I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube 2758 ! The entire crew were friendly and efficient. There was no hard selling which I appreciate. Yosef saw that the filter behind my glove box was dirty even had some leaves in it. I agreed to replace it. He ordered one from the Autozone a couple blocks away and David ran over and got it. My oil change and the filter replacement took no time at all! I loved the camaraderie between the crew. They will def be our go to for all our oil changes! read more

Wow! The service here is outstanding! The woman helping me was SO KIND and helpful! She did her best to get me the best discount possible for what I was having done to my car. I was well overdue for an oil change. She was there every step of the way making sure I was putting in the right oil And making sure I had the right recommended mileage sticker print out. She was very much "this is the recommendation, and this is how far we can do. It's up to you". So I liked that she wasn't pushy. She gave me the information I needed without forcing me into anything. She came by and showed me my nasty air filter. So that obviously needed to be changed. And since they didn't have one in stock, she said they could put it in if I got one from down the road while I was getting my other services done (my tires rotated later that day when the gift came in). They do Military discounts here-so THAT was really helpful. Wow. I've been to jiffy lube before in VA and they really sucked. But this experience really changed my mind! I was impressed by the professionalism and teamwork that i witnessed. The team working on my van communicated out to each other to efficiently get the job done. Ashley, Jayden and Jim So I took my Jeep here and I've never had a single problem with it, I drove it into the bay, they changed the oil, told me to start the car - I started it, no problem. They told me to turn it off, I did. Then they said I'm ready to go - Car won't start. Engine seized. Immediately start blaming me, assuming no liability. Told me just to tow it across the street to Firestone and they'll pay a diagnostic. I called fire stone because I'm like it's 6pm they're closing? The Firestone guy obviously knows Ashley, they talk for awhile (about 5 minutes) clearly there's a relationship between the companies so I'm definitely not falling for that. I get them to agree to tow to a shop of my choice where I'll pay for my own diagnostic. Filed a police report for vandalism, filed an insurance claim with GEICO - attached police report to insurance claim, GEICO will be sending out an inspector to the repair shop. Will be hiring an attorney. Will contact corporate on Monday. Will file in court. I have money to pursue this if that's the route they want to go. They told me my car is old and has a lot of miles that's why it won't work. What they don't know is my dad just died and this was his car. He took really good car of it, that's why it lasted so many miles. I have a brand new car, I drive my dads car because it's nostalgic to me. Jiffy lube completely ruined it. Jiffy Lube messed with the wrong car. Jiffy lube messed with the wrong girl. To be continued.... Ps - Jim the district manager told Jayden not to give me his phone number, he was on speaker phone. I heard him say that. Jayden gave me Jim's phone number. Jim can expect a call from me (and my attorney) if Jim wants to play this back and forth "ignore the customer game." I have all year. Upon arriving, the employees were very rude and pushy. They insisted I get synthetic oil when I asked for regular, and when I asked to apply my coupon they assured me it had been applied, when it had not been. The entire interaction was condescending and dismissive. They left me standing in the parking lot holding my baby, and ignored me when I tried to get someone's attention to ask where I should go. I'm sure this would have gone differently if I weren't a woman. Especially mad that they overcharged me and didn't apply the coupon though. It cost $95 for just an oil change!! read more

4/10/24 was in and out in under 30 minutes for an oil change so thats a win in my book already, was talking to the tech about how after the change I was going to file my taxes and was expecting to get screwed again when he just smiled and said to just look on the "bright side" maybe the lord might bless me. Usually waiting is not necessary , got serviced right after I pulled in. Watching my odometer breaks every 5000 miles and its time to get an oil change. Mr. Hoffman, the previous store manager(don't know if he's still here or not) was a super kind and thoughtful person and always know the correct way to give an explanation to customers. Mostly I could go in and out within 15minutes or less. Overall, the guys who work here are outstanding and terrific. What can I expect more? Jiffy Lube, really appreciated . Only reason erased a star off is before my 2010 Kia Rio was brought in and when I saw it again, the lubricant smell came under the chassis , spread inside the vehicle. So I went to this location today at 10:30am thinking drive up and out in 15, well they had 2 guys working a young guy and a older guy that was new because the younger guy was telling him what needed to be done. If I was that kid I would have asked for more money. He was changing oil, filters, checking in people and checking out people and had the other guy vacuum and add the little sticker to the Windows. Anyway the lobby had no coffee or TV on and only 2 old magazines to read. I was there an hour. Anyway I got an oil change and I'm happier than the guys working. read more

Took them 30 minutes to get me into bay because they couldn't figure out the oil my truck uses. After I told them what oil to put in they went back and forth for 10 more minutes before letting me pull into a empty bay. Whole time girl was complaining. I've been going to this place in the last two or three years but the last time I went (last week), they lost one of the bolts and broke the other that holds the air cleaner assembly. They did this after they showed me that the air filter needs changing but they didn't have the part. I told them that I was going to replace it and just last weekend is when I realized what they did. Now the air cleaner assembly cover is loose and I couldn't get any part for at least one of the missing bolts. read more
