received an oil change at this location on 7/5, the oil change was done, improperly and all the oil leak out of my car. I now have to have a new engine put into my car. For the past three weeks I have been paying for a rental vehicle, I've been told that it's going to be thousands of dollars to replace the engine and all the while the company, their management and their claims specialist have done very little to repair my vehicle. everyone seems quite content to drag the situation out as long as possible, so long as I am, the one who is currently paying for the damages. I gave this Jiffy Lube a favorable review my first time stopping and I was appreciative of their friendly and expedient services, but this time I can't say the same. I called to confirm the mileage for my previous oil change and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I figured they were probably busy so I hung up and called again to see if I could catch someone. Jeanie apologized for the wait and explained she thought her manager had already picked up the phone to answer my question. She then placed me on hold again which resulted in another 40 minute hold. If this business can't take a few minutes to answer my question I'll certainly take my money elsewhere. read more

My family broke down across the street from this Jiffy Lube with my arm in a sling from a recent surgery, my fiancee, and our 4 year old. I went over to ask if they could help out, and Andrew, Grager, and Christopher really stepped up. They couldn't leave the shop for obvious reasons, but loaned me jumper cables, offered to call AAA with one of their personal memberships, and even said they'd be happy to come over at the end of the business day in order to help. They suggested that my fiance and our son wait inside and be comfortable while I was across the street trying to get someone to give me a jump. I finally did, brought the car over and they checked the battery, had me get a terminal cleaning service at a reasonable price, gave me recommendations for charging the battery, and made sure my family was safe before I drove off. I know you always see those commercials about how 'blah blah blah company is here to help!' and you roll your eyes, but these guys were there for my family, and they went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. If this is ANY indication of the type of service I will definitely be taking my car back to this location because these guys are what is advertised. read more

My wife and I have been coming to this location for years for our car maintenance and have never had any problems. They're always able to fix the problem or point us in the right direction if it is something they don't work on. The staff over the years has always been friendly. The wait is never more than 45 minutes and it always seems to go by pretty fast. Before covid they had food network playing in the waiting room but for now, you stay in your car while they work on it. Easy 5 stars. read more
