My son took his truck in to have some work done. He asked the manager if me needed to remove his tools. The Manager said no they would be ok. They kept the truck overnight. The next day they called and said the truck was ready. He picked it up the next morning he went to a job and found out some tools were missing I called and filed a claim. It has been two weeks and I can't get anyone to call me back. Left several messages with the claims adjuster. Finally gave up and called her supervisor. He did not call back. I have now called corporate waiting for a call. read more

We had a 1 pm appointment. We were told that it will be 90 minutes. We came back and our car was still parked where we left it. I ask what is the purpose of making an appointment and the manager responded rudely so that you don't wait until 7 at night. I came to this facility 10 years ago and there was a rude manager then too. They do not value their customers or value your time. I will never come here again. The manager's attitude was you can take your keys and leave. Not sure if we were treated this way because of our race or he is just always a jerk. read more

This Firestone did a horribly sloppy job on my car and I have made several visits back trying to get it fixed right, but now I'll be forced to go to the dealership to see if I can get the problem diagnosed. I originally went in because I had a loud humming noise from my right front tire. They diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and tie rod, also my alignment was off. I paid for these repairs, but when driving away I immediately I still heard the humming noise. This time it sounded like it was coming from the rear. I went back a few days later, and sure enough the back two wheel bearings needed replacement. Driving away from that visit, I noticed I STILL heard the humming, but this time it sounded like it was coming from the left front tire. I went back AGAIN and they replaced that one. 3 visits and $2,500 later, I drove away thinking that finally my car would be OK. Nope. I noticed within hours that my car was vibrating as I drove. It had not been vibrating when I first took it in, I only heard the humming noise. I had lost trust in Firestone at this point, because they should've test drove my car after repairs to make sure everything was good. Clearly they either did not drive it, or they ignored the issue. I decided to go to a trusted tire shop I always use to have them check the wheels. The tire shop told me there were no weights on my wheels at all!!!!! Either they came off when I was driving, or they came off at Firestone and nobody noticed. My wheels were badly out of balance and I paid this tire shop to correct the mistake Firestone made. 5 days later, my car was vibrating again, so I went back to the tire shop and had them look again. They said the wheels were out of balance again, only not so bad this time. They said if it happens again, it may be an alignment issue and I should go back to Firestone to have them fix it, since Firestone had originally done the alignment. Sure enough within 5 days I was feeling the vibrating. I went to Firestone and told them the whole story. They completely ignored me when I told them that a tire shop had found there were NO WEIGHTS on my wheels. Like it didn't even happen. They rechecked the alignment and it was a little off. Keep in mind, this was less than a month after my original alignment, so my vehicle should not have needed an adjustment. After the re-alignment I went directly back to the tire shop and had them check the wheel balance again. They did have to make adjustments AGAIN. So, now it's a week after these last visits and my car is vibrating again. Clearly, something more than just alignment and wheel balance is going on here, but I can't get Firestone to look hard enough to see what's wrong. Based on the fact that the wheel weights had come off and Firestone didn't notice, I strongly suspect that they did a careless job replacing my wheel bearings and tie rod, and something needs to be corrected. Incidentally, I responded very negatively to the survey that Firestone sent to my email after my last visit, and the survey promised someone would contact me because I showed I was unhappy with them. I have not received a call yet, and that was 4 days ago. My next steps are to take my car to my dealership and have them document anything they find wrong, then I will contact Firestone for compensation. I intend to get legal help involved if necessary. This entire issue has dragged on for about 6 weeks now, and it's completely unacceptable. If Firestone contacts me to resolve this issue to my satisfaction I will remove this review. read more

This place has no idea how to properly fix a car. I had my VW in for the 10th time because they kept screwing up the repairs and ultimately damaging my car. So far they have had to spend over $2000 fixing my car and they couldn't even reassemble my car properly after fixing it again. So now my bumper is falling apart, my car is duct taped together, and corporate has the balls to tell me that they need a "direct cause" besides their staff not screwing in the parts for them to cover it! Totally shady and this place needs to be shut down by the government. Don't even get me started on how Derek, the manager, refused to give me a receipt, and David, their lead tech was rude af when I pointed out the damage on my car. read more

Horrible service from the front desk guy to the mechanic. Waited two hours for an oil change (with an apt) and then when it was finally ready, the car was making a rattling noise like something was loose. I took it back and the mechanic was very rude and said it wasn't him. I had to get a little aggressive with him before he finally agreed to look at the car. He told me two screws had popped off the under carriage shield and he went ahead and replaced them for "free." Never apologized and never took responsibility. Acted like he did me the favor! The first picture is the incorrect one they gave me after they stole mine, completely wrong size. 2nd picture is the correct one. Holy hell this place is slow. Made an appointment for a simple oil change and it was an hour after the appointment before anyone even touched the car. Then another hour to do the service (which should take 20 min at most). This is the second and last time I'll be here. This place is a joke. Took my car in to fix my tire and they told me my rim had a crack in it. I as if they could find me another rim and he said it would be $700 so I I went online and found one for much less $140. When back 6 days later with me new rim and then he calls me later after dropping the car off telling me I need a new tire $260. I'm over this place got a new tire from Arts tire for $160. read more

We came in to get a tire for my Jetta, and Dan(the U.S. Army Vet) helped us out. The wait was going to be over 2hrs so my husband decided to take the tire off himself & just have them put the new one on the rim. It was only 2 people working this Morning & he had people calling left & right. Even though he has a LOT going on his customer service & patience were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I have used this place for years to service my company and personal vehicles. We took our 2010 Porsche Panamera S (v8 non turbo, base model) in for new pads, rotors, and sensors front and rear. They called me with an estimate of $4800.00 to replace these items but yet could not give me specific prices, labor costs, etc. So I price out OEM Porsche rotors, pads, and sensors based on the VIN number and the total price of parts is $1530.25 (update: even less on https://www.gaudinporscheparts.com), and I am sure they get a parts discount as most shops do. So I go in to this location to have them explain the roughly $3300.00 they are charging for labor. I ask to see the estimate and he tells me that it disappeared from the computer. When I ask how they came to such a high estimate, he says, "well I called Porsche and asked them what they would charge". I asked him again to break down the costs and he says, "well it's 1.8 hours of labor per corner (per rotor/pad). So that's 7.2 hours at roughly $458.00 an hour, to replace four rotors and pads and sensors front and rear. They tried to scam a long time customer and I am very disappointed. I took the car to a reputable local European shop and they are doing the work for less than half the price quoted by this Firestone. read more

I should've read the reviews before coming here. Short story: they made me wait 4 hours for a simple patch on 1 tire and I will not be returning here ever again. Long story: I just got a whole new set of tires about 2 weeks ago from another Firestone location. Today I took my car to this location at 11:15am for a simple tire patch as I had a slow leak overnight, and since I just got new tires the patch would be free. I was told I had 3 people ahead of me - a 45min to 1.5hr wait. So I ubered home (nearby) to finish working on some things, and got back to Firestone at 12:45pm (spent $20). Nobody greeted me or gave me an update. At 1:15pm I was told my car was next up to be fixed. 2pm rolls around and they say they are almost finished. 2:20pm I walk outside myself to see what is being done, and don't see anyone working on my car. I decided to just watch and see if anyone is working on it. At 2:50pm I had enough and politely asked if they could make sure someone was working on my car... and the guy (I think his name was Raymond?) had the nerve to tell me once again it was "almost done" and that he "saw them doing it now". At that point someone FINALLY went and put the patched tire and my car and I was out of the door just after 3pm. I will never be coming back here or possibly any Firestone ever again because of the poor service I received. I will just stick with Discount Tire! read more

It's worth noting, that I have brought my personal and work vehicles here for a decade. I took my car in for an oil change. I informed them of two alerts that needed to be reset. When I picked it up, the low tire pressure alert and over due maintenance alerts were still up as well as a new 3rd alert which started it was unsafe to drive. They informed me they could not reset volvo alerts and that the new one was due to a low fuel level. I know what a low fuel light looks like, it was not that. Never the less, I went and filled my tank, no change, and brought it back. I spent my entire lunch break working with the manager Joe, to fix it. He was in fact able to reset volvo alerts. Apparently only the manager knows this trick. We did not resolve the new alert that stated it was unsafe to drive. so I walked back to work. When I can back, the manager had went home with my car key, and I had to wait for him to drive back during rush hour to drop it off. He did not offer a discount on future services or anything of the like, just handed me my key and walked away. I am no longer a loyal customer, or a customer of theirs at all. read more

I happened to be passing through town and needed my oil changed and called over the phone to find out the wait time. They told me I would get in right away but when I got there it was an hour and a half wait. Fine.. I had them look at a few things and they priced it out (only what I asked about) Still fine. I settled with just my oil change. I signed my paper and started reading through the paper work and noticed it said an oil leak. I asked this guy and he explains to me I have oil all over the bottom of my car. I being a female probably would have never looked at that. I usually just sign and count on them to let me know if my car has a huge problem like that or not. They were NOT helpful in explaining what I should do. I've never felt uncomfortable at a Firestone before .. Just be careful. Ask more questions than you should here. I will NOT be returning to this location again! read more

I think I'm through coming to this location. I've been here maybe three times, and it's never stellar, but the associate this last time reeked of attitude that I didn't find professional. I have a lifetime alignment with these guys and I'm certain the mechanics hate the folks like me who have it. My tread was wearing all sorts of whack and so I took my car in for an alignment. When I came back after it was finished, we walk what feels like "the walk of shame" to the very back where the counter is located. The man at said counter never says anything in a form of a greeting and then rings up the total and tells it to us. My boyfriend asked if it was really far out of alignment due to the uneven wear on the front tires. All this friggin' guy says, meanwhile not looking us in the eyes once, is, "No. Those are just not good tires. If you got them from Discount Tire I worked there for 9 years and they bad tires." I couldn't tell you if I actually rolled my eyes or if I just did mentally. Good thing he didn't thank us or tell us to come again, because then he might have expected us to and now there won't be any surprise when it doesn't happen. read more

I went in to have my rotors resurfaced and while there decided to also have the spark plugs replaces since it was getting about time to do so. While trying to resurfaces the rotors they damaged them somehow and told me they would do new rotors and brake pads for free. I thought that was unfortunate for them but was good that they tried to make it right. On the drive home was hearing some noise from the engine compartment and also found it was really difficult to get the truck to come to a complete stop. I took it back to them right away. It turned out that the spark plugs were put in incorrectly and were causing a misfire. They also decided to switched out the brake pads again to try and fix the brake problem. It was getting late in the day and I didn't think they would be able to get it all fixed before they closed, but in less then 15 minutes they switched out the brake pads and fixed the spark plugs and pushed me out the door. They didn't even clean off the oil streaks the mechanic left on the driver door and center hand rest. I thought fine, at least they fixed the issues that they caused. I only lived 5 mins away and was able to make it to home ok. The next day during rush hour traffic, while stopped at a red light at a busy intersection down the street from my house, my truck just dies on me and doesn't want to turn back on. The cops had to push me out of the intersection because I was blocking so much traffic. I called firestone and they said to take it back to them. I had to call a tow truck and leave it with them. I am now with out my truck and no way to get to work. My truck was in great working order. I went in to have minor maintenance but ended up with a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to go through. read more
