He told me to bring it in whenever I could, which was right away. When I got there he came and greeted me and went straight to checking my car out. He said he would give me a call in awhile when he looks more into it. I received a phone call about three hours later with the exact price and that it would be ready the next day. I was extremely pleased with the job and service. He even topped off my oil and made other maintenance suggestions without being pushy. Reasonable priced, great, fast, friendly, and their helpfulness has turned me into a return customer.

After my visit, I was contacted by a franchise representative (Justin) regarding the issue of a broken airbox. Unfortunately, the interaction was highly unprofessional--he was argumentative, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice. As a customer, I should not have to defend my concerns or be spoken to in that manner. Even more concerning was the inconsistent and changing explanation of the issue. I was initially told screws were missing, then that the airbox itself was broken, and later that technicians were removing tape or sealant from an already damaged part. These conflicting statements raised serious concerns about both the quality of the service and the transparency of communication. At no point did anyone take responsibility or provide a clear, consistent explanation. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and shifting narratives. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in professionalism and customer care. I would strongly caution others going here... as I see other reviews stating similar experiences with damage to their car and services performed incorrectly.

I'm able to prioritize what I need done and work around my finances until I can get everything but absolutely needs to be done. When my Fiat was having issues with a code, I took it to two other mechanics who could not diagnose it and one I tried to fix it. They didn't. JT's fix the problem and it has not reoccurred since then. He worked with my insurance, your mercury, and helped me get the work done. When my other friend had a problem with her transmission, she was quoted by one mechanic is it going to cost $700. JT's did it right and we haven't had the issue with the transmission since then and it was less than half. I know every job is different and the needs of the car different. But I feel very comfortable bringing my children here.
