Everyone working here was great - polite and friendly. Unfortunately my oil pressure light came on just 10 days after my oil change on 1/4/25. Got it checked out at valvoline because I was hesitant to bring it back to jiffy and they found that jiffy lube didn't put enough oil in after draining it. I called the store location to ask for a refund for the missing oil and they told me they could only do it if I brought the car back in for them to check. Asked for a corporate number and they said they don't have it. I brought a different car to them a few years ago and they put the drain plug in wrong causing it to leak oil. These are my only experiences with this company. Disappointing, seems like a training issue. read more

Jason at jiffy lube Redlands California was so nice and helpful. I had my oil changed a few months ago and he got me in and out quickly. I went back a few days ago because the air in my tire was low. He put the air in my tire right when I pulled in and checked all my tires. I was in and out in a few minutes. Excellent customer service and very friendly. I would definitely take my car back there. I took my car in for a slightly overdue oil change. The staff was nice, attentive and communicated well with me. They ran by a few items (add-ons) the system recommends and I passed on most but 1 service I felt would benefit the performance of my car without feeling pressured to spend more money. I didn't check the clock, but I think I was in and done within about 20 minutes! I'll definitely be back. read more

How on earth does this place make money? Today was the fourth time I have been to this location because its on my route to work. Every single time I go, they have one or two cars in the bay and it takes at least 60 to 90 minutes to get my oil change. The last time I came it took almost two hours because they said they were training someone - it was boiling hot and I was stuck in the car with no AC (they wouldn't let me turn my car on) without any warning that they were "training". I've seen people literally tell them they are backing out to go elsewhere because of the wait. There are usually four guys milling around with zero urgency or any explanation of what's going on. Today there was one truck ahead of me at 1:30 pm on a Wednesday. I was told that they couldn't give me a top off (my oil light was on) and that it would be at least thirty minutes before they could even look at my car because they had "all this" ahead of me. There was one other vehicle, haha. It might be worth it if the service was good, but there is always some reason they can't fill up my windshield wiper fluid (machine broken) and always charge my card without applying my coupons - no receipt is ever given so I don't realize this has happened until I check my credit card balance. Taking my business elsewhere. Updated - No I absolutely will not spend more time dealing with Jiffylube by emailing them my contact info. I drove a couple blocks to Valvoline where they had six cars to service and still got my car in and out and fully serviced in 15 minutes. Cheaper and much friendlier service than Jiffylube too. read more

Service Was Convenient and Fast. 1 Tech comes off a bit Cranky, but it's kinda endearing as he was professional and matter of fact (Dad Type lol) the other tech was very outgoing and more personable, however I Would still feel comfortable working with either tech.
