Came here to get an oil change on my SUV. They quoted me $72 and were very polite and friendly. The waiting room is comfy with free coffee and TV. It took them around 30 min to change my oil, in my option that was a little longer than expected. I then discovered they also checked all my other fluids and vacuumed my entire car. I found a group-on online and ended up paying $42 in the end. If price is not a factor I recommend coming here. read more

He said I'd have to wait 1 hour+, why even pay almost 100 dollars for synthetic oil and some signature top off service when I can't even use it... He was very rude and I heard cussing as I left.. After going to multiple 4 different Jiffy Lube's trying to get an inspection done for uber and being turned down, this place was a breath of fresh air. I took my car in for an oil change and later that day my car overheated. Turns out there was a leak in the coolant tank, one that wasn't there before I took my car in. I called and told them and they took no responsibility or ownership of the problem. I had to rent a car for the weekend and pay to have the tank replaced. Terrible experience. read more

Robert and Mark were very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and show issues with my car, without putting a lot of pressure to buy services. Worst service ever! So bad I called their customer service line to share my experience. I will not return and strongly discourage anyone considering this particular Jiffy Lube. The boy (I will not reveal his name) greatly misrepresents this company when it comes to courteous, friendly, customer service. He was rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and condescending. His rudeness was witnessed by other customers where one offered to give me her contact info to support and validate my complaint. No one deserves to be treated like this. Just recently got an oil change here for the first time I usually go to Big Brand Tires but I wanted to try out a new place. When I got to Jiffy lube I was greeted right away by 3 people very helpful and nice of them to guide me and tell me what to do. Nancy and the rest of her team went far beyond my expectations they treated me like a loyal customer even tough it was my first time here. I read some of the reviews where they surprise charge you up to like a million dollars when it's time to pay of course I'm being sarcastic. In my experience Nancy did try to upsell and try to fix other things that were probably in need of a change for my car but that's her job I don't blame her. I nicely declined every offer she had for me and if there was going to be a charge for something she would let me know right away she also wasn't pushy. My visit didn't take long the lobby was nice and clean when everything was done I was surprised they they went as far as to vacuum the inside of my car very nice of them no one has ever done that for me, I also got a compliment voucher for a carwash next door. With today's economy its hard to get great service for your money. I took my truck to Jiffy lube's in 611 S Rose Ave in Oxnard. I was amaze with the crew that is working there! I was given world class customer service! As soon as i got there i was greeted then my door was opened for me. Then was asked to sit down, If i wanted water or coffee? At the end as i was leaving, my door was opened for me and once i got into my truck was close for me!! Was told to "have a good day". Decided on this location based on yelp reviews. Excellent service from the moment I pulled in. Found Roger at the front desk and mentioned I was there because of Yelp reviews. I did not feel hustled to buy anything, Roger walked me through the process, making suggestions. They found a front side light out and replaced it for less than 10 dollars, bulb included. Added bonus is that you get a free car wash from next door by showing the car wash your Jiffy Lube receipt. Really great service. Very pro. read more
