Got an oil change from this location and about two months later, my car broke down while driving. Took it to the dealership and they informed me that whoever changed my oil last had not closed oil filter properly, so oil had been leaking constantly. Ended up having to get an oil change at the dealership. I can understand mistakes but was not fun having to idle my car home after it sputtered out on the side of the road! read more

I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me. A lot if people in this type of business see a woman and try to take advantage, but that wasn't the case here. They talked to me respectfully. However, the waiting room is dirty and leaves a lot to be desired. Likewise, there was nothing Jiffy about the experience. I was there over an hour and a half (but was told that it would be 40 minutes before they could look at my car when I arrived.) I'm also not sure that they even looked at my filters. Came in today in need of an oil change - someone did recommend this specific location to me actually! Stephanie helped me from the moment I got there & when I came back to pick up my car. I sometimes struggle taking my car into places alone due to unfriendly behavior from staff but Stephanie was incredibly nice & welcoming. You could tell they were busy but made sure not to display any type of frustration towards me or other people waiting. She was also incredibly informative & helped suggest what needed to be done to my car to make sure it's in good shape. We need more people like her in this industry! Drove right up and greeted by friendly employees to help get my oil changed. I watched through the glass as they did full service check on my car from the brake lights to vacuum the mats. I watched as they refilled my fluids and refilled my cabinet filter. After they completed initial inspection on my car, someone car into the waiting area to explain the recommended services needed and explain next time I will need oil change. I really appreciate the professional and quick service. The waiting area has tv to keep you entertained, magazines if you prefer to read and water/coffee. I actually enjoyed being able to look through the glass window to see what was going on with my car. I am girl that likes to see your actually taking out the old and putting in the new. Note: Mid morning is best time to visit this location as I was able to drive right up and get immediate service by 3 employees. This location is poorly managed and the staff has a bad attitude, particularly Logan. He clearly does not enjoy working at JiffyLube and appears to not care about his job or how he makes customers feel. The manager on duty failed to address the issue and rather than apologizing and admitting that Logan's behavior was unacceptable, denied me service and asked me to leave. He clearly is not suited to be a manager and it was very clear that he could care less about losing business by denying a customer service based on a poor action that one of his employees is responsible for. read more

We drove all over calling a bunch of places looking for anyone available for an oil change, and last min pulled into here. In no time flat they were getting ready to assist us. Logan was amazing, he came right up to us and started getting the car looked at. He was super fast and efficient, I was amazed by his customer service. I tend to only go places with 4+ star reviews, but I found myself in a bind when I was getting to my 7,500 mile Kia check up (in order to keep my warranty active), and every other auto shop was booked up. I came here last minute for an oil and filter change, fuel additive, tire rotation, and an inspection of air filter and hsg belt. Not only was the staff able to do this within 30 minutes, they made sure to add a note about checking the hsg belt since it is not on their standard check off list. I want expecting the service I received today honestly. I came here because I live a block away and I'm lazy. Glad I made this choice. Rich helped me out and answered any question I had. You can tell he knows what he's doing and really cares about it. Made it easy to donate to MDA through Jiffy Lube because you can tell it's important to them. Doesn't press any other services on you but I added two more services because they were needed. Jiffy Lube just needs to update what they show on TV. Well, I have to apologize to this establishment. I posted this review about a month ago, and, since that time, I had my car back to my own mechanic, who, indeed, confirmed that they mistakenly forgot to change my brake fluid when they replaced my brakes. Boy, was I ever wrong about just assuming that I was being given wrong info by this mechanic!! Sorry, Jiffy!!! Nothing "Jiffy" about this location. And, they had all sorts of recommendations for us to spend more money with them, for things that just weren't necessary. For instance, they told us the brake fluid was contaminated and needed to be flushed and replaced, however, that was actually done about 2 months ago when we got new brakes from Welhelm in Cave Creek, so we knew that was an outright lie! I came in this morning to no wait...yay! (It was 45 minutes the afternoon before). I was promptly greeted and escorted to the waiting room. A few minutes later I was told that I didn't actually need an oil change and was good for another 2000 miles. Even though my oil change message was displayed in my car, the manufacturer has it set to a specific number of miles not necessarily when I need one. They topped off my fluid and sent me in my way in 10 minutes (maybe even less). These guys could have done the oil change anyway and I'd never have know. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I went in to get my oil changed and they didn't add oil. I left the shop and my oil light came on. I had to go to on a work trip so I didn't get it checked out till I came back a few weeks later and turned on my car and it started to make a funny noise so took it to another mechanic who said there was barely any oil in the vehicle. So I took it back to jiffy lube and the manager said it was my fault and that he wouldn't refund my money. I also called corporate and they were extremely rude and sarcastic and wouldn't refund me. Stopped by on my way to the Yelp Adopt-A-Family UYE at Metro Brasserie to pick up an oil change gift card, and I was there for half an hour. Worst service ever. If I hadn't waited until the last minute and wasn't just down the street from Metro Brasserie, I would've walked out. But I did, and I was, so I couldn't. So despite all my rage, I was - come on, you know the line - trapped like a rat in a cage. What - too 90s for you? Come on, Pumpkins rocked, admit it. Anyway, so first I stood there in the waiting room, me and the other three people waiting for their cars. There was nobody behind the register. I asked them, "Is there somebody working?" "Define working," one of them said. The others laughed. When the clerk finally showed up ten minutes later, he came in and started messing with the register, which I was standing in front of. "Hello," I said. "Wait," he said. I told him I just wanted a gift card. He nodded. One of the mechanics came in. Somebody's car was done. He called the guy, the guy came over. Here's their exchange: clerk: Your car's ready. customer: Did you rotate the tires? clerk: Yes. I mean no. (looks at paperwork) I don't know. (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back in). No. Do you want them rotated? customer: Yes. clerk: (sighs, waves customer away like he's swatting a fly) customer: I'll go ahead and pay for it, you know, since I'm standing here. clerk: oh, uh, I don't know if I can... (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back inside) Okay. customer: They're pulling my car out. clerk: What? customer: They're pulling my car out. I don't think they're not going to rotate the tires. clerk: do you still want the tires rotated? customer: No. clerk: (rings him up for oil change, no tire rotation) My turn. me: "I'd like a gift card." clerk: "How much?" me: (tell him amount) clerk: (stares at register for 5 minutes, every once in a while glancing over at piece of paper taped to wall) me: Everything okay? clerk: (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back inside with mechanic. Together they stare at register for another 5 minutes, then mechanic goes back outside, talks to another mechanic, comes back inside) mechanic: You want a gift card? me: Yes. mechanic: How much? me: (tell him amount) mechanic: (goes back outside, talks to another mechanic, comes back inside, stares at register, reads piece of paper, re-reads piece of paper, stares at register...)
