I am not from here. My mom and I just happen to stop at the Dunkin next to this Jiffy Lube Multicare when her car started to smoke (overheated). I took it right over, about 45 mins before closing. After looking at it, Rich, the manager said we would probably have to stay the night. My mom told him we were in a bit of a time crunch as had an appointment we needed to keep. Rich understood and said he would say after close and see what he could do to get us on the road that evening. He even called in Bobby the DM. They stayed til late that evening but it was not meant to be through no fault of their own. Rich and his team worked really hard to get us on the road safely and as quickly as possible. I could not say enough about the staff at Jiffy. My headlights went out and I discovered they are HID lights . The staff told me if they ordered them they are $215 a piece and suggested I try to order them somewhere else to try to get them cheaper . I was able to get them for $50 a piece . I went back to Jiffy to have them replace the HID lights. It was extremely difficult for one and he had to basically dismount my front bumper to get to it . Shawn was so patient and after all of that he did not charge me for the install!!! read more

Have used this location 3 times in past year for our Toyota Sienna. Last time I was given grief about a tire rotation, only service requested. Was told I didn't need it based on technician placing hands on tire treads despite I was at the mileage for service. This time, I requested an oil change and tire rotation for my RAM 1500. Was told it'd be $80 for tire rotation so I declined that service. The next 30 minutes to an hour I spent in my cab listening to the techniciana complain about how hard my filter was to get too and why everyone was coming in at 6pm for all these services. Store hours are til 7pm. This place has gone down hill the more I visit it. Needless to say this will be my last visit. Have never had this much problem from Valvoline shops. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Initial visit was great. Took my car in for an oil change on Thursday. Seemed to go well enough. Told me my car was in great shape, but could probably benefit from an alignment and new front tires. Decided to have them go ahead and order 4 tires. Figured I'd replace them all. Said I'd be back Monday. Came back Monday, and no one seemed to give a care about helping me. When I told the gentlemen with glasses what I was there for, it sounded like it was an inconvenience and that it would be a while before they could get to it, at least a few hours. Didn't have that time, so said I'd be back in a few days. On Tuesday, my car would no longer run. Since it's my only mode of transportation, had it towed from my work in Frankfort back to Georgetown. I had Ken Towery's and Big-O both look at it and both came to the same conclusion. My engine was over-filled with oil and FUBAR. I would need an entirely new engine in a car that only had 28,700 miles on it. Literally take you're vehicle anywhere but here. These bozos don't know what they're doing... read more

I had a tire with a slow leak that I wanted to get repaired. They Were able to find the leak which was part of my TPMS system, and replace it. They were very helpful and friendly. All in all a great experience. read more

I went for an oil change only because I had a Groupon for there. while there I was advised I was in extreme need of brake pads and rotors. really tried to get me to do them that day but I didn't have the money so I said not at this time. I took to 2 other reliable auto garages and both told me I did NOT need brakes but I did have bad tire. Had I not trusted my gut and got gem on they would have ripped me for $700. women especially beware of this place! never going back. read more

Found a groupon coupon so figured I would have them change the oil since its so cold outside. I usually do my own oil changes. Specifically told the guy that wrote us up (I think it was Jamey or something like that) exactly what we needed and that we had a groupon coupon. He proceeded to argue that the groupon coupon didn't cover the whole oil change and a balance would be left remaining. After arguing for a few minutes I was thinking 10 minutes of my time arguing wasn't worth the $10 he said I would owe. I told him the tpms light was on and if a tire was low enough to warrant checking for a leak then go ahead and do so. Also told him to rotate the tires and that the daytime running lights weren't working. We went inside to fill out our information and he then said that the Groupon coupon would cover the oil change. We left for a dr appt and came back to pick up the car. Came back and were told the total was $95 and change. Ummm no we had a coupon. Had to go get someone else concerning that. Was still $30 and change when a rotation is only $19.99. Asked them if the daytime running lights were checked and replaced and he said they forgot to check them and he would check them now. He walked outside with us and pointed at the side marker light and said those are working. I said the round lights at the bottom were the daytime running lights. He said No those are fog lights. I said No they are daytime running lights. He then said Wanna bet? Hell yeah I'll bet that I know what my car has. Needless to say the daytime running lights didn't get fixed and we will not be going back. read more

Took my car up there because I was having acceleration issues. They had the car for a week before they even looked at it. Was told many times that "it will be pulled in today" and that didn't happen until 6 days later. Upon looking at the car, they quoted me $2500. I go ahead with service, and told them I would be out of town that weekend and can pick the car up the following Tuesday. I come back Tuesday to the car being unfinished. I come back a Wednesday and the car's acceleration is exactly the same as when I dropped it off. Now everyone is blaming everyone else for not understanding the issue and basically saying I didn't explain the issue well enough, but they test drove the car and they couldn't drive the car without noticing the acceleration issues. Basically paid $2500 to not even have the issue I brought the car in for addressed after waiting a little over 2 weeks. Will not be doing business with the company ever again. read more
