The workers were very quick and efficient. They showed me the filters that were dirty and explained pricing for new ones, but didn't put pressure on me to have them changed. I was able to find a coupon on the Jiffy Lube website before coming in. There was one person ahead of me and I waited about 25 minutes. Just went in for an oil change was hoping to get in and out but unfortunately not as quick as last time. It was early am and from the vibe I got the normal greeter was not there. I sat in the car waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me . They were all grumpy and no smiles at all . However the oil change was done in a timely manner once in the bay . Service was fast.. I went in for a vehicle inspection for uber and Lyft.. I wasn't expecting to pay for 2 different inspections but the service guy said I needed both because they were different paperwork. when I went home and scanned one inspection paper it worked for both uber and Lyft therefore I ended up paying more when I could've only got one done for the both of them.. keep in mind to get vehicle inspection for only one of the 2 I ended up paying almost 80 when I could've only paid 35.. other than that service was fast and easy read more

Awesome experience here! The employees are all wearing masks, they are super friendly ( esp Ashley!) And I was thanked for wearing my mask. I was able to receive an oil change as soon as I pulled up and was shown all the different types of oils and prices so I could choose which oil they'd use. I felt respected as a woman and felt that they cared about me as a customer. All social distancing measures are in place here as well. They have a nice waiting area (chairs outside as well) and have a TV, beverages, and a customer restroom. They also have free wi-fi with their password posted for customers! Social distancing stickers, plexiglass at checkout, all employees and customers are required to wear masks, and hand sanitizer at counter. I'll be back! **Update: I had a negative experience with another employee after my awesome experience and posted about it here, however, I have since removed that negative experience because the Director of Operations reached out to me and allowed me to explain what happened. This location was the very first jiffy lube I stepped into and I'm happy to say I had a great experience. I came in on a Saturday morning before they even opened, with two other cars already in line waiting in front of me. The total amount of time I was there included a 45 min wait time plus another 45 min service time. I was greeted with the most friendly employees, who constantly checked up on me during the long wait and kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done on my car. The services I received were a high mileage oil change, air filter change and light bulb replacement. They pointed out other little things my car needed but I declined. I appreciated how informative they were and that they didn't pressure me into getting the extra work done like other automotive centers would have. As a first timer, I was really impressed with the service I received and will definitely come back. read more

If he had just told me I could respect that but he straight lied to me. No matter when I come, they can't get me in or they state an exorbitant amount of wait time. Super weird vibes here today. Pulled in and the greeter was negatively toned saying the people in front of me were getting "more than oil changes" and it was going to be a really long wait. Went into the lobby and on my way in a weird stare from (the manager maybe). Then I noticed him looking at me again through the window. Got right back in my car and left. People want to feel comfortable with other people working on their car. Will never be back until management is changed. read more

Yikes! Where do I start? I came here because of the reviews and I also had a coupon I NEVER got to redeem because I forgot all about it. Smh! Lol! Tip*USE THE COUPONS AND REDEEM THE YELP* if you don't feel like paying a prime rib dinner for 4, worth of a price. They're pretty pricey but they're still affordable. I think! My opinion only. I arrived and was greeted quickly. Staff was very friendly and also gave me estimates and pricing for certain parts, things I'd paid for etc... and made sure I knew about the extra costs. I use full synthetic. Of course it's pricey. My truck eats up its full 7 quarts of oil. All of that information was in the estimated total cost along with labor fee. I'm actually surprised at how cheap the labor fee was. So, that was a plus for me. Location seems like it gets pretty crowded. There was an oil semi parked in the back of the building that made like, pulling in was too tight. But, it all worked out because they had just finished the other cars ahead and started pulling in the cars in front of me, WHICH gave me room to pull around back. Not much parking spaces. You pretty much only have room if you're actually getting something done on your car. Once it's done, you must leave...NOW! Lol. Yeah, not much parking room. Although, it is right next to Eggies. A small little restaurant that takes CASH ONLY, so I was able to eat breakfast with my 5 year old and finish up just before my truck was pulling out of the bay. Perfect timing. Ha! NOW, payment. Meh, I'd probably still bring my truck back here no matter the price. Only because, they were very communicative with me. No hidden charges, extra fees, unknown added on parts and I was told about things that were out and corroded. I'll probably have them fix that once I get back into town again. My only issue with these guys was the left over oil crap/grease on the INSIDE of my truck. They didn't bother to wipe or protect the inside. Just glad they didn't get the grease on my seats. That would've been a killer to try and get out. SO...Jiffy lube, next time please make sure to check yourself for oil before entering my truck. I am a VERY clean person. And that almost gave me an anxiety attack. I was about to head back into the store to complain. BUT didn't because you guys were friendly folks! Luckily, I had my microfiber cloth in my back door, I was able to wipe away the oil until I got home to sanitize. Lol! That's just for future reference. Thanks again. read more

If I can give the staff 0 I would. Staff did not fully take responsibility for the oil leak that they created on my driveway. I asked them if they completely tightened all the lids, but indeed they did not. I won't return for service. It took several complaint calls to the manager before they owned up to their mistake. read more

This jiffy lube is the one I have been going to for several years now. No frills and great customer service. Every employee i have encountered here have been super nice. You dont feel pressured to get things done whereas other places may do to you. They go through your options and thats it!! Not sure how to say it but you dont get that feeling of "oh they are trying to one up me bc i know nothing about cars" Jiffy Lube in general usually has a $10 coupon online or in your mail so dont forget to take that with you. You present it to them during checkout. Lastly, this place is fairly busy so i would advise being there first thing or make sure to call ahead or find an off-peak time to go. I can see why they have such high ratings compared to other jiffy lubes!! Tip: if they recommend air filter or wiper blade changes, go on amazon or autozone and get some and install it yourself. Today I went in around 8:15 am looking for an oil service. I was greeted immediately with no wait time. I was told the prices with each oil, and was told they would look at my car to see if anything else needed to be fixed. I waited for about 15 minutes and they told Me the minor things needed (coolant, air filter, new wipers) I told them what they could do and then they proceeded. The 2 gentleman who worked on my car provided excellent service and I am very great full during these times. This was my first experience ever at another place besides my usual car dealership. After being a loyal jiffy lube customer for over 7 years, I had one of my worst experiences today. I wish I could give this a 0 instead of a 1. This location definitely needs some major changes in customer service. The manager is not only uneducated in their services and products that they offer but also very condescending and passive aggressive. Not only was she reluctant to help but also very dismissive to anything I had to say. One of the workers sold me some wiper blades and said they were going to install them but instead they left them on my windshield as they rushed me out the door. None of the workers reviewed the services they did for me. I had asked when I first arrived for my battery to be tested and before I left one of the workers said to me "go to O'reilly, they do a full test and charge for you." disappointment. read more

I left and immediately my car was making low rumbling muffled noise anytime I accelerated. I called and told them, they told me to come back as soon as I could. So I did. Turns out they took out my old filter and NEVER PUT THE NEW ONE IN! Right when I got there they were apologizing but what the hell? Why don't they have a checklist in place to ensure they don't leave anything out? I was never even offered a discount for my next service.
