil plug after they changed the oil. My new car started leaking & had lost nearly two QT's before I noticed. My new cars engine could have been destroyed by this locations sloppy and unprofessional service team. Went here for a routine oil change and they went above and beyond. Turn out, whoever did my last change, really tightened a the cap making it nearly impossible to get off. They really care about you and communicate any issues with your car. I went in for an oil change but they found some extra problems with my car and helped me make a timetable for future repairs. Just stopped there to get an oil change and filter. I think $49 for 5 quarts of oil plus $18 - $24 for an oil filter is a little high.

Tried to charge me $70 after telling me it was going to be $50. Told me the $50 was just an estimate and very aggressively that i would be paying the $70 amount, so I refused. Thankfully, a more reasonable coworker came in and resolved the issue. Still wont be coming back. read more

Worst place to get an oil change. Not only do they try to sell tons of extra things (including saying my windshield wipers needed to be replaced because they were 'too brittle' when I just changed them the week before) they don't know how to do a simple oil change. I got an oil change that cost over $100 due to getting synthetic oil and new wipers and I came home to oil all over my driveway. The technicians didn't put the housing back correctly, causing the filter to not fit properly. This broke the O ring and leaked oil all over my car and driveway. I even tipped the mechanics after I left and this is the work they do??! They would not give me a refund only said they would correct the issue. Sorry but I don't want them ever touching my car again. Stay clear from these shady mechanics. read more
