I came here for an oil change and attention the the brakes. I arrived at 10am. They told me it would take 90 minutes, and they just needed to order the car parts from I'm guessing another location. It's 3:00 and I am still waiting for my vehicle. They did give me a 10% discount, but that $50 doesn't make up for 6 HOURS of waiting. Steve D. Roanoke, VA. Don't go to the Jiffy Lube at 3559 Franklin Road in Roanoke, VA. After waiting from 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM, I was told by staff member and backed up by manager that there would be NO INSPECTIONS today, 3/31/2025. The inspector didn't show up and the District Manager couldn't make it in to replace her. Same thing happened last year. I asked to speak to the owner. Said they would give him my number but couldn't give me his number. I had been told at 8:03 AM that the inspector "was on her way"! What a joke of a business so crucial to car owners. One year I got an inspection there. The inspector brought me an estimate that said it would take $382 to get my car to pass inspection. After he showed it to me, he said, "You want me to go ahead and fix everything"? I told him to just put a Did Not Pass sticker on it. He did and I left. Went to another inspection station and car passed. read more

Went for inspection, like we do every year. This time,had rejected insp.,took car to mechanic, fixed what they said was wrong, still rejected, something to do with tie rods, which mech said were not broken, jiffy lube petty woman said she didn't care what mech said she was not going to pass insp til I got tie rods fixed, what are we supposed to do. Someone has to better regulate these ppl. It's nothing but them deciding whether they like you, never a prob with the men, just petty women, get them out of there. read more

Don't waste your time going here for a state inspection, Brandon Smith will be disrespectful and laugh at any complaints you might have. Andrea, the lady who did my inspection will take an hour to do a supposedly 30 minute inspection due to so many smoke breaks. Meanwhile the rest of the employees stand around joking and laughing and not working. They will scam you of your money and after they where done they hide in the office an extra 10 minutes. Hopefully this saves someone else a two hour experience of being treated like dirt. Possibly it was because I was there with my girlfriend and it was a slight bit of homophobia because another young lady came to get something fixed 10 minutes after us and was out 25 minutes before us. read more

I have literally never, and I mean never, had such bad service in my entire life. I will NEVER come back. I waited for over 4 hours for an inspection and oil change for what I was told would take and hour and a half. That was bad enough but I was willing to wait because getting an inspection is ridiculous. Meanwhile, no one checked in with me, the staff huddled in the office, chatted it up, used ridiculously foul language and at one point sat outside doing nothing. My entire day was wasted there. The woman before be was also getting an inspection and needed a part, but rather than pulling her car out and starting mine they let hers sit and mine until her part came. She was there at least 3 hours. It's reason's like these my inspection was past due. Beyond furious. read more

I dropped in for a routine oil change. When I pulled out 20 minutes later, my engine oil light came on and the car started knocking badly. I immediately returned. They changed the oil again and said there was nothing more they could do. After 3 weeks and almost $5,000 of repairs, the regional representative will not even respond to my emails to discuss what happened. DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE! read more

Very inefficient operation. Employees appear to be in a semi-break state all of the time. This translates to longer than necessary wait times. In addition, major effort at up-selling on ignorance of basic automobile maintenance. I personally was there 4 hours on a medium busy day. 2 hours to get plugs then moved to the back of the line for 2 hours awaiting inspection. $20 for inspection and over $170 for six spark plugs for 1995 truck. I've been getting my oil changed at this Franklin Rd. location in Roanoke, VA for years. Stopped by today at the last minute, and they took great care of me. I wasn't sure of their closing time, so I took a chance. They were very busy, but all employees were working quickly and efficiently. These guys do great quality work, they aren't cheap (AT ALL) but their labor is efficient and well worth the cost, their oil changes are fast, they immediately greet you when you drive over the bell, they offer complimentary coffee and tea , and their inspector is fast. read more

Pulling up, my partner and I were greeted by an employee who clearly didn't want to be there. After explaining that we were here for an oil change & headlight bulb replacement (called beforehand to ask about it), the man began to walk away shaking his head as if he was annoyed that we were there. We decided to leave and have the services done elsewhere. The past few experiences at this location have been quick, efficient and great service. Sadly, not this one. read more

Absolute worst service I've ever gotten, at a quick lube shop, i absolutely do not recommend going here.

This is my second visit to Jiffy Lube, my first visit was fine. My low tire pressure light was on this morning so I decided to get an oil change and air put in the tires. When leaving, the light was still on. The manager said I had to drive around and let warm air build up. I thought that was odd because I never had to do that before. I drove about five miles and returned because the light was still on. I was told my tire pressures were fine, they were checked when my car was serviced as requested. I was instructed to go to Firestone and get my tires reset. I had never heard of this before, but ok. Firestone didn't know what I was talking about. They checked my tire pressures and they were low, as low as 26. Firestone put air in all of the tires for free and the light went off immediately. My visit as Jiffy Lube was scary and dangerous. Another woman was at Jiffy Lube complaining about her light and was told to seal her rims (or something like that). I will be going to Firestone from now on. What a day. read more

Have been waiting over 2 hours for a state inspection. give numbers to hold places in line and have had two go ahead of me that should have been behind me. things might go a little faster if the workers were not screaming at eachother and smoking in between cars. read more

Normally I have good experiences with Jiffy Lube stores, but today was different. I didn't have much time today but needed an oil change, so I skipped my regular shop and hit this Jiffy Lube store. My final cost was about $60 more than I had been quoted, but the work was already done and I was in a hurry. They knocked off $10 but still lost me as a repeat customer. read more

I chose Jiffy Lube because I didn't have to schedule an appointment; I just brought my car when it was convenient for me. They were efficient and didn't try to push me toward the more expensive options. Sign on the wall says 39.99 conventional oil change up to 5 quarts. My truck takes 7 so I knew it would be a little more expensive. As usual they made things up that my truck did not need so they could up the price. One of which was my cabin air filters which they removed to show me they were dirty and said it would be 39.99 to change them.(literally 6.99 on amazon) I tapped them on the wall an they were good as new I said put them back. I then said I wanted the 39.99 oil change and nothing more and at this point I'm angry. The guy then said that'll be 63.99 I said no I'm done here I don't want the oil change too bad they had already drained the oil. They then filled it back up with conventional oil at no charge which I was happy about but when I got in and drove out of the parking lot I noticed my glove box door was off its tracks and the door to my cabin air filters was laying in floor and the air filters were no where to be found. I went back to the shop and now I'm furious. I demanded they put everything back which they did and I left. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Bait and switch at its finest read more

Customer service was nice but a regular oil change was ordered and it was upgraded by Jiffy Lube without a single mention (64 dollars for a 4 cylinder non synthetic) and then my girlfriend was required to pay the additional fee. Kind of bothers me. read more

Best crew ever and so fast and friendly. I have been there lots of times and will continue to get all my oil changes there.
