Avoid this location for inspections. They make you wait way beyond their quote time and fail you for stuff other jiffy lubes will be still let you pass for. They also forgot about my car and had other people who showed up after me leaving with their cars before my car was even looked at. Terrible, terrible experience. We had taken our car to this location to get our state inspection done. Because the sensors had reset recently while getting a brake job done, they were not able to test emissions. They told us to return after 100 miles of driving. We went back and they still couldn't test. At this point, they told us that we could come back at 200 miles. We went back again and still the same problem. This time, they told us just come back whenever, it's a two minute test and they can take care of it for us. Today, I went back for the test and I was told that we would have to pay the whole $28.75 for the inspection all over again! To top it all, the manager was extremely rude and curt. I asked for a complaint number and he wouldn't give it to me; after some argument, he gave me the numbers of his managers whom I will be calling shortly. If you can help it, please, please, don't take your car here! They are not very nice and they try to fleece their customers. read more

I took my GM vehicle here for an oil change. This is important because several of the "mechanics" told me that I needed to have the expensive oil or else it would void my warrantee. I should have thought to myself then--humm I'm being caused to feel fear--yep feels like a sales tactic. Unfortunately for me-the fear won out and I ended up spending 3 times what I had budgeted. They told me on the way out to come back and I whirled around and said, "I can't afford to come back ." After asking several different mechanics I have since found out that that what Jiffy Lube told me is total BS. Never going back there-never using a Jiffy Lube again. read more

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the wait wasn't bad at all for a lunch break. To my delight, I got back into my car to realize that they had vacuumed my floorboard and cleaned all of my windows for free! Apparently this complimantary. Horrible experience. I purchased a new vehicle with approximately 250 miles. I had my first oil change using synthetic oil at Jiffy Lube on 5/18/19 to prepare for a summer trip with my 9 year old son. My son and I drove to South Dakota on 6/10/19 and when we arrived at Mt. Rushmore, the antifreeze drained from my car because Jiffy Lube left the cap unscrewed. Thankfully, a nice man helped me and put antifreeze in my vehicle. However, the closest store that sold antifreeze was 20 miles away. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with the manager who said they would refund the cost of the antifreeze and check my vehicle. Driving through Nebraska, on my way back to Texas, the sensor indicated my oil is very low and I need an oil change immediately (prior to the next oil change mileage), so I have no choice but to stop at the nearest Walmart and get an oil change. I drove back to Texas and took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube on 6/17/19 to have them check it. The manager said she put more antifreeze in my vehicle because it was low and refused to refund my oil change and the cost of the antifreeze I purchased in South Dakota. I called corporate who escalated the case. I didn't hear anything and called again. Corporate said my case was closed due to my car being outside of warranty mileage which had nothing to do with Jiffy Lube's error. They escalated another case and said the regional office "should" call in 72 hours. I still haven't heard from Jiffy Lube. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. I was a customer for SIX years, but I will take my business elsewhere. Jiffy Lube put me in a bad situation alone with my son and may have caused serious damage to my new car. I have it scheduled for service with Ford to run diagnostics to see if there is permanent damage. read more

I got there early for an emissions test. Even though every bay had a vehicle in it and they were already a little busy they were wonderful! The only reason this place gets three stars is because the NEW manager took care of me. About 2 months ago my wife took her car to get a trans flush. Well they charged her for one, and even made her wait like she was actually getting service. Fast forward to today... While getting an alignment my other place says you fluid looks really old. I was a bit shocked to learn that we were charged for nothing at all. I was pretty mad. Again, the new GM took care of business today! I appreciate that... I needed an oil change and went to this location after it was referred to me by a friend. While I was waiting, I hopped on yelp to see what people said...I got pretty nervous. There was a new guy behind the counter that spent most of his time answering questions that customers had about various services...he answered as well as he could and if he wasn't confident in his explanation, he'd grab a more seasoned worker to help. I was shown various options for my car and the pricing before anything was performed, so no surprises. They were pretty busy but it only took about 20 minutes for me. The manager added coolant to my car for free (normally $3...but any add in I'd welcomed) and I left without any problems. I'd come back to this location without a doubt. read more

Terrible service and management. I have been a long time customer of Jiffy Lube organization, and I rarely if ever, would take time out to contact a corp office, but my experience today warrants this. First of all, in the past, I have always had a great experience w. the location I have been going to for years. i work for Dell Computer Corp office right next door. In the past, Even when the location made an error, they always were open and willing to make it right. Today I came in and asked for an oil change and asked that my air filters not be looked at or tinkered w. b/c of an issue I have had in the past with reseating the air filter casing to the manifold and the problems it causes when not seated correctly. The technician agreed and took care of me and got my car in the bay. He then came and got me and explained that the price I have been getting would be good this time, but that moving fwd, that that pricing would not be honored. I agreed but did ask to speak to the manager, so I could better understand why. The Tech explained that the mgr was not available but that he would have him call me. So, the work was completed on my car and I paid my bill. The technician seemed a bit put off, and i was not sure why. He explained that several customers had been "scamming them" for some time and that it was over. I looked at him and said, i hope you do not think I was scamming you. He did not respond. I shook my head and left. About an hour or 2 later my car started running rough, and I thought oh no; they must have ck'd the air filter and moved the manifold against my instructions. So, I called and asked to speak to the mgr and before I could say anything; he says so you are just calling b/c you are mad that you are not getting your special price anymore. I responded by saying no; I am calling about my car not running right, and getting back over there for you to take a look at the car. He responded and told me that it was " standard operating procedure" to ck the air filter, and explained that I told his guys not to do that; to which he responded that I was just mad that I was not getting the same price anymore. I told him that my car has an issue and that he needed to address it. He finally told me to come by. When i drove up 5 technicians bowed up and surrounded my car as if they were daring me to get out of my car; like they were going to assault me. I was very intimidated. Never-the-less, I got out of the car and at this point he had obviously spoked to the tech who worked on my car and immediately started to deny that they had any responsibility w/out even opening the hood of the car. Eventually he did open the hood to look at my engine and said that he was just put in charge of this location that it was now the #1 location in the area. I said 2 things: 1. I do not feel like this is the #1 location based on the way I am being treated. 2. I do not see what this being the #1 location has to do with the fact that my car is not running right. He responded that he was 100% certain that his techs could not have caused this even though it has happened 3 times at this location in the past. Oh -- but he added I guess i could be wrong. This is ridiculous. How can you be 100% certain and in the same sentence add that you could be wrong. Very odd. Anyway, I explained the history and he said he knew all about it and that it was common for that to happen and that on F-150's it was even worse of a problem. I explained that I just wanted to get it fixed. He said that I need a certified mechanic to do a write up and show him where his guys made a mistake---rather than just cking to see if the problem actually existed. He kept making references to him being responsible for this location being #1 in the area. I finally realized that he had no intention of even cking to see if the problem existed although he did open the hood and remove the front panel that is not where the problem was. When I asked he indicated that he would have to remove too many things to get to it, and that he would not ck it. At that point i told him that I would go to my mechanic and follow his instructions. He laughed and walked away. My though is this--I work next door at the Dell corp office where most of his customers come from; you think he would have the common sense to try to treat a long time Dell customer better than this. I will never return to this location or do business here again. I reccommend that noone else should either. AND no, this is not about the fact that my pricing will be going up. This has everything to do w. not taking responsibility for possible mistakes and not making me feel like a valued customer. I am going to warn all my Dell sisters and brothers away from this place as well. Very poor organization. What a horrible experience. read more

This is the worst place in the world to take your car for an oil change....please don't take your car here....My daughter took her car there for a simple oil change, and of course they found several different things that was wrong so they suckered her into getting it fixed, an oil change that should only have cost her at the most 29.00 dollars was now well over a 100.00. She paid it and thought that they had put oil in her car along with a new filter.... Jiffy Lube failed to put a single drop of oil back in my daughter's car...she drove off and got about 3 blocks and her car stopped.....in traffic.....she was almost in a car accident due to the incident. Some people help my daughter push her car into the Sonic drive in, and that's when she called me, upon arriving I immediately checked her oil, it was bone dry.....not a drop of oil in it. My daughter's Engine is completely burned out, Jiffy Lube have said that they would fix it, but that was about a month ago, and still we have heard nothing....I have called the corporate office and they put in a claim, but still we have heard nothing..I am now in the process of hiring an Attorney to see if we can get the car fixed. This is not the only time that Jiffy Lube has screwed someone like this....the problem is, that people tuck their tails and go away....I'm not one if those people... Jiffy Lube need to be held responsible for what they did. Please do not take your car to ANY of the Jiffy Lube's they hire alot of incompetent people who do not know what they are doing, the manager at the Jiffy Lube on Louis Henna was name Mike, he conveniently moved to another Jiffy Lube...The new managers at the Jiffy Lube on Louis Henna said they know nothing about the claim... fortunately my daughter have a video of Mike saying it was their fault....we also have video of Mike, coming to Sonic drive In putting oil in my daughter's car. I pray that no one has to go through what were about to go through....Hiring an Attorney, is alot of up front out of pocket money...of course we will sue for Attorney fees, and court cost, car rental, time off from work, mental stress, as well as pain and suffering. The outcome should be good for us....it may take some time, but someone has to start fighting back and not letting these companies get away with ruining people's vehicles. I recently went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, everything was fine until I picked up my vehicle. I got all the way home and tried to get out of my vehicle and couldn't because my inside door handle was broken. I immediately called the Jiffy Lube and told them that they had broken my inside car door handle. I was told over the phone that notes had stated that the door handle was already broken. I immediately drove to the location and spoke to Jontrel F. He advised me that the door handle had deteriorated which caused it to break. I stated to him this was not the case. I advised him I wanted a full refund for my oil change. I concluded to ask him why they lied on the notes and he couldn't give me a straight answer. Yes, I got a full refund, however, I don't appreciate being lied to at all. If he would have called me and told prior to me paying and at least apologized then this would be different. But to outright lie to the customer is unacceptable. I requested to speak to a manager and was told she was on break. I said okay I will wait, then I was told a break meant vacation. Not so sure I was being lied too yet again? Managers name is Angel Rae, if true. Needless to say, I will NEVER go to Jiffy Lube again! read more

For some reason, they don't always vacuum the floors at this store (which is supposed to be included in their signature oil change), so I brought it up to Jon and he made sure it got done this time without question. I had my oil changed today by a superiorly wonderful team at Jiffy Lube! These guys went above and beyond to assist me. They were able to honor a coupon, that I had forgotten at home. They assisted me in carrying my items from Walmart to my car. They vacuumed out the floorboard and have the AC cooling the car down upon my arrival. However this location in particular goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. The team as a whole was fast and polite. I pulled up and because it was raining out the Jiffy Lube team member carried an umbrella to my door to escort my into the shop so I would not get wet. Terrific service! The team member was very friendly and walked me through all of my options. I did not feel as though she was trying to sell me on any additional services or products. The team member quoted me 15 minutes, but before I could get my laptop set up to start my work the team member came back through the door to let me know she was finished with my car. As I was pulling away I got a smile and a wave from the team member. When I looked up, there was a "Thank you!" written on my little window sticker. :) The waiting area was quiet and clean. I took my car to get an inspection.On the the board it had all the prices.Inspection stickers -$14.50 but they don't put on there that they charge $16.25 for a emissions test fee,the total cost of the inspection was $28.75.I think Jiffy Lube should put the total price of the inspection on the board that way we the customers will not be surprised on the $28.75 total price thinking we are only going to pay $14.50.I will not do business with Jiffy Lube again nor will all of my friends and family.Still waiting for the corporate office to call me back read more

Before pulling in I asked how is for the oil change and was told that it's $39.99 and with $10 off it's $29.99 and it seemed fair enough. I was asked by the tech that if i wanna use high mileage oil and I said yes because the car has 144k, Damn, I should have known better. My total came up as $50 and upon inquiry was told that I requested for high mileage oil and that's why the charge is more. The oil they used was Pennzoil 5W30 which is pretty standard oil and not much to do with high or low mileage. I was never told that there is an extra $20 for making this choice which again was an standard oil anyways and that is clearly unprofessional and dishonest. I know I am never going back to any Jiffy lube ever and of course share the experience with others. read more

TOTAL DUMP. Last couple of times I've stopped in to have my truck inspected here, I've been sent away. Last time, they were out of printer ink and couldn't print whatever they needed for inspection......ok. Today I came by Jiffy Lube around 4:30 to have my truck inspected yet again. This time, the manager met me at my window only to tell me that there were 6 people ahead of me in line - I told him I would wait as I'm going out of town and need this done. He tells me it'll take at least an hour - I said that's fine as, again, I need this done. He continues to beat around the bush, that his guys will need to be leaving and that he had to fire someone last week....whatever whatever whatever....I ask about the other location in Pflugerville, and he tells me they're sending people to this location for some reason. I finally left based on his advice ONLY TO COME HOME AND SEE THAT THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 7PM. Trash. read more

Never again!!! I've taken 4 of my vehicles there and every time it's always something. I was once told I needed to replace my K&N air filter because it was dirty. Which I can just clean and has a sticker that says do not remove air filter. I was even denied a state inspection an hour before close. Another time they didn't vacuum carpet in back. I asked if I could and they watched me as they all stood in the bay with nothing to do as I vacuumed the backseats which took all but 2 minutes. This time I was given a price by Josh on phone. Walked in and spoke with Seth (Josh was busy). Told him I wanted the 41.99 oil change agreed to pay the extra 10 since it was 6 quarts and was quoted 1 hr. I left walked around came back to pick up car after an hour and was told the car wasn't worked on because they didn't know which oil to use. I told Josh that I told Seth everything and was given prices by Seth that correlated with what he told me over phone, and that how else would I know if I didn't agree to them. They didn't get my number so I didn't get called to say what do you want done. Instead I had to wait longer. The manager asks to speak with me. After I tell him what happens he says sorry for miscommunication and gives me $10 off. Felt stupid to even consider this miscommunication because I told Seth, DO THE $41.99 OIL CHANGE. I AGREE TO PAY THE $10 FOR THE EXTRA QT. I don't see the miscommunication on my part. Instead I will take my cars elsewhere. Tired of the BS. Also, the guy vaping from his e cigarette as he guides out a car should just smoke a cigarette. Looks just as bad. Don't go here. Won't recommend to anyone. Also the mileage sticker is off by 60,000 miles. The truck has 142,000. The sticker says 84,000 read more
