The actual service was okay but I was there for over an hour since it seemed like one main technician going between two cars. Also, I had a coupon that wasn't expired but they didn't use it. I don't even want to give it a start. They left my radiator cap totally loose so I was leaking radiator fluid all over my engine. My truck almost overheated luckily I was close to an auto parts store. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! None of my fluids were topped off. I paid $200 for this poor ass service. I had a good service today. Even before I could explain what was wrong with my car, the employee already knew that it was my spark plug that was the issue and that was changed (as well as the oil change/maintenance). Now I see none of the previous issues I noted with my car (no difficulty starting, the acceleration is more smooth, no shaking/rattling while driving, no check engine light going on when I accelerate, brake, or turn my wheel). I know absolutely nothing about cars/vehicles and he explained everything well, got everything fixed (especially when Toyota couldn't earlier this year). He was very friendly and patient. I just left this location and I really appreciate their thorough service and good natured sense of humor about budget. They gave me options in a low pressure way and accepted when I declined (for now.) Yosef personally wrote down the products that he recommended so that I could research them on my own. David was really gracious and non judgmental about my taped on bumper too! I was not looking forward to being laughed at for the mess that my vehicle is and hard sold into a thousand chemical remedies...This was the opposite experience and I really appreciate that. read more

Went in to this Jiffy Lube because my car had the tire pressure light on. This is my second time going. The first time I went I didn't have a problem at all. But today I got there and the guy with curly hair and glasses helped me out. He was super nice no complaints about him because he did fill my tires and it didn't bother him like the other short, chubby, mean guy (Christian) that asked him what I was there for and when he said oh just tire pressure then the Christian guy said in a very loud voice (he really wanted me to hear) "THAT'S WHAT GAS STATIONS ARE FOR" I was stunned. You guys offer this complimentary service for a reason. I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes here instead of a gas station. He wasn't even the one helping me out so why did it bother him so much? Saturday, 8/16/25 at 12:47 had oil change. Sunday 8/17/25 after 10am and 30-miles on that oil change. My oil Engine light blinked three time so fast, I could not read it. Then it came on and I pulled over within minutes. The engine started to sound funny right when I was pulling over. Towed car to Toyota. Monday 8/19/25 - Toyota said the engine seized due to the oil plug not secured Estimate to fix: $22,687.78. Mgr. at Jiffy Lube agreed with assessment. Sent Jiffy Lube many emails to include car rental expense. No response until 8/26/25. Jiffy Lube offered $6,000 to "fix" my car than preceded to tell me how my car was not worth much. He got an ear full. 8/29/25-I got a call from Jiffy Lube mgr. She said, "My boss, Neil, asked me to call you and do his job by telling you that he and corporate are looking at the Toyota estimate. I asked if he brought up the car rental expenses?" She said, "No". I told her, "Tell him I will believe it when I see it. " Its been 2+ weeks. I am carless, in car rental debt, plus out for Taxis, tickets I couldn't use for I had to wait for a tow truck, and a destructive oil change due to negligence.
