I was the only person there and I waited almost an hour while the staff laughed and chatted amongst each other. My cashier Traci was rude as ever she made me feel as if I wasn't bothering them by being there..like I was interfering. Very unprofessional staff. I've been to this Jiffy Lube 3 times for service work on my car. Each time, I've found the people working there to be friendly and professional. I like the fact they show you the car parts if recommending you purchase a new filter, etc. so that you can actually see what they're describing. I'm always leary that mechanics are trying to up-sell me on car repairs, but never the case with these folks. The only downside is that they're usually very busy, so it may take 20 to 45 minutes to get the work done depending upon the time of day. Either way, it's worth it to know you'll get quality work at a good price. Plus as an added bonus they have a free car wash promotion with a nearby car wash. read more

Gave this place a second chance (only because it's close to my house) and it's still extremely slow. Oil change and tire rotation and Ive been here an hour, and still waiting. Horrible! read more

Save yourself the money and headache. I went to the Oak Lawn Jiffy Lube on August 1st. They would not honor the coupon I had because it was not printed. They removed the air filter to show me the dirt in it. I had replaced the air filter less than a month prior, so I asked for it to be put back in the car. The technician placed it in the car backwards. Due to this dirt was sucked into the car, this damaged the mass air flow sensor and O2 sensors. It also allowed dirt to get into the fuel injector. I have now had to spend over $1,000 due to the Jiffy Lube technician's mistake that was caught way too late. Go elsewhere. read more

Just recently my tires needed air and I stopped by as they were cleaning up and preparing to close the techs stopped what they were doing and helped me without complaints they made sure I was all set and ready to go. read more

Waited at this location at 9 am today. No one arrived until 9:20. Parked next to a car that had someone sitting it it. She looked like she has an attitude. Finally at 9:20 when someone came to finally open the facility the same girl got out of the car and allows another car that just pulled up to enter. I was at the Chicago Ridge (store number 2507) location on January 14th 2018. I have been coming to this company, specifically this location for roughly 8 years. I always get the signature blend, I pay, I thank everyone and I don't come back until due mileage. In July I paid 106 dollars for my serpentine belt to be fixed. Since then my belt has still been squeaking, progressively. I've came back to the same location 3times so that the belt can be tightened/adjusted. Each time they they titrate it ONCE in fear that it might be too tight, each time I am told "if you hear a squeak tomorrow or sometime just bring it back". What was the point of paying 106 dollars to fix an issue if your expert mechanics are UNSURE. Today specifically I was treated extremely poorly by Traci P., she refused to service my car or even talk to me stating "this is Taylor's problem not mine, I'm just the manager she's the GM". She told me "if you have to keep coming back maybe the problem is your car not us". She told her coworker who was trying to assess the situation "if I were you I wouldn't do it, that's Taylor's problem not yours" "if something happens to that belt that's on you, I ain't getting fired for something that happened on my shift". Once it was time for me to pay (after Matthew treated my serpentine belt to his best abilities) she wouldn't tell me my total...she just stood there blankly staring at me expecting me to look at the screen which was facing HER. She gave me 1 receipt, which usually I get 2. I asked if there's another copy to be expected and she scolded me in front of another customer YELLING "I've been here 2yrs all we give is one copy I don't know what you're saying or what you want". I am never coming back to jiffy Lube and I regret all of the time and money that I have ever spent at this establishment. I cannot believe Jiffy Lube would employ such a degenerate person. This is who is representing your company. The man next to me was so ashamed stating "I can't believe she is talking to you like that". I have the entire encounter recorded onto my phone, and I cannot wait to show it to the rest of my friends and family to show what type of business Jiffy Lube has turned into. This has saddened me to extreme levels. If YELP had a "NO STARS" option, I'd apply it to this specific jiffy lube location. read more
