I took my car in because I had a nail in my tire. I made my appointment online and dropped it off 2 hrs early because I had to drop it off on my lunch. As soon as I pulled up the gentleman directed me to park my car. When I walked in, Jessica helped me she greeted me and was very pleasant. While she went out to check the mileage on my car and my license plate, I had two other employees walked past me and asked me if I've been helped. So their customer service is excellent. It wasn't even within two minutes. Two people two different people asked me if I was being helped to me. That goes a very long way because how many people walk past us and don't even greet or acknowledge us. They called me when my car was done to let me know to pick it up. Called at 10:30 am, was told they had the battery for my car. 3 hrs later they pull my car in only to tell me they don't have the battery and it will be another hour wait! It's Completely unacceptable to wait 4 hours for a battery of all things! I even asked at the 2 hr mark how much longer it was going to be and was told by the mechanic there were 4 cars ahead of me. In the 3hrs I waited they could've had the battery ordered! I'm confused why the lady checking me in didn't double-check for the battery or tell me it could be a 4hr wait! I would've left and went somewhere else and not wasted 4hrs of my day! When I asked, why didn't they order the battery when I walked in, the lady said, "well we have to check your battery 1st, then determine which one you need before we know if we have the part"! SERIOUSLY?!!! You mean to tell me a store of that size who sells batteries on a daily basis doesn't keep an inventory of barriers on hand? Walmart does! And you mean to tell me when the mechanic grabbed the last battery he didn't tell the front desk to order another one? I was like, "ok so you had a 50/50 chance of not having one or the other battery's on hand, so why didn't you check my car within the hour I came in, which would've taken less than 10 minutes, make sure you knew which one I needed then ordered it from there, while you worked on other cars?" By the time my car was finally pulled into the bay, it took the mechanic less than 10mins to determine which one I needed, 5 minutes to order the battery, and another hour for me to wait for it to be delivered and installed! I could've saved 3hrs of my time that's VALUABLE TO ME since I ONLY get 2 free days a week off! For Les Schwab to think a customer's time has ZERO VALUE is unprofessional! The sad part is, I've been going there for years, but this has really pissed me off knowing they don't value customer time! Not sure I will ever use them again! I recommend them to everybody. Worst les Schwab ever I came in for just a tire patch for my tire. At first I wanted a rotation then I changed my mind . He went over it on the paperwork. I waited two hours total the first hour and a half. They pulled me in and said everything's ready. Then I asked what they did and they said they only did a tire rotation which. I told them I didn't want they still charged me for it. I asked if they did my tire patch they didn't even do it. I waited another 30 minutes a total of two hours for the tire patch and then my vehicle is ready . Still charged for a rotation I didn't want. Do not go here. read more

All the guys working on it were good but I remember Chris by name, and he was very friendly but continued working while talking with my grandson and I. I went and sat in the waiting room at 9 o'clock for my appointment. I had an appointment for an oil change, but they still wanted an hour. After the hour, one of the technicians came out and told me that my brakes needed to be changed because they were worn out. I told him OK, but how long would that be. He told me 12 o'clock and they finally finished at 1:45. So I was in the waiting room from 9 to 145. Then the technician who worked on my car tells me that he reset my display, but now the display numbers are all wrong. I will never go back for an oil change here again. I love Les schwab but I have vital advice. They are now adding oil changes service. You have to be faster it took an hour in a half for an oil change. Jiffy lube takes 30 minutes at the most but they are not honest like Les schwab, if you cut down the time for an oil change you can increase the business. An hour at the most not an 90 minute. I am just giving construction criticism. I can go to many places that won't take as much time as Les schwab. read more

Based upon prior great experiences with Les Schwab in my former city, I visited this location to get a flat fixed. Fortunately, they were able to remove the embedded screw and plug the tire, all at no charge to me! Service was pretty fast as I showed up without an appointment. The waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable and the free popcorn was top notch! I will definitely visit them when I need new tires. read more

We've been going here for years to get our tires rotated, random things that need to be fixed etc. Last week we got new tires, rims, and a lift kit for our Jeep. Brian was very helpful, but still realistic and told us the best lift kit and tires we would need for our wants but also our needs (not doing any crazy off roading). He didn't try to just sell us the most expensive tires, he helped us to figure out what would fit our taste and lifestyle as well. I will not be back to any Les Schwab location. They miss something every-time. Went for a brake inspection (they did not check the brakes) and they told me the brakes were fine and instead they tried to sell me $1,800 tires. I went to another mechanic (Power inn tires, they are great!) who showed me the worn down brakes pads also sold me quality tires for less than half of what Schwab would have charged. I should also add Schwab said they did not have time to perform the work they quoted me for at 5pm in the afternoon when my truck was already in their garage. Power-inn tires performed everything in less than an hour off a walk in (no appointment) on my lunch break. read more

For the past two days Ive taken my car to two separate locations because my tire pressure light was on and, both times I was dismissed because they were too busy. Both times I had technicians tell me they were too busy to even check what was causing the leak! I've been a customer having an account with them for over 4 years and never once have they impressed me with their customer service, never going the extra mile showing they actually care about their customers safety. After getting a $2k estimate from the dealership for struts, bushings, and an axel, I went to Les Schwab for a second opinion. They came back with the same diagnosis (which is good, I can still take my van in for service without worrying about the dealership inventing problems that don't exist), and Les Schwab gave me a much better quote of $1140. Had the work done the next week, and all is good! Also, these guys at Les Schwab know how customer service is done! They spent a good bit of time with me on the phone, walking me through the ins and outs of the situation, and were awesome to my partner when he dropped off and picked back up. i bought my tires at les schwab in Marysville. Great service! I moved to wesr roseville severalyears ago. I got a nail in my tire, so I thot lets try the tire center closest to me. Wrong!! Person ar counter was pleasant, until i told her my situation. Just needed my tire plugged. She tells me it is an hour and a half wait... Really...to fix a leaky tire. OMG! It was not like I wanted four new tires and rims, just a tire fixed. She was not -pleasant about it and said there wasnt anything she could (or would) do. Ive been to les schwab tires in three states and all over northern CA driving truck, never had a problem getting a flat fixed. This location has been like a neighbor to us... one that has always had that cup of sugar! I can't even count on every finger of every hand of every family member how many times this team from this location has "shown up" for us. Steve and Mark's team has treated us as if we were family, which I know is not an isolated feeling in speaking with other customers. Not once, even if just stopping for air has one team member not made us feel like a priority. I have over the last 12 years recommended this location and Les Schwab in its entirety to every person within my scope if the word tire or brakes are mentioned. The feedback from them, once they go, mirrors my own. In fact, when they mention a team member name, that tells me the customer service and connection that was made resonated! Most recently, there has been a sensor for my tire issue, and Marks relentless research of making this right for me has not gone unnoticed! But this is only one of many stories over the years where Steve and team have rescued us.. and I mean that! Their honesty and integrity are visual as I never feel I'm being oversold! Everything is explained of what the best options for me are and sometimes knowing the ones that can get us by until next time. We will come back every time. DISHONEST establishment!!! I took my Legal tread tire with a screw in the middle of the tire and they did not want to patch it but instead recommend I buy 4 new tires. Screw was located in middle of tire so it's not like it wasn't repairable. I went to Firestone across the street and they patched it no problem at all. I also bought 4 new tires for another vehicle from Firestone which are name brand tires. Watch out for Les Schwab money grab non name brand tires!!! read more

I really wanted to be happy going here. For the last 8 years or so I have been going to Americas tire but dad recently had a very positive experience here so I decided to give Les Schwab a chance. I called over a week in advance to make an appointment and made sure they would have my tires in stock as I had one day where I was free to get my tried and brakes done. I knew I had to have both these services done same day. I was told to make an appointment online and I would be good to go. Upon arrival the gal checking me in was new and knew absolutely nothing about tires. I get being new but before being in front of guests some level of training should be in place on tire education. She told me they had none on stock in my size and called someone else over who let me know they don't have anything in stock. I asked for my keys and left. I felt very uncomfortable with the fact that the person who was helping me couldn't explain the different types of tires available for my truck, could not address my concerns with my current tires, and to top it all off they didn't even have any tires in my size in stock. They had all of my information for mytires well over a week in advance and didn't use that to ensure tires in stock. Overall just poor service. What a bummer! We really wanted to support our local Les Schwab but I will not be back. read more

They are the real deal. I love these guys. Honest. Fair. Good prices. Great warranty service. Extras. Honor their promises. How do I know? I have purchased about twenty four tires from them now. I have done this because I wanted to reward them for the help they gave my even before I had ever purchased a tire from them. My first, and mysteriously deleted review told the story of how I rolled in one day with a flat tire, looking for a repair. I had never been to one of their stores before in my life. They repaired my tire, got all tires up to pressure, rotated them, and returned my keys. I asked them for the bill and they said we don't charge for flat repairs. Who does that?? I can honestly say that Steve makes this place worth coming back to. The first time I went in, I had a flat tire (nail) and brought the tire in. Quick on the spot the tire was fixed. When I went to pay, Steve came up and waived the fee, and let me know that I was soon in need for tire replacement. My husband's truck a few months later had a tire that was beginning to split. Steve was willing to check and find a spare tire to help me get by until I could get all 4. I am purchasing the tires for both vehicles here. Super happy with the Les Schwab in Antelope specifically the employee PHIL. Got a new car a couple of months ago and took it in to buy cables I thought that's what I needed. He asked me for my owners manual because he felt that there were two different ways of going about it and he confirmed that I could use chains instead, a less expensive and easier to install option. He sold me the chains which were a great deal and then I mentioned that too bad I don't know how to put them on. Came here recently to see if my tire was repairable or if I needed to purchase a new tire as I noticed a huge nail sticking out out of it making an awful noise when I drove. It was around 4:45pm and pouring cats and dogs on a Monday night and Patrick (thankful to have remembered the gentleman name this time!) was extremely helpful! He was able to quickly repair the tire and in doing so my wheel lock had unfortunately broke due to being crazy old. He throughly explained why and recommend my best options including the prices.
