I have gone to many different Jiffy Lube locations. This particular store stands out with over the top customer service (Thank you Erica). Erica was the tech who greeted me on arrival. She answered all my questions without hesitation, HUGE friendly smile, positive attitude, and took my coupon without hesitation. I was in and out in 40 minutes as there was another customer ahead of me. Before I left, Erica went over all of the services that were done to my car. I went to this location to have my oil changed. While my car was being fixed one of the employees brought me my air filter. He suggested it needed to be replaced but I told him that I would do that myself later. After paying for the service and leaving, my car broke down. I took my car to my mechanic. He examined the car and then explained to me that the air filter housing had been knockoff of the air intake, which was causing my engine to quit. I contacted Jiffy Lube to explain what had happened. I was told to submit my car repair bill and my car rental bill to them for payment. It's been almost three weeks since I spoke to the manager and handed him my receipts, and I haven't received anything. Consider other locations before going to Jiffy Lube in Redmond.. read more

3-4-12 Shaun is horrible! LIARS! Never go here if he works....THIS IS WHY! So I go in to have an oil change Sunday around 10AM. I wait. They sold me on an upgrade oil change....around $60. Then when they were end they came in and said...."Oh three of your break lights are out. It will cost about $90. and today we can give you a buy one get one free." Break lights....really, I declined and went over to the Oreilly's next door....asked the sales guy to come out and look at my lights....THEY WERE 100% JUST FINE.....not believing him....I had him sit in my car and test the breaks while I watched....again FINE! Being upset I called over there....and they knew how I was.....telling us that it must have been an electric error. After today I hate this place...NEVER GO HERE! ********************************************************************** 4-24-11John was so welcoming! He made me feel like they did a great job. I was on the freeway in the middle of traffic when my coolant light came on. Cue panic. Smoke was coming out of the hood of my vehicle and despite the blinking emergency lights, no one was letting me over. It was pretty awful. Somehow, I managed to make it over to my local Jiffy Lube before my car exploded, rendering me unable to go to work and possibly dead. Paul and Kristian were awesome, with awesome being understatement of the year. Though they weren't sure they could help, they checked under the hood anyway -- only to discover that my radiator cap apparently was not on. I still have no idea what happened there. They spent the next twenty minutes filling up my radiator with much-needed coolant and getting rid of an air bubble that formed in what coolant still remained in the vehicle. They were careful to test and test and test to make sure that my vehicle was road-safe -- and it was. I managed to make it back home in one piece with the coolant arrow sitting happily in the middle. They also took the time to write down a part number for a new radiator cap for me -- and even called the nearby O'Reilley's to see if they had the part in stock. When they didn't have the necessary part, Paul wrote down the part number for me and told me what stores did have the necessary part. They instructed me on how to replace it (wait until the morning to swap them out) and told me what to do if the coolant light came back on (put the heater on full blast and come back). In short, they were amazing, and I couldn't ask for any two better people to help me in the middle of a car crisis. I always go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, but this experience solidified my loyalty to Jiffy Lube. Highly recommended! read more

My driver side windshield wiper broke off today while I was driving in the rain and it freaked me out since it was raining so hard. I had to pull over and wait for the rain to stop before driving but I decided to look for the nearest jiffy lube to replace it and they took care of it very quickly! They were super friendly and I'm happy with their service! read more

I have been getting my oil changed at this location for a while now, and I keep going back because their service is always exceptionally friendly and wonderful. Seriously, they go above and beyond the standard courtesy expected, and it's always a pleasant experience. I generally hate having to talk with anyone about car maintenance or issues, but the guys working here are always patient and explain things in great detail. If I mention not being able to afford or need any work done at that time, they actually listen and don't push a sales pitch on me. Most recently, I took my car in for a new battery and an old change. The year-old crack on my windshield has spread and I mentioned I was planning on getting a new windshield when I was back from a trip. The tech there made a call and was able to offer a replacement for $50 less than I had been quoted elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend them for any routine work you'd need done on your vehicle. The guys working here are very nice and they make the experience as easy as possible. Thanks, guys! read more

So I've been trying to post this for a week now. First of all let me say that by appointment is the worst way to do business nowadays. Before trying Jiffy lube I had tried 4 different locations that turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. So I called jiffy and was told to just get in line and we'll do the rest. When I got there they greeted me and asked what can we do for you today, and meant it. Told them what I needed and they got straight to work. Zara one of their techs got on the computer and checked the computer vitals and told me what the car sensors were telling her. I ended up getting the standard do a check and oil change. She also noticed my lights were cloudy and asked if I wanted to get them already signed. I personally said no but then I said you know what go ahead so she spent time and perfectly got them back to her original shine. My car's headlights I've never shine brighter. I highly recommend them in fact I came back today for a spark plug change and they are now done in less than an hour. Thank you so much and I will continue to be a jiffy lube customer and continue to tell people to go there instead of other places. read more

Fast service, consistent and gets the job done. My only gripe is the upsell they try to pull which sometimes it's a blessing and a curse. They've suggested that I change my filters and wiper blades which I can appreciate and followed through on. What I think is a bit overkill is the vendor they have on site to repair your windshield. One time, my tires were trashed and instead of letting me know, they suggested I rotate my tires for $22 so I did. Next day my tires were flat and I took it to Discount Tires where I bought them and not only do they rotate for free, they informed me my tires were bald. Yikes! read more

I've seen the team change in staff over the years, but as long as the Store Manager, Vance is there, this is the best Jiffy Lube and he'll ensure you get the best service possible. They have always been honest, never try to up-sell me on any service not needed, and offer outstanding customer service. The service is always efficient and always check-in on you while you are in the waiting area to see how you're doing. It was a hot day yesterday afternoon, and Vance even came into the waiting area to turn on the fan and place it in my direction to make sure I was comfortable while I waited :) Vance and his team go above and beyond to endure you are happy with their service and appreciate your business. He took the time to come out to my car and give me all the details. I was nervous to ask simple questions, but he didn't make me feel stupid & I am very glad I asked the questions I did. Extremely fast! The service is superb! I was not expecting to get a fast oil change and the attendant was really nice and everything was done in order. The waiting was clean and the work station is nicely set up. Seems like they've got everything in order. These guys are ready for a roll. And yes this place is a must visit. I feel like I got hosed. I know having a luxury car the oil cost more and yada yada, but at what point is it justified that I am paying more at a jiffy lube than I would if I went to the dealer??? Considering there is an auto part store right next door I will opt to buy my own oil and do it myself. On top of I told them I don't want your rainx crap on my car since I just had it washed, but they did it anyways and the crappy runoff got all over the sides of my just washed car wtf. read more

I will never return to this place. A couple weeks after having my oil changed here, my oil pan plug fell off on my way to Leavenworth on Blewitt Pass, spewing oil out the back at 60 mph! Fortunately, there was a spot to pull over before my engine completely froze up. Also fortunate that I was able to get a cell signal (although very weak) and able to call AAA for a tow into Wenatchee. The guys at Valvoline in Wentachee verified that my engine was not destroyed, filled my oil back up and gave me a new plug and tightened it up properly. Vacation sidelined, but not destroyed. The next week when I returned to Jiffy Lube to tell them what had happened (and showed them my towing bill and emergency oil change bill) they apologized and told me they would take care of it. Several weeks later, and after two more visits, that's where it ended: an apology, and lies about taking care of it. Needless to say, I'm never doing business here again, and would never take a risk having them work on my car. read more

I usually go to Jiffy Lube in seattle but then the one in Redmond horribly service, I was served by Sunny not at all friendly, no checks on my vehicle, oil change in 10mn no trust in this person, no professional at all on my vehicle and customer service. I don't expect excellent customer service when I come to a Jiffy Lube but this one was about as terrible as you can get. My wife ended up leaving without even getting an oil change it was that bad. We started by pulling up behind another car that had just showed up and same in the other lane. The initial attendant was quick to come by and send us inside to choose our service. Once inside there was no desk person for 10 minutes while the two people ahead of us and we waited. Once finally at the counter the person rudely asked "what kind of oil do you want?!" In which I had no idea. That is their job to sell the oil and service after all. Well that was the last straw, we left and won't come back to that location or possibly any others. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not go here. read more
