On August 2, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the location I drove around town pretty much all day. Later that night as I was leaving my last stop before heading home I had my window down and heard a noise from underneath my vehicle. Turns out they improperly installed the access panel and it had been scrapping against the street all day to the point that it's no longer able to stay on. I called the store right away and left a message on their voicemail. Never heard back from anyone so I decided to go back to the store a couple days after my initial call. Spoke to 2 people who took my information and had me drive up so they could take a photo of the damaged access panel. They told me their manager would give me a call. No one called me after a week. So o called and was finally able to catch the manager there after several attempts. This apparently was the first time he's heard of my situation. Once again took my information and asked if I could send him a photo. I told him that an employee there had already taken a photo and that if he couldn't find out who it was that, I would gladly come back so they could take another photo. That was a week ago and I've never heard back from anyone once again. Today I called asked and asked if the manager was there and if I could speak to them. I was in placed on hold for over 10 minutes and finally decided to hang up and make another visit to the store. Show up and magically the manager had already taken off for the day. It's now almost been a month since my initial visit to get my oil change and I am not anywhere closer to getting my access panel replaced. DO NOT let them work on your car!!! They changed the brakes (new discs and rotors) on my daughter's car. After the repair we drove the car about 5 miles and the brakes started chattering and making a thumping noise. We return the car and they say they did an inspection and replaced some hardware and assured us the brakes were perfect. Then driving home the car had the exact same issue. The mechanic clearly does not know what he is doing. We ended up getting the car fixed at another shop, turned out the (brand new) rotors jiffy lube used were warped. Joe, the jiffy lube manager told us they would issue a full refund. But now after several calls and emails and 3 weeks later, Joe is just giving use the run around on the refund. Do not come to this Jiffy Lube!!! I went for a tire rotation and oil change, when I was checking in the service tech tried to talk me out of fully synthetic oil for a SUBARU OUTBACK. They stated that it is better for the car, will last longer between oil changes and be cheaper. If you know anything about Subarus you do not use any oil that is not fully synthetic, you can't put off oil changes for anything and it is not cheaper to have to put a new motor in. After that when they said they were finished with the service I checked my tire pressure and THEY DID NOT CHECK IT!!! My tires were low!!! They also did not tell me I had a screw in the tire even after I told them I was driving 12 hours immediately after they were done. read more

I'm pretty young and know nothing about cars, I also don't have my dad in town to make sure my car's in good shape. This JiffyLube made me feel so comfortable and they physically showed me the different things that needed fixing (without me asking). I originally just went in for an oil change, but needed my breaks done and my engine air filter needed to be cleaned. The guy servicing my car taught me what the filter is and also showed me what my breaks looked like and what they're supposed to look like. I know sometimes us young girlies feel nervous getting our cars fixed bc some car places give a bad wrap, but you can trust that this JiffyLube will be upfront and transparent with you! Started out ok but with lazy customer service. Then as I was driving into the stall for the oil change, it was a little tight so I kept checking around my car to make sure I wasn't hitting anything and all of a sudden one of the guys started shouting at me to follow the directions of the attendant, even though he's not liable for damage to the car and I am. Anyways, he kept shouting at me like I'm a child to look at the directions and then after I had pulled in and stopped, he still continued to shout at me about how there's a reason they shout at people to direct them for some reason and on about how he's right and then named some other customer who damaged their car for not looking directly ahead and not checking around your car at all to make sure you're damaging your car or the building and just looking directly ahead and completely trusting in people who don't have to pay for your car if it gets damaged. For context I'm a Lyft driver. I drive hours and hours a day all over the city and have to drive in and out and park in tight places so I have quite a bit of experience with driving in close quarters. The rest of the visit was ok enough. The lady inside was polite at least. After they were finished with a simple oil change and I turned the car back on I made sure to look directly at the attendant and nowhere else so I wouldn't get shouted at again by the crazy person with a big mouth who worked there. Thankfully, the person directing me out was polite and just directed me out doing their actual job, but it was still stressful to not be able to look around my car just like I normally do and I have to worry about getting yelled at again. I will not be coming back to this particular location specifically because of that person and how I was treated so badly there. Completely incompetent Mechanics. Paid $900 for a full brake job, brakes were spongy indicating they either failed to or completely ignored bleeding the brakes. Used subpar parts, and the brakes were instantly grinding within the first 10 seconds of leaving the place. Do not recommend for any sort of job, especially since I've done it better myself on the ground in the front yard after watching youtube videos. read more

This shop on Keystone is one of the better locations I have visited just from a service aspect. I got in and out pretty quick, nothing was forgotten, like checking fluids. Never had to get out of my car or repeat the same thing 5 times, which is refreshing. I had to knock off 2 stars because of the disingenuous Groupon deal. It does not cover the oil change like it says in the ad, and you will have to pay an extra 15-25 out of pocket, which makes the Groupon almost useless. I could have gone literally anywhere else and maybe saved money. read more

I just had to update! I came in for an oil change today and was pleased to find all services were being provided without the customer leaving their cars, for safety purposes during the pandemic. There were multiple mechanics present to guide me through the process and they worked super quickly to get everything done. Everyone was wearing masks and being very friendly. They were working like a well-oiled machine! Pardon the pun. I have had positive experiences with many Jiffy Lubes around town, but this location has always been my favorite. By my surprise this Jiffy Lube is definitely the best Jiffy Lube in town and a wonderful place to get an oil change. I was debating on whether to give this location four/ five stars however the service was exceptional. I am a college student which means prices can be hard and I felt as though I may have been talked into a little bit more than I needed. But overall my experience was great and all of the staff there were receptive, helpful, and very quick. I was there for less than 30 minutes which is pretty impressive on a busy Friday at lunchtime. The front desk gal was especially great and kind. They answered the phone the first ring. I have nothing bad to say other than the fact that I am slightly ignorant when it comes to the car stuff so I wish I knew what I actually needed and didn't need. Came here after Walmart failed to service my truck. Employees were polite and the service was quick.

Started on the wrong foot when the tech told me I had a choice of synthetic or synthetic blend. That is a very expensive option I don't need. So I told him I would not take either. After making a failed attempt at spending my money frivolously, he then checked my car to see that regular oil was recommended. From that point the rest of the service was free of up-sales. I keep my filters clean and fresh. It was quick but expensive if not for locating a coupon. Two people that checked out while I was there had totals of more than $140 after miscellaneous upgrades and cabin filter changes. I had a $19.00 coupon and with the $10.00 "overcharge" for my car being AWD it was still over $40 for a 15 minute oil and filter change. (about $20.00 in parts at full retail) Bottom line, it feels like they will get you if they can. As soon as I sounded like I knew what I was talking about and about what my car required required they stopped the madness. But if I had gone in hoping for a professional and honest crew to only recommend what I actually needed and skip the BS, this is NOT where I would go. read more

Unfortunately, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with Jiffy Lube replacing my brakes. All I can say is at least they have a warranty. At first I was impressed because they offered a good price and got me in same day. Then 2 weeks later I'm back because my brakes are squeaking and turns out both caliper bolts on the back tires were missing. Glad my brakes didn't give out. Then they ordered the parts and fixed same day. A week later, still squeaking loudly, so I come back and they replace all 4 brakes. 2 weeks later they're still squeaking loudly and they tell me it's normal, but my brakes had never made a sound before they touched them. Don't play around when it comes to your brakes! Go somewhere else! read more

I went in for an oil change in October '22 and they said I needed my transmission changed also. I said do whatever is needed. Sure enough, I go to the dealership to get my 75k mile service done May '23 and they told me my transmission was never done...wasted so much money here. I recommend going somewhere else if you care about your car. :( read more

Will come back to this specific location Just had my oil changed yesterday April 12th 2018. I had my oil changed at the keystone location yesterday about 2:00pm on April 12th. When I was driving last night I heard a noise and pulled over and saw that the cover for the undercarriage was hanging down and scraping against the ground. It was hanging on barely by one bolt in the back after being torn mostly all the way off from driving the car without realizing it was not attached correctly. I pulled it the rest of the way off and I cant text im drove home. When I checked this morning several bolts are missing. Update 1/23/19: the under cover that was damaged my jiffy lube because it was not attached correctly when they reattached is damaged again. I went into jiffy lube last week and it's now hanging from a thread. I need to hear back from someone at corporate as to how and resolve this issue quickly. read more

I came in for an oil change two weeks ago. Instacarting is not my career, but I do it occasionally for extra cash and I receive perks/benefits. One of them being discounted prices on oil changes. I used CarAdvise to find this Jiffy Lube location. As soon as I told them I was using CarAdvise to complete the payment and to receive 25% off, my whole experience changed. We pulled into the bay and waited about 20 minutes before anyone started on our vehicle. That's totally fine. I saw and then heard a technician walk over to our car and say to the man who was starting the oil change "this is a fleet vehicle, you do nothing but the oil change. Nothing." That's verbatim. They didn't fill any fluids or check fluid levels. No tire rotation. Oil change only I think. The person who started the oil change then walked away for another 10 minutes and came back and asked someone "have we done anything for bay 1 (us)" No one knew. So they checked our oil and said "Oh yeah, it's clean. They can go" and that was the end of it. The car next to us left and their hood was still not closed properly and the Jiffy Lube employee drove over the tire block. I just don't think these guys are it. Do not trust these people with your vehicle under any circumstances. I paid over $1,000 to have all of my brakes replaced before a long drive back home because of a family member's passing. Turns out that they didn't install the brakes correctly, because the caliper bolts came loose, damaging my car and making it undrivable. This happened on a windy mountain road and easily could have resulted in a fatal crash. Fortunately I made it into a gravel pullout, but was stuck without cell reception. This required an entire day of hitchhiking back to town to call a tow truck, wait for the tow truck, get towed to the nearest auto shop (over 1 hour away), etc. I found a competent mechanic who evaluated the damage to my caliper and brake line. I lost two days of work in addition to over $500 to repair the damage caused by Jiffy Lube waiting for parts to come in to repair my truck. I am currently trying to recover the money from Jiffy Lube that I had to spend on the additional repairs and they are giving me the run-around. These people are absolutely negligent and have no business taking anyone's money for this quality of work - if I pulled this type of thing at my own job, there's no question I would be fired. I'm going to small claims court to recover my costs if they continue to put this off. I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews unless a place is truly, remarkably bad. This easily could have ended in a serious crash because of their incompetency. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of this location. We even got to stay in the car to stay safe with virus going around. We watched them work and they were on task and fast to get us in and out. And I was stoked that we got no up-sell which is common with these oil change sites. My brother used to be a manager of a Jiffy Lube years ago and he told me the employees make extra money selling you things like wipers, compartment air filters and other things. So I make sure I go in knowing exactly what I need. This time it was just the oil and lube and of course, I needed air in tires. And they took the coupon that Jiffy Lube sent to me by email. If I was giving stars based on friendliness they would have 5. But I have to admit I am very upset. I will admit I don't know much about my car. But what I do know is solid information, normally due to past mishaps. Let's just say I learn my lessons. So when the guy comes in and tells me all the things that were checked and were ok I think awesome. We go out to the car and he runs down the inside of my engine super quickly. I notice that I can see that my coolant is low, but 2 minutes ago he told me the level was ok. My print out even says so. So I asked him if they actually checked it and he gets really short with me and says "I told you we did". When I point out that I can see it is low he just gets super short with me but adds the coolant. As he added the coolant it splashed all over the engine up on to my windshield, and as I discovered when I got home on my shirt. He than comments that wow it was super low. Now I sit here and am not sure I should trust the rest of these level readings. They also did not vacuum the inside of my car as there are still leaves that I noticed on my way in. Funny part is he told me I could come in everyday and have the car vacuumed if I wants. Um..... yeah. The rest of the staff was very kind and full of smiles. read more

Received a coupon in the mail for a smog check so I decided to use it it was $10 off. Of course my plates were due. Drove to Jiffy lube on Keystone on a Saturday morning around 1030 and was immediately greeted by a customer service rep. He was friendly asked what I needed I explained and he showed me where to park my car took me inside and asked me to have a seat said they'd be with me in a few minutes. I ask if I could do my registration there and he said yes the lady would explain all the costs to me. In about 15 minutes my name was called and the lady at the counter explained there is a $10 charge for the DMV registration. The smog check with the coupon was $24.99. The transaction was smooth and effortless on my part. I left with a temporary registration receipts and my smog check. I was instructed where to retrieve my car which was exactly where she said. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour. I was very surprised on a Saturday morning I expected a long wait. I recommend them for the smog check. This is the first time I have used this service but it was very easy and cost-effective. Thumbs up to Jiffy lube. read more

If you're looking to come in and out for an oil change without waiting too long or having a huge hassle this is a great place to go! I took my car here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the staff was friendly and the service was quick. I came with a Groupon, which covered a standard oil change BUT does not come with tire rotation or brake inspection. That costs a bit extra ($15 I think) which surprised me since it does come free with oil changes at a lot of other places. Nonetheless, it does come with a complimentary floor vacuuming and my car definitely needed that! The staff who helped me went over everything they inspected with me detail by detail, which was really nice of them as well. As a bonus, I didn't know that once you get serviced at a Jiffy Lube, you can stop any where at any time during business hours at any Jiffy Lube across the country to get topped off on oil, air, or water as well! I will say though that there are some hidden costs, and the prices are a little higher than I expected since the oil change doesn't come with the brake inspection or oil change. Without the Groupon, the standard is $41 - yikes! But the service overall was great, and I'll probably be back again! read more

Now I'm 100% sure they try to f**ked up my new car. Drove my new car from home to work and everything was working fine, then on lunch went and got it smogged and renewed my registration when I got it back, the electrical in my car wasn't working properly and they try to lie to me by saying "oh its maybe a recall" BS I have a the car fax and there is no recall. I went to honda dealership to have them take a look at it since it was still under warranty. They told me one fuse was blown, one fuse was in the wrong place and one fuse was missing. They were pulling fuse out when they plugged it to get it smog and my fuses is all right next to the plug to try to scam me by saying "oh this out we can fix it for $8". Bunch of low life scammer that do fraud here. beware people they will unplugged your tail lights, and fuse then try to scam you by telling you BS lie and taking as much money from Your pocket as much as they can. This place was FANTASTIC! This was my first time coming to get an oil change, so I was a bit nervous. The Manager, Rob, was super welcoming. There was no wait, so his team got me to pull up right away. Everyone was super friendly. Rob explained to me the recommendations for replacements and whatnot, but he in no way tried to up sale me or force it upon me. I waited for about 10 minutes and it was done! No order at all. Management has no sense of control over this location. When you arrive, you wait and no one speaks to you. The "line" is a free for all. Anyone shows up and drives in any bay they want, regardless of the fact that you have been there waiting for ten minutes. If you ask for assistance you're met with short, terse responses. Maybe this location is fine when there is no one in line, but anytime they get more than a couple people waiting, they can't seem to handle the demand. read more
