I got my car back 9 weeks later. Two weeks after they fried my car, I found out my car was at Kwik Kar in Dripping Springs. RR didn't tell me that. I got a call from a manager in Dripping Springs who said he needed to replace another part. So the DS Kwik Kar kept replacing parts but still couldn't fix the car, and then suddenly that manager didn't work there anymore. The new manager took my car to a totally different shop in Dripping Springs. They didn't tell me about that either. I only knew where my car was because I had an air tag in it. The other company (not Kwik Kar) finally fixed my car, and the manager at RR Kwik Kar drove it back to RR. Oh, and he used the toll road but didn't compensate me for the toll (or even tell me he did it). And now, Kwik Kar RR and DS say they don't have any documentation of the work that was done in their shops. That includes a battery, a computer, a throttle sensor, an AC compressor sensor, and fuses--those are the parts I know of that Kwik Kar replaced but can't provide documentation of . What are they trying to hide? The managers at these two Kwik Kar locations are incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring a-holes. They don't know how to change a battery. They don't know how to communicate while they attempt to fix their mistakes. They don't know how to take responsibility. Nobody owned up to making a mistake. Nobody apologized for screwing up my car or messing up my life for two months. And they act like it's not their problem when you still need them to follow up. Keep your car far away from here.

When I returned to Take 5 #0206 in Pflugerville on 8/12 for my next service, Luke and Joe showed me that the dipstick was not fully inserted and there was no oil showing on it. They also showed me oil splattered throughout my engine compartment and that the plug/cap that should have been replaced had not been replaced. They used Take 5's coolant testing tool and showed me that my coolant required a flush, despite the 4/13 service documentation stating it had been checked and was safe. I contacted corporate on 8/13 and again on 8/18 after receiving no response from the Round Rock location. I was told each time to wait 48 hours for the district manager. I have also continued trying to contact the Round Rock location directly, but have received no response. As of 8/22, no one has contacted me. I feel taken advantage of as a customer because I trusted Take 5 to properly service my vehicle. I did not believe I needed to get out of my truck and independently inspect the dipstick or the work performed, especially when Take 5 advertises a "Stay In Your Car" service. I trusted that the employees performing the service would properly complete and verify their work. This is my daily vehicle, and I need to ensure there are no issues or damage resulting from the service. I am simply trying to get this matter resolved and ask that someone from management or the franchise owner please contact me directly to discuss a resolution.

Shady Prices & Staff is how I'd describe this place…read more If you want to go to a place where you will be tricked into services you didn't ask for or be shady on the actual price of service to make it look like you got a deal... this is the place for you. I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I understand the competitiveness of these shops but truly this place is not trustworthy of anyones time or money. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I am glad I went to Christian Brothers instead, driving from Round Rock is worth it for a reputable company.
