Today I called & Spoke with TONY Who said he was the (Manager) & gave me the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've EVER experienced in Any store that I've ever been too. I visited a store In Las Vegas to get my Oil Change & they advised me that whoever worked on my car last & the technicians who worked on my car didn't properly tighten my oil filter which caused my oil to leak Because my Drain Plus Gasket was messed up & Stripped & the last place that I serviced it was "JiffyLube" They also mentioned to me that the Oil filter was ready to come off with 1 cycle spin & that it was not properly tightened & that could've potentially caused my motor To Cease! I spoke with TONY & He was literally arguing with my over the phone for 1 Hour & did not want to give me the Technicians names who worked on my car so I can let corporate know about my experience! I asked for a refund & he simply said NO! I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! I asked him at least 10 times to tell me the names & he said to check on my receipt & I told him that I didn't have it & he still said NO! TONY SHOULD BE FIRED for his Unprofessionalism & for the way he treats his customers over the phone! I asked him if this is how he treats his customers & he said YES which genuinely shocked me! He said he would treat customers better who provided the receipt which is stupid! I DO NOT WANT A FREE OIL CHANGE OR PARTIAL REFUND! I really needed to get an oil change and so I looked up a couple places nearby. I noticed that there are two Jiffy Lubes here in Pasadena. I knew exactly where this was so I was able to drive up here this location has two garage spots where they can service two cars at a different time. I asked them how long it might take otherwise I would go to the other location a couple blocks away. He said that one car is wrapping up and I'd be able to be done and then 10 minutes or so they'd be done with my vehicle. It was extremely fast I was given the option to stay in my car if I wanted to and 10 minutes later if he was ready to go and I was out there. They were very quick and efficient and I would definitely come back again in the future. Before in the past I would go to a Pep Boys (I know it's totally different types of services.) are going to the dealership and that would just be a whole ordeal and a big production and I would just take way longer. I know it's not the same but this was perfect for what I need at this time around especially if it's just for an oil change. Great job to the team here and I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I stopped into Jiffy Lube on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena last week after having been to a Pep Boys (who told me there would be a hour wait) and another auto store. I purchased rear brake lights from the other auto store and a gentleman tried to install the brake light, but was not able to do so. I stopped into the above-mentioned Jiffy Lube, and they were able to install the brake light with no problem. They liked my rear bumper sticker and teased me about it as well! Turns out the oil cap is the original from when I bought my SUV back in 2012, so it was time to change it as overtime it started to come loose.
