Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Typically in my old place of business that I used I was there 3 to 4 hours waiting for similar services. My time is precious just as theirs is. Brandon was polite. The customers service was important to him. Thank you, Brandon and guys in the shop who took care of this customer. As I was ready to leave and pay my bill, Brandon said "No Charge". What? Wait I need to write you a check no ma'am no charge today I was blown away. They took it for a test drive. You could almost push the brake all the way down before it would stop and it didn't stop very well. We were expecting the worst but after about half an hour they put the tires back on and came in to talk to us. They said that they adjusted something on the brake and now it was so much easier to stop and also it would give us a lot more time before he had to spend money on new brakes. What was the charge, I asked? No charge they said. We walked out of there like we were walking on clouds. What could've been several hundred dollars ended up costing us nothing. I've been there several times before and I've never been disappointed with anything they've done. My thanks to the owner, the workers and everybody involved at that wonderful business. But I don't recommend if you expect them to do everything according to your manufacturer's recommendations. I brought my AWD Camry in to get serviced. Everything went well except for the part about the drive shaft bolt retorquing. There's a bolt on the drive shaft of AWD Carmy's that Toyota requires retorquing every 10,000 or 15,000 miles / 12-18 months (depending on driving conditions). Toyota service centers do the retorquing every service they do. But when I talked to the service rep at this location, he didn't know anything about it. My point is that you'll probably be happy here if you just want basic car service. But if you want to make sure you get manufacturer-specific things done for your car, take it to the dealership.

Got there, they were working on one suv for tires and one more after it and then me, I arrive early at 5 to see if maybe they were gonna be empty but I guess not. After I went inside to look around while waiting and around 40-50 minutes later I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. I was confused so I went back to the auto center but the door was locked, waited like 5-10 minutes to get someone's attention. Finally and the guy that came to the door told me to wait for his manager because he was busy so I did, keep in mind, I saw him on his phone before even noticing me. Anyways he tells me he won't be able to install the tires and that his employees aren't willing to stay overtime. I came all the way from Sherwood, waited an hour and a half after work and even got there early. A whole waste of time, atleast I was able to pickup my tires I guess but huge waste of time. I should also mention the workers there don't look like they should be working there, they're overweight and slow in the brain, like they can't process the fact that they're car technicians so honestly it might've been a sign that my car would've been messed up if I trusted them.
