I've always been a big believer in Jiffy Lube, but this one is really exceptional. After stopping in with my car for a quick oil change, and tire rotation, the tech brought me outside to show me unusual ware on my rear brakes. Without being pushy - he stated I was really borderline. The proof was obvious, I appreciate when people go the extra mile. As to his word, I was out in about an hour. I showed up at Jiffy lube with my front drivers side tire literally falling apart ... I am lucky it did not blow out on the highway. They replaced my two front tires for about 330 which I think is a little steep since they really were not premium tires. But their service as usual was swift and professional and within 30 minutes they balanced and installed the tires and gave me an oil change and topped off all my fluids. Do not go unless you want to be ripped off and cheated! I went for an oil change today. I was told to pull in and then wait inside to be called. When I was called out the manager told me that I needed synthetic oil and it would cost me $85(!!!) but he would give me a $10 discount. They had already emptied my oil (very strategically), so I was trapped into paying a ridiculous amount of money for a simple oil change. Don't advertise a $37 oil change if you plan on charging upwards of $75 for it!! I will never return here and hopefully neither will the roomful of people who witnessed the altercation. read more

I've been to at least a half dozen express car service places, and this was one of the few that felt comfortable and where the staff treated me like a person, not a target to be jostled for more money. Went to Jiffy Lube on Saturday afternoon with my kids in tow- expected to wait an hour plus because it was pretty crowded. Not only was I in and out within a half hour- the men were honest and didnt try to hit me over the head. They even changed my tail light bulb for me!! I brought my 2013 Nissan Rogue (I leased in September 2013) in for an oil change in June 2014. A basically new car. I've been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for years and have never had an issue. All was fine until the the last week of July when I notice my check engine light was on. I looked at the car manual which advised to check the gas tank cap. That can make the light go on. I checked it, took it off put it back and even purchased gas. The light was still on after a week. The first week of August I brought my car in to the dealership to have them check out why the light was on. While they checked out my car I had to rent a car which cost me money. About 2 hours after the dealer called and asked if I had recently had an oil change. I said yes, the end of June. He proceeded to tell me that the air filter, which the technician at Jiffy Lube had taken out to show me and ask me if I wanted to replace it, (I told him not at this time), was not put back in correctly which caused debris to get into the engine lines. The technician at the Nissan dealer also took pictures of the incorrectly placed air filter and sent them to me. The dealer said it was a quick fix but since it was an error on Jiffy Lube's part, it was NOT covered under my warranty. Therefore I I had to pay a total of $240 including the rental fee for the car. I picked up my vehicle the next day and paid the dealer ship's bill. That same day I contacted Jiffy Lube's distract manager and told him what had happened. He asked that I send him the Jiffy Lube invoice, The Nissan dealer invoice and the pictures of the incorrectly placed air filter that the dealer had sent me. That same evening he sent me an email stating that Jiffy Lube was sending me a check in the full amount that I paid the dealer plus a voucher for a free oil change. Although, I was happy with the quick response, I was still skeptical figuring it would take awhile before I'd see the check. Less than a week a later, a check arrived with the free signature service as promised. Mistakes do happen and Jiffy Lube was quick to correct it. That's good business................ read more

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a service member and asked for an oil change. He explained everything that would take place, the timing of the service and the pricing. I have a Audi Q5 which usually takes a day to do the service and cost about $570. It only took 45-50 mins from start to finish and cost $102. They have a military discount program for 20% off which brought the price down to $82. This was the best and fastest service I've ever received. I will return again. read more

This is a fantastic location. They do not upsell you, they actually listen to the customer and what they want, and they do everything timely and completely. They do everything- tires, brakes, all maintenance. They are 1/2 the price and 2x the quality of Firestone or any other shop. I went here today (2/15/2014) and had been her previously for my prior oil change. On my prior oil change, I was advised by the manager (same one who works here ) that I needed new front brakes. I told the manager that I already had my front brakes done and he said they obviously didn't do them right. Rather than take my car to another shop, I rode with those same brakes for the next several months leading up to my service on 2/15 at the same Jiffy Lube. I was approached by a technician who told me my back brakes and rotors were in critical need of being replaced and was given a quote estimate of $419. The same manager was working. The mechanic wanted my name, address and contact information for a follow up and I told him I wasn't interested. He said let me know if I change my mind and that my rotors were severely worn and there was less than 25% of my brake pads left. I immediately went to Pep Boys nearby. They pulled all of my tires off and showed me that all of my brake pads were thick and my rotors had no issues whatsoever!! I then called the manager at the Jiffy Lube in Pine Brook who told me that the technician didn't really know for sure and that he would have changed his mind once he took the tires off. What a boatload of bull! I could tell the manager was lying. Why? The technician was absolutely positive they were severely worn and there was less than 25% of my brake pads left. He went on and on several times about how bad they were. (What made me suspicious was that last time I was there, my front brakes were bad and my rotors were worn ... I never had anything done but on this specific visit my back brakes were in critical need of being replaced!!) If you've had your brakes done here, had rotors replaced, or had any major job that you didn't think you needed, you should consider investigate and consider filing a lawsuit against this Jiffy Lube. The manager is untrustworthy, dishonest, and has obviously trained his staff to defraud customers. I saved the printout and would be willing to share details with any government agency. I will report this Jiffy Lube to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Reports, and call other agencies that can help customers be aware of this location. Anyone who gives a positive review about their oil change service and how friendly they are, think twice because what you are getting charged for is likely something you don't need outside of getting the oil change. To the manager at this location, karma will come back to you someday. How dare you try and defraud people of their money. You should be ashamed of yourself. read more
