They were great, Super fast. I was in a huge hurry and just needed a basic oil change really fast. I walked in and was out in less than 15 minutes. They didn't try to upsell me, they checked the fluids and got me on the road. The only thing was, you drop off your car at the bay and walk into the waiting room and wait for someone to come to you. I got confused and didn't want them to do extra stuff without me talking to them first. But I guess they diagnose your car and come back with what you might need. Tried to tell me I'm missing stuff in my car and then overpriced the parts he said I needed. If I could give it no stars I would. I took my car and my wife's car here to get an oil change. A day later on my way to work I noticed the oil light turned on. I had found out that the oil filter wasn't tied on right and came off while I was driving. So turned out that my whole engine froze over. I sued them for what my car was worth ended up getting barely anything back for it. I needed something cause I had NO car. (Keep in mind this was a few months back). I take my girls car today for leaking oil and a mechanic I know just assured me that her oil filter hasn't been changed in a year. I have 2012 Chevy Equinox just went to jiffy lube the guy walks up and just says that cars oil change starts at $69.99 this is the first time going to jiffy lube as I always take my car to the dealer and pay no more than $45 I understand that my car takes Dexos oil but come on a CHEVY DEALER charges cheaper??? I am part of a program that includes free oil changes and this is one of the places available to preform maintenance. I asked to let me know if the brakes had worn because they squeaked sometimes. After trying to upsell me everything they had they told me that my brakes were so bad that it damaged the rotors and they would need to replaced. Took it to my mechanic and my brake pads still had over 60% left on them. My car is brand new and has less than 30,000 miles on it. My real mechanic informed me that because of new brake pad regulations new cars have part metal pads and are a little more noisy but last longer and the rotors were obviously not even slightly damaged. Just because I'm not a mechanic doesn't mean I'm incompetent!!!! read more

This Jiffy Lube once gave you great service. Today they suck!!! They don't Top off your fluids anymore and if you want it topped off it cost you $10.00 extra for the service. They want to charge you $40.00 for a Cabin Filter and $50.00 for an Air Filter, what a rip off!!! Half the time the Air Filter does not even look that bad. Go to Auto zone and buy one for $20.00 and they will even help you install it. They ask you which oil and mileage oil you would like to purchase. They are the prose and your car has a specific recommended oil to be used on your auto by the manufacture anyway. Be ware of these company tactics, they like to rip off the consumers. read more

I like them. Came here for my sisters Alero and they took care of the value plus oil change for about $31 total after taxes. They were fast and friendly. I have gone for my impala in the past and they tried selling me various services, which might have been necessary for my car, but considering that it was dying, they let up and fixed my tail light. Today I went in and it was the best experience I had at a Jiffy Lube. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. For the first time I didn't feel pressured into buying anything else... which is a staple I have grown annoyed at. They got the pricing right, without me having to correct them. I got the $27.99 special with extra oil ($37) The other jiffy lubes in the area that have the same special try to charge me $50... I ask why and they give me all kinds of crap. At the end, they had my hood opened, showed that everything was done and i was on my way. Keep it that way and I'll be back and not dreading it like i used to. read more

Took my Honda Accord in to have an oil change. The first attempt the oil was leaking and plug wasn't put on tightly enough. Brought it in, not a problem, tightened it up. They tightened it so tightly that when I took it to another Jiffy Lube down below where I moved, they refused to do the oil change because they couldn't get the plug out. I called and was immediately placed on hold, and I hung up after 20 minutes of being on hold. I called back thinking I was calling at a less busy time (opening) and was again placed on hold. When someone finally came back on to phone after 15 minutes this time, I got hung up on. So, I called back. 30 minutes on the phone. I can't even talk to anyone, email or phone, to have them fix. Do not go to this Jiffy Lube! The first time I went they kept telling me that I needed an engine flush that cost $80! The last time I went, they tried to convince me to change my air filter, etc. So annoying! Everything seemed to go ok after that until the next day when I noticed that my change purse was missing from my glove box. I just came out of there after getting my oil changed. My car was worked on by the rudest guy I think I have ever met, Edwin V. He exclaimed that the color of my car was inappropriate, "Why didn't I get black?" Then went on to ask me, "Why I don't Drive a pink one?" When looking for a jiffy lube all were listed as closing at 6p. The time stated for this jiffy lube to close was 7:30p. So I pulled in got there at 5:40. Jesse, one of the young men working, said good evening miss may I help you? I stated I needed to have the oil changed. None of the young men told me they were about to close and couldn't take me. Instead they changed the oil and did all the checks wipers, fluid levels, washed the windows and vacuum the interior. They didn't take any short cuts and didn't rush through everything to get it done and to go home All 3 were polite and pleasant and answered any questions I had. I meet with"RENNE" he was very unprosfesional, He not only verbally abused me but also threaten me. I was asking to speak to the manager "Fernando however I was told by "Jose" that he was off for the day, and hewas the assistant manager. As I was speaking to Jose of the situation "Rene" walked in screaming and stating other facts. "José" (the asst. manager) stood as if nothing was happening while I was being yelled and verbally abused by by "RENE". I asked "José" if he was the manager on duty and was astonished at the fact that nothing was being done. Never have I experienced anything like this. We had a coupon for an oil change and this guy was telling us we couldn't use it, when very clearly it said we could for the type of service we needed. We read the coupon out loud to him, he denied it and said we couldn't use it. We had him read it, and he continued to deny it. He pointed to several different prices and types of oil changes, changing his mind about what to charge us every time we brought up using the coupon. CLEAR AS DAY the coupon said what it was good for and he kept telling us, "that's not what it says". Not sure if he was playing dumb to get money from us or what?? PLEASE IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR CAR DO NOT BRING IT HERE! These people do not know what they are doing. I came in for a simple oil change for my 2014 Dodge Challenger and it turned out that they put the WRONG OIL AND OIL FILTER in my car. Jiffy lube failed to warn me the specific oil my car takes and just put whatever. Im a girl and i dont know much about cars and they didnt even look out for me and tell me what oil my car needed. The day i left all my lights came on especially my check engine light. My car would not accelerate past 40 mph. I went back there to see if they needed to reset it or whatever but all they did was pretty much say it was my "car" that needed to be checked. So i took it to another mechanic and they told me what Jiffy Lube did wrong. Went back there today to at LEAST get my money back but no they pretty much washed there hands of the situation, was not understanding at all that what they did could of potentially ruined my car that i just bought and cause major problems in the future. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend ANY WOMAN who has no knowledge of cars to use their services! I am very dissatisfied! The morning of March 3rd I went to Walmart 9:30 or so, they tested my battery and Mind you it was A GOOD BATTERY!(I HAVE PAPER WORK) For specific reasons they recommended I go somewhere else for an oil change. So I left & went to an hour class at AVC my car was FINE! I left class to go to jiffy lube for AN OIL CHANGE ONLY! I parked my car in front of the garage turning the car off! Then back on thinking they'd like me to! Instead he started to ask questions so I turned the car off! When he gathered my information HE TURNED MY CAR ON & DROVE IT THROUGH THE GARAGE! It was FINE‼ while waiting he asked what oil did I want! I asked for standardthey changed my oil & he came back trying to get me to but $200 - $300 worth of stuff I said NO he informed me that it needed to be done and again I SAID NO he then proceeded to try and close the computer reports and I quickly asked for A PRINT OUT OF EVERYTHING! & he gave them to me and told me my car was done and it would be out the back door JUST FOR ME TO HURRY AND WALK OUT Before it was "actually done" I then seen 4 EMPLOYEES UNDER MY HOOD DOING SOMETHING TO MY BATTERY! They told me the battery was dead! I KNEW THEY WERE LYING! IT HAD JUST BEEN TESTED AT 9:30‼‼ THEY ALL THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND CONVINCE ME TO BUY A NEW BATTERY THESE MEN PRAY ON ALL WOMEN THAT THEY THINK HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMOBILESThey then tried to tell me that When you "check batteries in the morning it can say that it's good because when it cold outside that they tend to read wrong" that's A LIEHe also tried to "Crank my car in front of me" but held the key back inside the ignition holding it and acted like the car would not move I immediately called my father and became frustrated on the phone away from anyone's hearing range He then asked a customer to pull around the back of the car in front of my car WHILE STILL IN THE GARAGE I believe they used A CUSTOMERS CAR TO JUMP MY VEHICLE he saw that I was still on the phone irritated and MYSTERIOUSLY MY CAR PULLED OUT OF THE GARAGE and he said that it still needs a new battery I turned my car off and turned it right back on WITH NO PROBLEM I then began to go get my fatherand before we went back to JIFFYLUBE we went to go get the battery checked by another shop and (IT WAS GOOD‼I HAVE PROOF) We then went back to JIFFYLUBE gathered information and there was NO MANAGER on site(SO WE WILL BE BACK MARCH 4th) After getting the information! on my way to Corona MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON ‼(So I immediately PULLED OVER) ALSO MY CD PLAYER WAS OUT OF PLACE (if you try to put a CD in you would see that the CD player was NO LONGER ALIGNED AS IT WAS BEFORE I CAME THERE) WITH THE DISC I HAD IN BEFORE GOING TO JIFFY LUBE ON THE FLOOR‼‼ I AM UPSET DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED PISSED OFF AND DISGUSTED read more
