This place is God's gift to parents and busy people in general. All you have to do is drive your car and in 15 minutes you're good to go. Isn't that amazing? The customer service here isn't that great and that's okay for me. I'm in a rush 9/10 and not looking to converse (most of the time). The guys greeting you aren't very welcoming and it can make you feel odd. Although, again this doesn't bother me. I can see that being a problem for some folks. I would recommend calling and making sure they are open. Often times they have been closed due to office events. Before you hang up ask them for any specials! The person who answers is so kind to let you know if there are any and will even go above and beyond to email it to you. I'll keep coming back here because it makes my life easier :) read more

Went here on a Saturday to get my oil changed around mid day. Line of cars was not too bad only one person ahead of me and there are two service bays. They seem to do a pretty thorough job checking your tire pressure lights filters and various fluids. They put six new quarts of oil in and I never even had to get out of the car. Records are computerized so it seems they really track this data very well. Not sure what to say about the price as I have no comps but the convenience factor is excellent. Start to finish the whole ordeal was less than an hour and I didn't even have to get out of my car. I'd come back for sure. Pretty good setup. Car is now in good shape for a while. I hope! read more

I have to update my review of this place. I thought I had a good experience but the day after my oil change I noticed some oil drips in my garage on the floor. As time went on it got worse to the point where there were puddles. I took the Jeep back to Valvoline and they said there was some "bubbling" around the oil filter and maybe it wasn't tight enough. The next day the oil drops continued to fall onto the floor. At this point I took the Jeep to the dealer and they said there was oil all over the engine compartment. They said that Valvoline crimped the o-ring around the filter and possibly cracked the oil filter housing. Naples Jeep/Dodge repaired it all under warranty and even cleaned my engine compartment, which I was told was a painstaking long process to do properly. No oil drips since then. Lesson learned... From now on i'll be getting all of my oil changes at the Jeep dealer. read more

They eliminated the "basic" oil change. The cheapest oil change is now $70... outrageous... several others in town charge a lot less. They've gone down hill fast and turned into an operation only interested in upselling. 10/28/22 This edit to my comment is in response to the Valvoline "corporate" response. Just to be clear, the gentleman at the Pine Ridge, Naples FL location who identified himself as the manager clearly stated that the basic oil change is no longer offered. He even pointed to a professionally printed sign that had the $70+ oil change listed as the cheapest option. He claimed that the "company" had to drop the basic offering because it was resulting in leakage which they then got blamed for. So either your manager is lying and putting out fake signage or your corporate office is lying in an attempt to smooth over this situation. In either case I find it rather insulting. You have lost a long time customer who won't be back. read more

I pulled in to get JUST my oil changed today and got bombarded with how my vehicle needed all kinds of other things done to it. I let the guy (JASON) at the computer know I was only there for a oil change and that I already have my own mechanic and how it was serviced recently. He then proceeds to tell me that I don't take care of my vehicle or maintain it and that I will probably just drive it hard until the wheels fall off! This jerk argued with me from the moment I pulled in. All because I wasn't falling for his sales pitch and purchasing things I didn't need! He also looked at my blades and told me I need new ones, and I just replaced them two weeks prior!! He also said he should of never even changed my oil !!! This jerks name is JASON and he claims to be the "manager" lol... he told me good luck with talking to anyone because he's the boss.. ha! Scammers!! Went for an oil change, told me I need to replace my rear differential oil for $100 + tax. I used to be a mechanic years ago and said no thanks I'll have my regular mechanic check it. I drive a 2016 Toyota and you don't have to change the differential oil until 120K-150K miles. I only have 95K All the fluids these days are synthetic in foreign cars and high quality. Don't ever do any "recommended" service from these quick oil change places. Also, if you get your tires rotated, they won't balance them which is a key part in how your tires wear. Go to a regular mechanic and you'll not only save money but get honest quality service. read more

Stumbled upon Valvoline after I had an appointment with a competitor, who said the soonest they would be able to service my car would be 2 hours from my APPOINTMENT time (that's another story). The service people were very very friendly. There was no line when I went in so I got in very quickly. I had a 9.99 off coupon from Yelp that they accepted, which was nice. The Synthetic Blend was 99.99 which is quite expensive. I called other places to make sure I was correct before leaving this review. I got charged an extra 9.99 for an "extra oil fee." I also found this to be normal with cars above 5 gallons. The 3 stars are based on the price compared to other oil change locations since I can't be a fan of places that overcharge. read more

Sent my son here for an oil change. Their prices are pretty high, but the service is quick so you pay for convenience. The reason for the 1 star review is that they told him the transmission fluid and differential fluid needed to be changed. He called me, and I told him to decline those services, as both were done at the Naples Jeep dealer just 5 months (and 3500 miles) ago. Either the techs don't look at the condition of the fluids before telling you that they need to be changed, or they don't know what they're looking at. Five month old fluids do not need to be replaced. Beware the up sell at this location! read more
