According to the website, this location opens at 8 am. I got there at 7:50 so I could get my oil changed without waiting. It is now 8:30 and I just gave up after waiting for 40 minutes and not seeing a sign of anyone. Several other people likewise got in line behind me and then gave up. I went for transfer case oil and rear diff. oil change. My experience was awesome. The mechanics under the pit was very accommodating my requests (answering questions of my learner questions). At 6:56 PM on Tuesday, 6/25/19, I pulled into this location and found the garage with no one inside (working). To the side of the building a was a group of young adult men, some in Jiffy Lube uniforms, some not. I asked if they were open till 7:00 PM (as posted online, on their building, etc.). Nothing Jiffy about this Lube. I arrived 25 minutes before closing time and there were two cars in front of me, nobody in the bay. They tell me that the two cars in front of me will take 20 minutes and there's no way I can get my oil changed. This is the third time I've been by recently when they've been too backed up to serve me in any hurry. The staff does not seem very motivated. I went to a place across town who did it for less money with more gusto-I recommend you do a Google search. Two years ago I would've given the star place a five star review, but the staff seems to have changed, and their motivation and customer service have really suffered. read more

I recently visited this jiffy lube and it was my second time coming here. I came in once, 1 hour 15 minutes before the closing time and was turned away because they were closing in 15 minutes but hadn't changed the hours on the website, hours changed due to Covid. I completely understood and was bummed but able to come back later. The next day I called to see if they would still service my car 45 min before the real closing time (6pm) and they rudely responded saying they were open until six. I explained what happened the first day and the person seemed confused and angry. When I showed up I heard the employee say "not another one, what time is it!?!"... it is clear they do not want your business and do not treat customers with respect. They continued to talk about me and my car as if I wasn't sitting in the car and able to hear them. Flirted with me heavily while in waiting room, did a shoddy job. It was a multi point oil change package, with vaccuum, window clean, oil etc. First, they put in the wrong kind of oil. He said, don't worry, synthetic is actually better than what you needed. Well I am pretty sure you are not supposed to mix them. Drove away, noticed my windows were still dirty as well as my floors. Drove back, had the guy perform each service I ALREADY PAID FOR. It was like I was the supervisor. I straight up went box by box as they did everything they neglected the first time. Never go to a jiffy lube, ever. One time I called a different jiffy lube in everett to have a quote on a battery. This was recent. the guy said "hang on a second" and just laid the phone down for five minutes. FIVE MINUTES. not exaggerating. Then he finally picked it back up when I said "hello? Hello?" Loudly. He said "I need your name and number, giving you a quote would require getting on the computer and searching it on the internet" I said "you can't just tell me real fast?" He huffed and said no. I hung up and called Auto Zone, Costco, Oreilly and all 3 gave me a price IMMEDIATELY. I went to auto zone. Jiffy lube is a joke and I heard they use shifty deceptive practices like presenting you with dirty filters that arent even from your car to upsell you. Look it up. Never going to any jiffy lube again. As for the other reviewer who said it is like finding a good Mcdonald's, Why would you roll the dice? just go to Burger king... I've used this Jiffy Lube for the past 5 years for both my cars. I'm a nut for oil changes. My 1999 Honda has 229,000 miles and my 2005 Sienna has 245,000 miles. I think this is because I change the oil here every 3 - 4,000 miles and their team approach gets me in and out in about 10 minutes and it's always convenient to stop by - even just a no charge top off. They substitued a no-name inferior full synthetic, but charged the regular going rate for Mobile 1. They really pushed buying packages of services. I tried the fuel system service but all they do is run a solution throught the injectors and do not do the throttle body celaning that is recommended for this service. I had to have it redone a few weeks later. read more

Ladies, I would encourage you to know your stuff before you go to this location! Guy at the counter was insisting that my VW Jetta (not turbo) requires synthetic oil (which is absolutely does not). A synthetic oil change runs double the cost of a standard BTW!! At least they could have tried BSing me in a more savvy way. I was treated like a real girl here...and not in a good way. UNSAFE, unprofessional, and incompetent. For $60 bucks, I expect more. The juvenile turds working there "cleaned" my windows with a dirty rag and only vacuumed the floorboards on one side of the car. The next day, I realized they didn't latch my hood- ON THE FREEWAY. Nice, huh? I just about had an anxiety attack when the damn thing started flying up at 55 mph and had to pull over on the 405 to fix it. THEN, I called and calmly explained to a "manager" what I'd noticed about their lack of cleaning abilities (which I was going to let slide), followed by the hood incident. He sounded shocked and apologetic and assured me I'd be getting a voucher for a free oil change. I thanked him and hung up. Almost two months later....... NOTHING. So I go down there in person, have another "manager" look up my record and alas, there wasn't even a note made in the system that I'd called, let alone that they owed me a free oil change. Makes me wonder if they even checked out all the lines and hoses and all that other crap that goes into a $60 oil change. Never, ever, ever again- well, except to get my free one, but at least next time, I'll be getting what I pay for. read more

Long ago it used to be instant check-in with 15 min service guarantee, or your money back. For a while already, this service location does not even permit to drop-off the car - they make customers stay on site while the car waits in long line, then the car gets in and they inspect air filters and PCV valves looking for more ways to charge customers, and only then they approach the waiting customer telling him: "Time for you to check in - and by the way, did you know your filter (or valve) is dirty?", to which I usually respond "Put it back please - I did not ask you to take it out.". The result is - a lot of time wasted waiting, and parts removed and put back again, and often they don't put parts back correctly. Another big problem at this location is that they don't bother ensuring they close the oil cap really well, and don't clean the oil that they drained - often enough. oil is leaking a lot right after the oil change, and I would have to take the car back for them to clean the oil leftovers or to close the oil cap better. One time the cap was so loose that my whole garage got covered with oil, and it is almost impossible to get the oil off the concrete floor - and when I took the car back for them to close the oil cap tightly, all they said was "sorry for that". To make it worse, managers of Jiffy Lube leave 5-star reviews here on Yelp, as if they were customers - see the 5-star review from "Erik T." below, and note that he is Erik Taie, the manager of this Jiffy Lube location !!! I'm going 2 stars rather than just 1 right now since I still have to take my truck in today to find out why the Check Engine light has come on. I went in on 9/16 - just last week. I do have an older 1998 Dodge Durango with a decent amount of long distance miles but my truck was running just fine. No problems whatsoever. Previously only using 10W/30 oil, I had noticed after the job was done that they put 5W/30 in. I didn't question this at the time, being a girl and assuming they would know what's best for a car with this mileage etc but now I've got a truck with the Check Engine light on, a transmission that feels like it's slipping when I'm going up hill and have not experienced this any time in the 3 years I've owned this car. I'm being told that being an older vehicle most places should use 10W/30 so why they didn't, I don't know. It's oddly coincidental that the Check Engine light would go on so soon after and that I'm experiencing problems now. Wish I had done more research beforehand but figured this was a simple procedure done by professional oil mechanics but should've started worrying when it was done in 10 minutes when the original estimate was 30...Will update once I get the diagnosis. Crossing my fingers that it's something as simple as draining the oil and replacing with 10W/30 rather than damage that's occurred from driving it this way over the last week. read more

I went in for an oil change May 5th, and I left figuring it was done correctly and that I shouldn't have anything to worry about. on Sunday, I looked under the hood of my car to see that the oil filter was never changed out. I immediately called back, and the sales clerk apologised profusely and offered to do a complete redo of the oil change, as well as a full refund. it turns out that the employee who "performed" the oil change was lazy, and even used a different name when signing off the work. needless to say, I was annoyed when I discovered that the filter was never changed, but they remedied the issue quickly, and I have feel no ill will towards them. overall, it was done quickly, and the customer service I received for my troubles made up for it all. read more
