Today I went to get my car checked out for a right headlight that was out. When I received my car back, I found that the left blinker was going faster than usual on my dashboard. I ended up looking the cause up on my phone and there were two factors: 1.) the light may not be hooked up properly or 2.) the bulb was burned out. I ended up calling this location and they stated they would look at it and if the bulb burned out, they would replace it, no charge. I ended up taking it back today and they replaced it, but stated that the bulb had burned out. So my line of thinking is that if this morning they had replaced my headlight and I know that my car is an old model; a mechanic would look at the left light to compare the wiring (if they did not know how to replace the other headlight). When this happened, they might have forgotten to connect the blinking light bulb. When I had taken it back, I was met by a manager and two techs, one whom had replaced one of my headlights before. I am glad that they had taken the time out of their busy schedule (because there were a lot of cars needing attention to fix this issue). I ended up finding out it was a burnt out bulb; however, I found it a bit odd how it could have burned out the around the time my right headlight burned out and on the same EXACT day that I had taken my right headlight to be fixed. I must be one really unlucky driver. I will never know because I cannot go into the garage when mechanics are working nor can I see video evidence in the garage of how mechanics are fixing my car. I feel like the onus is always on the customer; however, at least it is fixed now. I like to think of this as a contribution to society. Because it was fixed, no matter the issue, other drivers on the road will know when I am making my left turn. This will save more lives, which is more important than $100 worth of labor and parts. called in the evening before for a quote on a set new tires , full synthetic oil change , and a truck alignment. the quote given over the phone by one of their store employees notated my account and we scheduled service the next day. after all services were completed , the quote given did not match the invoice I received. the store would not help on fixing the prices of the quote & my invoice. Issue #2 - after the tires were balanced (which you pay for on a new set of tires) and the truck was aligned allegedly the truck now pulls hard and the steering wheel is not straight. issue #3- started to smell a burning smell the technician/s working on my truck spilled oil and they attempted to wipe it up , but did not tell me about it. I'll start by saying Firestone's pricing is reasonable, but the service and employee conduct were extremely disappointing. I came in for a tire change and was given a quote and told the work could be completed by end of day. Later, I received a text changing my reservation to the next day because they didn't have a full set of tires in stock. That was inconvenient, but fine. The next day, I dropped off my car and spoke directly with Logan, the service advisor, who assured me the car would be ready that day. When I returned to pick it up, the car hadn't even moved from where I parked it, and none of the tires had been touched. When I spoke to a different employee at the counter, I was suddenly told that the "agreement" was to have the car ready by end of day -- which is blatantly false and contradicts what I was clearly told earlier. I understand that mistakes happen and things don't always go as planned, but what's unacceptable is not owning up to it and instead trying to shift the story. That lack of accountability is what really ruined the experience. Because of this, I won't be returning. read more

My granddaughter took her car In Saturday because of antifreeze leak. There was a split in the upper radiator hose. They charged her $400.00 for a $20.00 hose installed. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a young lady. Totally unacceptable. Lady's beware read more

Simple belt and tensioner job. They did complete this for me but they left all of the old ripped up belt pieces inside the engine area which now took out my main crank seal and destroyed the new belt and pulley. Mgr said they don't remove any covers for this job. If they took off the plastic drip pan they would have seen it, if they would have inspected the area well they would have seen it. I thought I had an appointment for an oil change but due to an IT snafu, even though I called an 859 area code number, I'd been connected to a different location. But they took my car and changed the oil anyway in no more time than I have spent elsewhere. Then they didn't charge me since they said I was inconvenienced. IMO they were more inconvenienced than I! I would not trust them with work other than simple maintenance. After a decent first use of their services we had a number of problems with them working on our car with a transmission failure. To say things ended poorly is being generous and when we went to the business physically we were gas lit frequently by the management who lied to our faces about trying to call us (we looked up our phone records and had no proof of his claims), and not charging us for the initial services (which they did when we pulled our credit card records), and then lying to us about how they would contact us in the future. It has been three months since our last conversation with them. We will never be doing business with them in the future and I would warn away any one from using their services. Traveling cross country for work and SO GRATEFUL for Cory. He was honest and extremely helpful. J1ffy Lub3 told me that they didn't even want to me to leave the shop my breaks were so dangerous when I went in just for an oil change and wanted me to pay a fortune. Went to Firestone and Cory said there was nothing wrong with my breaks. Took me under the car and explained what my car looked like and showed pictures of cars that are not safe. Gave me the peace of mind to make it back home cross country. read more

These guys are awesome! In the past month my car has required multiple repairs including a new starter, struts, cv axles, and brakes, and each time I brought my car here I was helped quickly with repairs completed by the end of the day. If I wasn't moving soon I would have liked to continue coming here for my car's routine maintenance needs! read more

I bought new tires online, so I went to Firestone to have them put on. The gentleman told me they were to busy to put my tires on , but if I bought the tires from them they could put them on. You read this right. That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. The tires were a exact match of my current tires, plus I was leaving my car there all day. Just don't see what the issue is. If a auto business doesn't want to work on a automobile unless they can rip you off, stay away. And changing out tires is a simple request. Just think if it was something serious. read more

I had a flat tire and they took care of me during the Covid 19 crisis. They got me in quickly and replaced two of my tires, did an oil change, rotated, balanced, and did an alignment. They sanitized my vehicle and key upon completion. They did a fabulous job accommodating the social distancing guidelines. read more

We are a family of 5 on our way to Florida, and our a/c went out 2 hours into the trip. We called the nearest Firestone in KY and explained our situation. Teddy answered and said to stop by so he could take a look. What amazing service he gave us! Took out our air filter (at no charge) which allowed it to flow freely and now we are on our way! I don't usually write reviews...well I never write reviews but this time I had to. I lead a very busy life and travel often, usually by car. I scheduled an oil change via their website at 7pm and received confirmation. I drove 40 minutes away and arrived 30 minutes early to find the location was closed earlier than the website stated. I contacted customer service and spoke with a very polite young lady who advised that I would be getting a call from the regional manager and a free oil change due to the failed reservation. I did not. I got a call from the same shop that closed early, that lied and said the confirmation stated that they would be closed at the time of my appointment. I guess he assumed I wasn't looking at the email while he was talking, that was a lie. he offered an opportunity to reschedule. If they close at 5pm, I would have to shorten my work day take a newly scheduled appointment. I'm scheduled to travel that's why i needed the oil change, I won't need it when I come back to town, I'll get it before I travel I hope..... I hate that I selected this shop,...I hate they were dishonest...I hate that Walmart's service center is closed... the waste of gas was annoying but the waste of time was more the issue. read more
