Overall, I like the service. They did a quick job in the pricing was really good. When I pulled up I thought I'm going to have to wait for a very long time you, but the service was much quicker than I thought. The guys really knew what they were doing and got the job done quick. My biggest problem and the reason I'm not giving them 4 or 5 stars is that they were very messy. The white interior of my car got dirty. It looks like somebody was touching sum of the interior with their dirty greasy hands. Overall I really like this place, but when you operate a place like this you need to make sure you are very very clean. Super honest and helpful! Bought a used car last week and the oil change light was on. Took it in to get it taken care of only to find out it didn't need to be changed yet! The previous owner had it changed 3,500 miles ago and it doesn't need to be changed until 5,000. They could have done the change and charged me but they were honest and told me it wasn't due yet. They even topped off my fluids, including 1/2 quart of oil because it was a little low. All for no charge. I will be back for sure! read more

I got a standard oil change here. The man at the desk was very friendly and chatty. Unfortunately, I started noticing oil puddles on my driveway after my oil change. I took my car in to my regular repair shop and they discovered that Jiffy Lube had completely neglected to replace the seal behind the oil plug. I had to foot a $50 bill for labor, new oil, and a new seal all because Jiffy Lube forgot how to do their job. read more

Very impressed with the service here. As soon as I pulled in an attendant came to help me and walk me in to be helped. My car was pulled right in. They went over everything with me step by step and I felt really confident with the way they spoke to me. I got an oil change, replaced my air filter, and got a tire rotation. I didn't feel pressure to do anything. I actually was 1 step ahead of them telling them I wanted these services because I was told in the past by a mechanic friends they should all be done in tandem. UPDATE: I took my car to the Honda dealership for my next oil change. I was told that the last person to fill my transmission fluid (jiffylube) over flowed it and it's causing the piece around to stretch. They checked my oil and told me to come back next month it was fine being a 1000 miles over due. Today I went in and they treated me like I was STUPID. They did not open on time. Let's just start out by saying that I have always been a person who has done my own oil changes because, for one, I like working on my own car and two, the horror stories of incompetence and lack of attentiveness thrived in this sort of environment. So on a day when I was looking for some help fixing an issue that was started at one of these places, I found myself surprised and happy that I was so graciously proven wrong. Ron, one of the managers at this location, was not only willing to work with me to loosen an oil canister on a Toyota Prius that had been, let's say over tightened, went over and beyond to see that a perfect stranger was taken care of. He was so concerned about my predicament that he even offered to do the service personally and allow me to watch the process to ensure I wasn't dealing again with another over tightened oil canister. Although unsuccessful at loosening the oil canister, he directed me to the establishment that last serviced the vehicle and went so far as to inform that location's manager of my predicament and need. These guys are awesome! Stopped in here for an oil change on my Yukon. As I was getting out of the vehicle I was greeted by a friendly tech who immediate took my vehicle to start working on it. Like any other oil change place, they are going to try and do add on's. But you never feel like they are ripping you off or trying to do un-necessary work. For example, If you have a light out, they are going to tell you and then it's up to you if you want it replaced. There is no pressure here whatsoever. Very professional, efficient, and courteous staff. The waiting room is very clean and they have hot coffee available. I was in and out in like 10 minutes!!! Best Jiffy Lube I have been to ever. Came in today (Christmas Eve) there was a guy cleaning the windows of my truck. persons shirt said Chris but who knows if he was wearing the correct shirt. He kept saying the F word while climbing up my truck tires and didn't even clean my windshield that good. When the car was done he slammed my hood unnecessarily hard and continued to curse. I get it it's Christmas Eve and you probably don't want to be at work but atleast show some respect to my car. Went one and only time to do an oil change. Payed $100 for oil change and filter change. After they changed it my car started making some kind of noise and I went back to them to see what's going on and the guy didn't even bothered to look at it!!! He said because you did oil change, we don't deal with the insides of the car so you should go and check with the dealer. These guys are great!! I took my car here for the first time about a week ago, I had never been to a Jiffy Lube location before, and I was immediately impressed with how quickly I was greeted. After pulling my car into line, the technician brought me to the computer to go over the services I was requesting. I was offered additional or ugraded services but, unlike every other place I've been to, I was not pressured into spending more money than necessary for my vehicle. I could tell right away that these guys care for their customers. I even saw the manager, Brian Bills, going out of his way to help a customer who had already left but required some additional assistance with their vehicle. I've never seen any other shop even give thought to leaving the store to help a customer, I was very impressed. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they made sure to go over every bit of my paperwork with me. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this location whenever I need work done on my vehicle. read more

I called over the phone and I was told they had my windshield wiper blades in stock and it would take them less than 10 mins to put it on. I drove straight over and was told that they did not have my blades in stock and it would be an hour. Then apparently they did have them but although wiper blades are simple and it does only take minutes they're going to make me wait in the regular line for oil changes & such. Very poor customer service by the Mexican person with the comb back because it was more than obvious they just didn't want to help me at all. Two people said I didn't need to wait in the same line and that person said it didn't matter, I did. waste of my time. read more

Where to start. I came here for an oil change and they told me it would take 30 min. I agreed and in the meantime went to shop at Ross in the same shopping area. I came back and found out the car wasn't ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes! Wth!? Finally, after an hour wait for a d@mn oil change I got my car back. In my experience, the people working here are pretty careless. They, in there own words, "forgot to tighten a seal" when I had my oil changed, resulting in most of the oil ending up on my driveway. Found out later, a friend had her transmission flushed there and they , again in their own words,"forgot to put in transmission fluid." The result was my friend needed a new transmission, which Jiffy Lube agreed to pay for. I will never bring my car there again. read more

I just had my rear differential redone (pinion seal & both wheel seals) $500. I went here to this jiffy lube cause it was close. I asked if they could top off rear diff the guy pulled the plug and said it was full. How can it be full I just watched about two quarts come out of it. Just an hour before. Then another guy carwls under my truck with a 5gal bucket gear oil fights my exhaust pipe and I said go to the left side no exhaust pipe on this side he ignored me. He proceed to fill the diff few pumps pulses house and said its full. The whole time I'm watching this. The definition of full on my rear diff is you pull the plug and the gear oil should seep out. That's full. Not pull plug put your finger in diff and say yeah it's full. The worst part was them lying to me service not done. I will not be back to this Jiffy lube. read more

I was here a couple of months ago and I was greeted by a lot smiles and i felt like I was in good hands. In fact the lady with the elf ears made me laugh so much I forgot I was even getting my oil changed. So I thought HELL yeah this is were I will go for now for my oil change. I am new to California so to find someone to take care of my car needs was important. Let me say this shop today took away all of the faith I had in it before, it was what day and night, what was once warm is now hostel, and the topping on the cake was I seen the manager verbally fighting with a customer. The new cashier did not have my interests in hand and she was very rude, and I miss my elf. Poor customer service, and little needs makes me not to return to this shop. Not to mention the profanities i heard from the lobby by the staff and the manager, makes this shop a no more return. read more
