We drove to Jiffy Lube at 15303 W. 135th St. in Olathe, Ks. on 3/19/24 for an oil change. This is not the closest location to our home, but I was so pleased with my last visit that I chose to return. The three gentlemen who assisted us were Caleb, Eric, and Diego. All three were extremely professional, efficient, and polite. They were not only thorough, but made sure we understood all that they were checking, and mentioned several things that needed to be dealt with in the near future, but they did NOT pressure us into doing them in advance. I was SO IMPRESSED by the OUTSTANDING customer service at this Jiffy Lube. I am new to town within the last few weeks and don't have many friends or family that live close. As a young gal, I always panic when it comes to having the slightest issue with my vehicle. This past Thursday morning at 8 AM, I frantically called them before heading into work, as I had some unusual dashboard engine lights on. The two men working got me in immediately, told me they would take care of me and my car, and told me to help myself to some coffee while I waited. They got the job done in less than 10 minutes-- not to mention they wiped down my windshield/windows so they were clean, topped me off with oil, vacuumed the floor of my car and made sure the tires were good on air. Went in at 4:30 on a Sunday asked if they had time to do an oil change since they closed at 5 the team was more than happy to help me. They treated me with so much kindness and respect even educated me on my car! They made sure that I was the one making the choices and not any high pressure sales tactic. What I thought was going to be awhile turned out to be less than 30 minutes and they even rotated my tires! On top of that they vacuumed my car. The tech told me that since it was misty outside that I could come back and have my windows cleaned! I will be back they have a large clean office and kept me informed of what they were doing. This team is the most professional and kind team I have ever dealt with. Every time I go see them, they are always super nice and get the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. Recently, I have had to get a lot of preventive maintenance done because of the high mileage on my car and they decided to put new windshield wipers on my car for free and rainx on my windshield. I have never ever had a problem with them, nor have they taken advantage of the fact that I am a female. I have always gotten my oil changed here, but I noticed a change of staff in the recent years. It's a friendlier place to be at. The team seems to be actually having a good time while they are working, which is always a great thing to see, nobody likes grumpy people! I work in two customer service jobs, so I know how it can get when it comes to people spending money. But they handle it very well, they like to make sure the customer is in control of their situation, and they don't try to make you spend more money than you can afford. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While I probably got talked into a synthetic blend oil change I didn't need, (I know nothing about cars) Pennzoil was offering a rebate so the cost offset. I see from the other reviews that you get a discount for early appointments that I didn't receive but it may be because I got the synthetic blend package rather than the standard oil change. There was no wait and everyone I spoke to was great! Dwayne and Kayden took care of my car this visit and were never pushy about repairs I didn't come in for. I enjoyed getting to stay in my car and both guys kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. Dwayne even hung out next to my window (socially distanced of course) and had a nice conversation with me while I waited. Found a good coupon, they provided a good sale on wiper blades BOGO, and would not do a tire rotation because my front tires had too little tread left to make it worth while. I've had a couple others (Dwyane and Matt) that were rude and not as helpful. I'll continue to bring my car to this location as long as John works here. Great service, as always! Wouldn't take our car anywhere else. Drove to Florida and Texas two months ago and brought it in for an oil change. Was told we could wait until we returned. And they topped off all the fluids and checked everything to make sure we wouldn't have any problems.
