Used this location for basic oil change. Today I arrived with no line and they pulled my vehicle right in. Thought when they came to get me thirty minutes later the oil change was completed. Wrong. I was told the car battery was weak and I should have them replace it. I told them no thanks. I told the employee I just wanted a basic oil change. He said I needed the high mileage oil change which was seventy dollars. Finally he understood that I wasn't going for it and finally have me the basic oil change I requested for $42. Back to my local dealer I go. My bad and lesson learned. Need to get scammed, go to Jiffy Lube. read more

Worst staff I've bee had to deal with and I've gone to jiffy lube for 10+ oil changes at various locations. It took them a half hour before they even asked what I wanted done on my car, took another 45 minutes to complete an oil change, didn't recommend anything to me when I knew I needed a tire rotation and wheel alignment, didn't accept my coupon, and after checking my receipt had the nerve to change me for the most expensive synthetic oil they had and for rain x I didn't ask for...never go to this hell hole. read more

What a poorly run place! We will never go back to that chain again. Our local mechanic never treated us so poorly as we got treated here. I an am elderly woman who went in for an oil change. The bill came to over $100 for a Buick Lacrosse! When I asked why it was so high, he said "you need the best oil because you have high mileage". The issue is that my mileage is actually only 22,000 miles! He must have thought I was some dumb old lady who didnt know what was going on. When I pointed out that I have a low mileage car, and didnt need the most expensive oil, he said they would give me a discount, but they would have to remove all the expensive oil that they already put in the car, and put in the cheaper oil! Imagine that ridiculous solution. they actually ripped off their own business by wasting 5 quarts of oil! They would have been 5 quarts ahead by just leaving that oil in the car. No wonder they try to hoodwink an old lady by lying about the mileage to upsell oil. I asked "do you need my name for the computer?" they said no. Now my receipt is in the name of Jane Doe, 123 street, Riverhead. How do they keep track of service for their customers by putting fake names and addresses? read more

Stay away from this place.45 minutes for a basic oil change.$68.00 for a basic oil change.I do understand that I have a vehicle that uses an extra quart of oil,but totally out of the ballpark.I got scammed because I didn't notice ahead of time that a price for an oil change was not posted.6 guys standing around on cell phones,take the cell phones away while on the clock.I guess that's hard to enforce when the manager is one of the ones on a cell phone.They had a sign posted that if the associate does not ask for your e-mail address at checkout you get 5 dollars off the current purchase.They do not honor that offer.I was told they would credit me next time.I said there will never be a next time.Place has really gone down hill since the last time I was there.They need to focus on the task at hand and not try to up sell on a dozen other overpriced services.It's too bad because there is never any kind of a wait because nobody goes there anymore,but it takes 45 minutes for an oil change.Plus all the other services have gone out the window.The days of clean the windows,vaccum the car,check tire pressure-all gone.I was lucky,they could not try to sell me an air filter that I didn't need because they couldn't figure out how to get it out of my truck.Tell all your friends----- STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! read more

Please DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! Went for oil change and left with NO BREAKS!!! While trying to upsell on their service packages ..said no just want plain oil change..but he kept trying to sell.. Finally made it clear we wanted only the oil changed....Kid drove it in fine HE had no problems breaking to correct spot to be worked on ..but When we left brakes went straight to the floor..almost crashed into traffic!!! we coasted to safest place to inspect and fluid was halfway down..NOTE ;on service contract states it was full when inspected..Went back and get this they say.." breaks can fail at anytime!!!" There was nothing wrong with them when we drove in...I guess he got a bug up his ---- when we refused to upgrade...Please do not go there for your safety!!!!! read more
