Technicians broke my key fob, and told me they would superglue my key for me to fix it. Had to buy a new key. The best they could do was say they could help take care of my next oil change. Also, I've never had to pay over 60 for an oil change but these clowns told me the cheapest option was 77. My car is recommended conventional oil and they forced me to get synthetic. Limped in to Jiffy Lube with a bad battery from another garage. Warren set me up with a new one, and while he was at it, tweaked up a few things left undone by other mechanics, from other places. He provided a missing engine bolt and secured an engine mount bracket that was just hanging there loose. He also topped off a few fluids that were so low it made me wonder how I managed to actually get to their location. I really appreciated Warren's time, patience and experience while encountering the many unexpected surprises found under the hood. I'm really glad he was there...and the battery works great too. (happy not to have to use the chargeable jumper anymore). Jiffy Lube won over another customer with me. I'm very happy with their service. read more

They've done a good job of letting me know about other issues with my car without making me feel pressured or trying to upsell my service. This is not the shop I would normally use since it is no where near home. But I do tend to wander the city a lot as I was doing yesterday. I spotted this place and it was not busy and since I will be driving to Phoenix tomorrow; I figured why not. I was greeted by four fellows and directed to a bay straight away. One fellow led me to the waiting room and offered to pour me a coffee or water along with pointing out the rest room. Another fellow took my information. The service was done with in minutes. They did not have the air filter for my car, they never do. But offered to have one the next day if I cared to come back. I declined. All service was pointed out to me and was sent on my way. Such nice customer service, always so quick, great price, and they go over everything before the jobs completed so I can decide what I want. I'm bummed to write this review. The Jiffy Lube on Keystone accidentally put brake fluid in my windshield washer reservoir right before Christmas. The tubes deteriorated from the fluid very quickly and are being replaced by a separate mechanic as we speak. When I called to talk with Jiffy Lube about it the customer experience manager first said they didn't have brake fluid on-hand (which makes no sense because they changed mine and it's listed on the website) and then speaking with the general manager it took a few minutes for him to acknowledge that they could've possibly made that mistake. They ultimately did begrudgingly apologize after I asked for one. They did offer to fix the tubes, however I don't trust their team at this point. You could count on them in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here consistently. read more

For many years of smog tests, my 1995 Lexus E300 has perplexed and tested many techs. This car needs an RPM probe placed accurately and delicately in an exact place to detect the proper engine speed. This is not just a plug and play test. For the past three years, Dylan Maxmean has been able to perform the smog test with the least amount of troubles. He has moved from Clear Acre/McCarran location to the Keystone shop. We were elated to find him there and will continue to use his service as long as he is present. Also, he is professional and good with customer service. We pulled in during a cold day and he welcomed us with a warm waiting room, offers of beverages, and a happy smile. As always, the Jiffy Lube on 7th and Keystone delivered fast, friendly, and low pressure service. I always feel comfortable waiting in their clean lobby, but I never have to wait for long. They are always happy to go above and beyond, even most recently offering to correct my tire pressure so as to get that pesky TPMS indicator to go away. They were very busy when I arrived yesterday, which had me a little nervous as I was in a hurry to pick up my son, but they zipped through the customers in front of me, and still even took the time to vacuum my car. They did not have the oil filter for my luxury vehicle so they ordered it and it was there in 10 minutes! 20 minutes after arriving my oil change was complete! I have been here a countless number of times over the past 5 years and have received excellent customer service every time. Plus my vehicles are all running smoothly because Jiffy Lube is all about preventative maintenance and they let me know anything at all they find wrong with my vehicle as they do a complete inspection with every oil change. At first they were very nice. As I talked to the RUDE woman putting my stuff in the computer I had just got this car and asked about a engine checkup up instead..she sighed and was yelling at me.."do you want an oil change or not!!" I was shocked! Then I was talked into the 87.00 dollar oil change that included washing and vacuuming .. they claimed they did it but my same stuff was on the floor board and my windows were still dirty. Then I was told my oil sensor was broken.. a I asked why the gauge was going back and forth.. telling me it could be 400-650 to get that fixed. I told them just do the oil please. After all that , they found out I had a lifetime air filter( couldn't sell me one) just could clean it. I said fine. After all that I paid 127.00 for an oil change.. plus tipped a 20! Because I THOUGHT they were helpful! Now I left to get somewhere and I had a chance to look at comments... it said.. exsessive oil leakage!!! How could they have changed my oil knowing this? And not informing me! No one told my anything about this!! It was never said the whole time! Plus a drain pan might be cracked!! WTF! No one said ANYTHING about this! You would think their job is to let me know!! Was called by a survey after and I let them have it!! They are awful people praying on people who trust in them because of their line of work! Rip offs! The young manager was a faster talker and I believed they really cared.. why I tipped them a 20! They ruined my trust in oil changes.. never going to this company again.. This is the first time I've come to this location and I was blown away by the service. Jared welcomed me in very warmly and even disposed of my accumulated trash I was looking to throw away. When I went inside Rob was friendly and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. By the time Rob was done going over my vehicles standing, the oil change was already completed and all I had to do was pay and be on my way. I've always had experiences at other jiffy lube locations ranging from standard fare to mildly off putting. I was in heavy traffic with a semi in front of me when all of a sudden I hit a big tire tread from someone's blown tire. When I was able to look and see the damage, it was the plastic under piece broken away and lodged by the tire. I limped into your Jiffy Lube and you were like my savior! You invited my dog and I into your waiting room (even provided Rex a bowl of water!) and you inspected my car. The plastic piece had to be tossed, but you informed me there was no further damage. They were my third stop, the first two gas stations I went to had unmarked broken equipment and staff hid in the back of the shop and pretended not to notice me. Rob, the GM, along with Ryan, Dustin and the rest of the Jiffy Lube team at the Keystone location are without a doubt the benchmark for professionalism. I have been a return customer for over 5 years, and followed Rob from the Oddie Blvd location. He is that good. Ryan is simply an amazing guy. He really comes across as a trustworthy person, and I always feel like he is doing his best to give me the best service possible (which he does) with complete openness. Today, as Rob and Ryan we're going over the work they did on my car, Rob pointed out the corrosion on my battery. He and Dustin gave my multiple reasons why it was happening and a few ways to fix it, aside from their service. These guys never try to sell you on anything. Ever.
