I have used this Jiffy Lube location many times and had no issues. However, today I had a strange and unpleasant interaction with an employee (the 'boss' at this location. When I asked another employee about any possible discount coupons, he showed me a coupon book but said coupons could only be used on the next visit. I went back to the waiting room when the 'boss' (a heavy set guy with glasses) came in and told me 'You called my employee a liar (about the coupons, I guess?) and he is just a temp and now he's very upset and all the workers are very upset' What the...? I most certainly did not call anyone 'a liar' and the boss decided to dump on me for no reason. The boss also told me they were unable to access my cabin air filter in my vehicle and they 'did not have a replacement filter in stock. When I told him I had had this replaced multiple times before at this location, they found access and the correct filter replacement. All in all a very negative experience and I won't be using this Jiffy Lube location again (after many years as a customer). Zero stars, do not recommend. read more

Got a new to me 2013 Ford f-150 and took it in for an oil change and to clear up all those code issues. Employee quoted me like 120 for the oil change, manger insisted I get the "recommended" synthetic oil so that jumped up to over 160.00 Said I needed new plugs and coils. quoted me over 800.00. Since I had some extra money to spend I agreed. They had me move out back in the parking lot to free up space. I'm disabled and can't sit in those awful lounge chairs for no hour and a half. I'd already been sitting in my truck for over an hour and needed to stand for awhile so I figured I'd just watch. The employee that was going to do the job (and make 2-300 dollars himself) didn't want me to watch him work (according to the manager). I told the manager I wouldn't bother him, just watch and stretch my legs for a bit. To which the manager said that would be okay. The employee came back out after the manager had left And told me that the manager said I had to go to the lounge or in my truck. I explained to him that the manager didn't say that to me and that it would be okay as long as I didn't bother him. The employee acted like a little "B"**** and told the manager he didn't want to do the job (even after I said I'd wait in my truck) The employee hid in the shop and did all his whining thru the manager. The manager gathered up the tools and put the engine cover back on. I never saw the employee again. Upon leaving, I had more codes then when I came in and they never even reset the oil change or anything else. I purchased the plugs and coils 2 miles down the road. After googling it appears new coils may be worse then the ones you already have (OEM) so I just replaced the plugs. Took me an hour and cost 48.00 Their loss my gain! This place acts like they are doing us a favor instead of treating their customers with a little respect. Their piss poor attitudes reflects poorly on the entire company and they will not be getting my business again. (or business from my friends) Keep up the good work, maybe someday KFC will buy out your failed business and I can stop and get some chicken :) read more

Went in for a brake fluid flush. Happy with that service. However, they told my my brake pads were metal on metal. Looked at my records when i got back and realized that i replaced the brakes 8,000 miles ago. Took a look and the pads still have YEARS left of life on them. Felt very deceptive and that I was lied to. Was happy with the brake flush but I will not come back to a location that lies to the customer to try and upsell them. read more

I received excellent, superb customer service! I went in for a oil change and to top off my engine coolant fluid. Devon was very professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly and gave me his recommendations. It was up to me to go ahead with it or not. There was no pressure. And Anthony was very nice and helpful. And Mason did an amazing job changing my oil and getting the engine coolant topped off and changing my air filter. I had not changed the air filter in 10 years so it really needed it. My car is 10 years old. Afterwards my car was blowing my smoke when I started it. It only did it for about a week and then it stopped. Now my car is perfectly fine. I went back to Jiffy Lube to tell them about the smoke and they were very friendly and helpful. We actually live close to this one - but I had poor experiences in the past and usually get GREAT service at the Imbrie location. Due to the winter storm coming in, I wanted to put on 2 much better tires on my truck - just to be safe. I asked when to come in and I was told Wed after 12 - which I did. There was 1 car getting an oil change - otherwise dead. The new manager "Karen" told me that she couldn't do it - then she corrected me that the guy who told me when to come in wasn't her manager - SHE was the manager.... When I started my next sentence, she just waived "bye, bye a have a nice day". Avoid this place like the plague - waste of time! read more

DONT BOTHER. Got a used f150 with 1500 miles from me on it. Brought it in for the oil change and was ALMOST sold on front and rear brakes and rotors. I was told they were down to the last 1/32nd. After finding out they didn't have enough time to fit me in that day, I decided to return to the dealer and see if they could do it. After pulling the pads out of the brakes, it was EXACTLY the same depth as a new one. They showed me out of the box and compared them! Rotors were the same situation. These guys shouldn't be in this business ripping off people who don't know any better. Glad I grew up in Beaverton so I can let friends and family know to stay away too. read more

My experiences with Jiffy Lube at the Cornell location have been 5 stars! I've already been there twice this year and both times have been stellar service! First, I came in April for a DEQ check with Haitham, the manager (on site) who have provided me excellent service. The service was pretty fast! We discussed about getting an oil change which prompted me to return back today to get that taken care of. Today, I was really impressed with the entire staff. First, I was greeted by Gabriel who assisted on getting the oil changed with Levi, Kenneth, and Devon. They suggested I get my cabin filter change as well...why not?! :) Haitham made sure everything was taken care of correctly, promptly, and professionally. The team were personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were all really nice! I will definitely return back in the near future. I brought my car to this Jiffy lube several months ago, because I did not have a garage in which to change my own oil at the time. As you may have inferred based on my first name, I'm female. And apparently that translates to "upsell, upsell, upsell" in Jiffy Lube language. When I arrived, I said that I wanted my oil changed, synthetic, NO other services, please. They were quick enough to do the oil change, but tried to upsell me on a huge variety of services. Air filters - were they even from my car? Given that I know my filters are fairly recently new, I did not agree with their assessment that I needed new ones immediately. Windshield wipers - "they're very worn and could be dangerous in winter!" Unfortunately for Jiffy Lube, I had replaced them MYSELF only a month before. Cracks in windshield - "dangerous in winter!" and "we can do it for free right now!" No thanks. I have one small rock chip on the passenger side. Tire rotation - "your tires need to be rotated ASAP." So the nice folks at Les Schwab didn't rotate them for me last month when I asked? Fluids - literally every other fluid in the car was offered to me, with varying levels of fear-mongering. No. I asked for an oil change, nothing else. I understand that the technicians are likely instructed to upsell by management and company policy, but having gotten my oil changed in the past with a MALE family member at the SAME Jiffy Lube in the past... I'll just say that the difference in upselling was very apparent. The experience as a solo female customer was very irritating and disappointing. Pleased to say I now have a garage and can deal with oil changes myself. read more

This used to be my go-to place for oil changes and quick service, but I won't be going back. The last time I was there, they wanted me to get a glass repair they had already done in my previous visit. I tossed that aside at the time. Today, after telling me I needed a $130 set of spark plugs, my brake fluid pressure was low and needed a flush, and my windshield wiper blade needed to be replaced, I informed them I had replaced the wiper not more than 24 hours ago, and my brakes were replaced last fall. After "double-checking", in fact my wiper was fine. I declined the rest of the services. My bill only mentioned low brake fluid; not a word about the spark plugs or wipers. It also said they had vacuumed, which they either didn't do, or just worked around the leaves that were there. Make sure you verify everything these guys tell you. I'm taking my service elsewhere. read more

I have come here once for a new tire and once for an oil change and I'm super impressed. Both times they have taken the time to explain any additional issues and the price. I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me and I would say they almost error on the side of talking me down sometimes. They're really good at being financially conscious and I never feel pressured. Jiffy lube is also really generous with helping me find solutions for things I can't afford (they showed me how easy it is to replace my own car battery when I couldn't afford to install a new one!) They've also taken the time to clean my headlights and install new windshield wipers for free. For a chain, they're not that bad at all. Jiffy is a little spendier than Xpresso for an oil change, but if you sign up for coupons you can get a good deal and it's 100% worth it, especially compared to how awful the people at Xpresso will treat you. Xpresso is cheap, careless and anti environment (and installed things in my car incorrectly!!) . Jiffy lube clearly cares and works hard to make the me feel comfortable. read more

Jiffy Lube has improved over the years. Gone is the sell pressure (except for hey you got a rock chip) of years past. You get a much better value then Oil Can Henry$. When you have 4 cars to change oil every 5K or so it gets expensive. I am always greeted with smiles and friendliness. They are quick and to the point here. Came in for an oil change. When I left and had driven a short distance, the check engine light had turned on. Since I could not return immediately, I came back the following weekend. Diagnosis revealed that the mass airflow sensor was broken and zip tied in place. The manager (Timothy) and staff refused to acknowledge they had broken it and claimed that I had gone elsewhere to try to fix it and that I couldn't have been their doing since they don't have zip ties in stock . I have filed a complaint with their corporation but I know I won't be coming back to this place again after frequenting it for many years. Update : dec 23. While the business owner responded promptly on the Yelp review, after providing the details requested on dec 17, I got dead silence, not even an acknowledgement. I have been a customer at this Jiffy Lube for many many years. I was in getting my oil changed this past week when I saw the most remarkable thing. A very large dog ( I think a Newfoundland) had gotten away from his owner. One of the Jiffy Lube attendants went running after the dog to keep him from running into the very busy streets that surround this Jiffy Lube. He was finally able to get him and then put his arms around him in a big bear hug to keep him from getting away again until the owner showed up. This attendant's name was Braisen (spelling?), and he is a remarkable young man! I was so impressed with his care for this dog. . It just made my day to see him care so much for an animal! They also have always taken very good care of my car which is why I return there time after time. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Our car was first in line at opening on a weekday. All we wanted was an oil change. They somehow accidentally flushed the transmission fluid. So far it's been an hour and 40 minutes and they're now promising it will be done in about fifteen more minutes. Two hours for an oil change where they misidentify the transmission fluid as oil??? Come on... That's ridiculous. I could've made that mistake myself for free in far less time. Don't waste your time here. read more

Hands down the best experience. Dave was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the maintenance of my car, and was very personable- I mean, he made the experience an awesome one. He didn't try to upsell me and explained there difference between all the oils. This location is super honest and does not overwhelm the experience. On top of it all, they topped my windshield wiper cleaner, and cleaned the gross bird poop that was chilling on my window just because and free of charge. They have an awesome system going there and I will not get my oil changed anywhere else. I recommend this location ten fold! read more

I will never step foot into a Jiffy Lube again and I had been going to various Jiffy Lubes for many years. I had my car serviced at this location a couple of weeks ago. The customer service was terrible and they were incredibly rude to me for not buying the upgrades for high-mileage oil and a fuel filter. They serviced 2 cars in front of mine who arrived after I did. I mentioned it nicely when my car was finally finished and told I didn't know what I was talking about, the floor manager knew what he was doing. When I left, my car immediately started running like crap so I made the mistake of going back that same week to have them check the fluids. They looked at my engine and had to fill the steering fluid which was low, making me wonder if they filled it at the original service. Then the guy tells me, we told you that you needed the high mileage oil when you were here last and you didn't listen, that's why your car is running poorly. I have talked to 2 mechanics since about high-mileage oil, there are some benefits to it but it will not affect the way your engine runs. My car continued to run very poorly so I took it to a mechanic today. He could tell immediately what was wrong, all of my vacuum hoses had been unhooked which caused my intake system to be full of carbon which had to be cleaned. The mechanic, who has a good reputation and is ASE certified said that he didn't think that could happen accidentally because it was all of my hoses, not just one, and one was pinched shut. The only ones who have been under my hood in the last 5 months have been Jiffy Lube technicians. I can't say for sure that they did some malicious, but this was either deliberate or incompetent. Either way, you'll never catch me at Jiffy Lube again. My $19.99 oil change just went up another $150 in repairs. read more

I really like this location. I've been going here for at least 7 years. The customer service is on point!! Everyone is always so helpful and informative. I was in a few days ago and Paul was very engaging and good at breaking down everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Seriously, all the guys here are so nice. Services were quick. The major focus on up-selling kind of sucks, but hey, that's part of the Jiffy Lube deal. Adam did a wonderful job helping me understand other services I'll need and even printed out a list for me. Gosh darn it, I wish I could remember the name of the technician that assisted me, but I'm pretty sure he was the manager. I have a small SUV that has high mileage and burns through the oil quickly. My oil was low and I was overdue for an oil change, but I just needed enough oil to get me down the street to an appointment that I was already late for. The technician helped me by topping off my oil and helping me to turn around in the one way drive through so I could make my appointment. I rated 4 stars because they're a little expensive, of course I say that and having them refill my expensive coolant would have been $9 and buying the coolant across the street cost me $15. I went their and showed them a coupon from their online page that shows the cost of synthetic oil change is $49.99. I asked them to do the oil change for $49.99. They started the service and later charged me $69.99. When I asked them about the cost difference, they said they made a mistake and did the wrong service. Since it was their mistake, why do I have to pay the higher cost? They gave me $10 off for their mistake but i still paid $10 more than intended and quoted amount.
