They gladly helped me this time with a warranty replacement on my stock tires which required them calling the manufacturer. They did this without complaining and advocated for me. Their prices are very competitive compared to other online stores. I would suggest making an appointment online and this will make your time spent most efficient. You can even purchase your tires online and schedule at time for them to be installed if you know what tire you want for your vehicle. I will add that while out of town recently, we had a tire pressure warning light come on and we stopped in a DT in Myrtle Beach area. This location was equally helpful and kind. Discount Tire knows how to find the right employees and train them well both in product knowledge and customer service! I call them the Chick-Fil-A of the tire world!

The dispatcher talked me through my options, even offering to have the tow truck driver take my girl where she needed to go on his way to tow the car. The driver arrived at the car in minutes, made my nervous teen feel at ease, and fixed our problem. The dispatcher called me back twice to let me know all was well. Every step of this was above and beyond. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was. Woods is in my phone contact list now. Gave Lakeside Tire a call at 4.45 PM one day, the next the tires were in and installed on 2 wheels an hour after dropping them off and they squeezed them in between jobs. Saved me so much time and trouble driving all the way up to Roanoke from Westlake. Great service and a great price. Yesterday I self-scanned probably $700 worth of merchandise. I had exactly 4 items left in my cart…read morewhen the scanner went down. The woman came over and said I needed to use a different register. I asked her if I needed to re-scan everything I had already scanned. She said yes. I walked out. Today I drove almost 2 hours (4 hours round trip) to go to Costco to get the same items I was planning on buying yesterday. About a month ago I got there at exactly 8 AM to shop (not $700 that time). As I was leaving the guy ahead of me at the check-out probably did have $700 worth of merchandise. The woman at the door seemed to be checking EVERY item in his cart against his register slip. I went around and headed for the door. She yelled at me that I needed to stop and have my cart checked. A second employee also yelled the same thing. I turned and told them both that I wasn't an employee of theirs and that if they didn't trust me then they needed to hire more people on the registers. Absolutely the worst shopping experiences of my 77 years. I can only hope Costco opens a store closer to home.
