Have been going to this Jiffy Lube since we moved in 2020. Ran into an issue and needed the ignition coil done. They had previously done the spark plugs in April of this year so didnt think it would be an issue. We called ahead to check and see if the mechanic was available and would be there. We were told they would be there all day and they could do it. Get there and then everything changes. They told us they couldnt do it and recommended we go to the dealership. When questioned of why we were told they could they said they never could even find the mechanic. Feels like they just didnt want to do the service. I'm not sure why I didn't listen to the bad reviews we are on a 5 hour road trip to a festival and our car started shaking and wouldn't go past 58 MPH unfortunately this JIffy Lube was the closest in the direction we were going. It said we would get there at 5:35 and they close as 6 so I called to make sure they would take us the lady said it was fine as long as we were there before 6 and not to worry When we got there at 5:40 after explaining the situation the mechanic says there's nothing wrong lol but we insisted he check it out because clearly something was up they check over the car then come and tell us there's nothing wrong and all he suggests is leaving it turned off for 30 min to cool down as it was a long drive and a hot day so we waited 45 min just to be safe We are driving again and in a matter of 5-10 min the same issues are happening again so now we are going to be in the middle of no where and try and make it back another 5 hours on Monday just so he could get off at 6?? Pretty unprerfecional I get that they are finished and ready to be off for the day but if they didn't want to sort out the actual issue they could have sent us somewhere else that would rather than sending us off to potentially worsen the issue read more

Very impressed with their professionalism. Went in for my annual Uber inspection and my car was pulled right in. I was taken to a very clean waiting area and offered coffee, tea and water. I then rembered that I needed an oil change. The cashier showed me several packages without being at all pushy. While my oil was being changed they filled all the fluids and vacuumed my car and washed all the windows. Kudos to all and you definitely have my business. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. In February 2022 I brought my BMW in for an oil change. The service center knowingly stripped my oil drain plug during this service but did not make me aware. As well as stripping the oil drain plug, they improperly installed my oil filter causing it to leak approximately 2 quarts of oil all over my engine, and risking engine failure I brought it back to the Jiffy Lube service center and they "replaced the oil filter". However in April of 2022 I noticed having to add a quart of oil about every month to my BMW. Fast forward to my second oil change visit in June of 2022 and they told me that they would not service my vehicle because the oil drain plug was stripped. have now taken my car to an independent mechanic and they have confirmed that the threads of the oil plug are stripped and it may need a new oil pan. I have made Jiffy Lube of Paso Robles aware of this but did not hear back until I filed a complaint with the BBB and Ca Department of Consumer Affairs. read more

Absolutely terrible spent 20 minutes waiting to get checked in,my wife and I gave up. As we were leaving a guy in the black shirt started yelling at me about his" girl" being too busy to help us, as I told him at least at the dr.s office you get acknowledged and the paperwork is started his reply weren't you acknowledged? Yes we were acknowledged what we didnt want to do was spend our Saturday being acknowledged we were at NOT SO "JIFFY" lube to get an oil change. We decided to go over to lube and go and were in and out in less than 2 minutes they also had a backlog of customers but were able to acknowledge us and fill out the paperwork. I am 15 minutes away from being here for 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to even give me an estimate for work to be done and obtain signatures. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I arrived. Two of which paid and left within 10 minutes of my arrival, so your excuse is invalid. I'm usually always here forever, so I expected a wait but this is retarded. Being a person who once worked at JL, the service is now embarrassing to see little pride taken when servicing the car. It makes me wonder how the techs under the car handled things. They didn't put the air filter in correctly causing me to replace my mass air flow sensor after a month of check engine lights and poor gas mileage. Well this was a very good and quick oil change. I must have waited about ten minutes and my car was done. They didn't push a lot of extra stuff on me which I have found that most oil changer places do. Using the coupon on Yelp it only cost me about twenty bucks and I couldn't have been happier. While I was waiting they told me that anytime before my next oil change if I need anything topped off they would do it for free at any Jiffy Lube. Wow that's pretty cool since I always seem to run out of windshield wiper fluid after I let my wife borrow my car for a day or two. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to Jiffy Lube. The last time I went in everything was smooth. Part of their oil service was to check my air filter, which they did. I was later driving my truck which showed a check engine light and subsequently my vehicle went into limp mode. I promptly took it to the dealership which revealed that the air filter had not been reinstalled properly, causing debris to bypass the filter and become lodged in the air mass sensor. I brought this to Jiffy Lube's attention, but was told they couldn't do anything about it because it didn't happen within 10 miles of driving after receiving service. After checking their reviews, it appears that I am not the first person this has happened to. I hope that management understands that the loss of business from this review will cost them more than what it would have cost to reimburse me for their error. I understand that people make mistakes, but if this is a reoccurring issue that customers are dealing with it, is incumbent upon them to address it. read more

Good experience. I like how you can come into a jiffy lube location without an appointment and still get out in timely manner. The associate went over the recommended service point with me and allowed me to choose which services I would like and which I would like to refuse. They were NOT pushy at all which made me feel as bidi was not being sold. This encouraged me to get a complete service. One issues: as minuscule as it might seem, I was perplexed that this location did not have a simple recycling bin. Again, I know not does not seem like a big deal however I believe in recycling so I was forced to hold my aluminum can the ought my 45 minute wait. When I asked the associate he was also frustrated as was others in the waiting area. This seems like a very easy fix but someone at this location must step up and fix this easy problem. read more

Basically just had my 90,000 service done on my Tacoma. They are extremely professional and use quality products and most importantly they are honest. The Manager Natali noticed a mistake on my invoice after I had already paid and left. I used the yelp coupon. I had a lot of work done so when my bill was over $400 I didn't question it. However Natali told me that after I left she thought the bill was too high. So she looked at it and noticed the new computer system did not credit me for the Yelp discount. She called me and told me to come back when I have time to pick up my $100 over charge and apologized for the mistake. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism Natali. Flabbergasted at the cost for an oil change. Reluctantly paid because I can't fit under my car to drain and do my own oil change! Even more blown away that all the services they claim are included in the astronomical cost (window wash, interior vacuum and top off service) Didn't get any of these. The guy who was checking my car in showed me my engine filter and said it was gross and I needed to change it. My brother is a mechanic and I knew that if I went to O'Reiley's and got the filter he would put it in for free, so I said no. What a rip off! They pulled my truck into the bay and proceeded to tell me that my synthetic oil change on my 5.7L gas engine would cost $99. Knowing better, I questioned them why. They proceeded to explain that because of the extra "additives" the price is what it is. I advised them to remove the extra "additives" and they responded with "the price will still be the same." Watch out! Great service, a scam on pricing. I paid $9.99/qt. for synthetic oil and then also paid a $35 "upcharge" - so $54.99 plus $35 = $89.99 for 4.25 quarts of oil. As bad or worse, MDA Fuel System Cleaner at $20, Advanced Syn. Eng. Treatment at $39.99 and worst of all, a cabin air filter (8" X 4" accordion cloth filter) at $59.99! I had agreed to the filter replacement, thinking it would be a couple of bucks - so my bad for not asking for the price up front. I understand that sometimes they are busy but there were only 3 customers. I waited patiently until the lady in the front informed the her co workers she was off to her break.
