Worst Service I've Ever Experienced - Vehicle Died Immediately After Oil Change I went to this Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change, and it turned into one of the worst automotive experiences I've ever had. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. Things started off fine, but the waiting area was dirty, dark, and dingy. Within a few minutes, I was shown my cabin air filter and engine intake filter with a recommendation to replace both, which I declined. About 15-20 minutes later, I was told my oil change was complete and everything was "good to go." I paid around $95 with a coupon and left. The moment I pulled out into the intersection right outside the shop, my vehicle completely died. I had to walk all the way back to Jiffy Lube to let them know. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager came out, tried to start the vehicle, and then told me he didn't know what was wrong -- his only "solution" was for me to call my insurance, pay for a tow to get my vehicle home, and then they might reimburse me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I explained this was unacceptable -- my car was running perfectly fine when I arrived, and now it wouldn't start at all right after their service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager got defensive, exchanged some curse words, and stormed off without even helping me move my car out of traffic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This happened at 4:30 PM during peak traffic, leaving me in a dangerous situation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Thankfully, an older assistant manager came out and at least tried to help. With the help of my friend and the assistant manager, we were able to push my vehicle out of the intersection into a safer spot in the parking lot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The assistant manager then opened the air intake and discovered a small plastic piece that had fallen inside, sealing it shut and preventing my vehicle from starting. Could you imagine how catastrophic it could have been if that piece had gotten into the engine while driving? Jiffy Lube's lack of care could have easily cost me thousands in repairs. Instead of immediate accountability, I was simply told I "might" get a reimbursement. This is highly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will never return to any Jiffy Lube location and will be warning everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. read more

I received incredibly prompt, friendly and efficient service with Adnan/Adam (sp?). He made sure to tell me of each cost, with an explanation of why it was needed. After letting him know we were heading out to town with this vehicle, he also made sure to let me know to stop at any CA Jiffy Lube location for top off on oil, and an overall check (free of cost) before heading back to Phoenix. I got the oil change, and the man in charge told me "you also need new brakes. And they look pretty bad, I would suggest sooner than later." Turns out - MY BRAKES WERE NEW!!! I've been here a few times. First time my car was telling me I needed an oil change, the guy checked it and said I was a little more than half full, so it wasn't needed, they also showed me a feature on my car that I couldn't figure out. So, then my second trip was for an oil change, their approximate wait time was quicker than expected, before doing any work he told me my options, what's best for my vehicle, and told me the other options and the prices. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place is a sh*tshow! Their customer service is a joke. Whoever owns this place, should fire them all. They should close their doors...lol. This gives me heartburn to have to revisit. Here is my experience: 1. Pulled up and the large doors were closed. Manager comes out and says we are closing for lunch and will be back in a hour. Who closes their business for lunch? 2. I call them several times during the week and every time there is at least a 2-3 hour wait....with only two cars in the whole place? 3. Finally get my car in, I had to leave it there or waste half of my week waiting. 4. I pick up my car close to closing, not a single car there. Get home and my car sh*ts oil all over my driveway. I call them and they are too busy to get to it. I Would have to leave it there again. 5. I take my car to a dealership and they inform me that the wrong drain plug was used and they tried to silicone around it to seal it. I Had to spend a ton of money to get it cleaned. Oil was everywhere! Lesson: stay as far away from this place as possible. They are amateurs and don't give a crap about your vehicle. My fiend had the same experience with the same type of vehicle and oil leaked all over her paver driveway which had to be replaced! Shame, shame, shame on them! read more

I went here a couple months ago and the manager had told me that I have been getting the wrong oil for awhile. I don't have much education in the car mechanic world and he was able to take time out of his day to explain everything I needed to know. I really appreciated his kindness and understanding. When it was time to get an oil change I had no hesitation choosing to go here. When I showed up Ron was right there to help me. He was able to walk me through everything with great explanation. He especially was so sweet and kind to me. I knew they were not taking advantage of me and my money knowing I don't have alot of experience with cars. Thank you all for being so nice to me!!! I went to two different Jiffy Lubes in the area before calling this one in advance to see if they had the proper oil filter my Audi required. Ron was amazing on the phone and let me know they had it in stock. When I arrived, Adam said it might be a ~45 minute wait, which I did not mind. It wound up taking no longer than 15 minutes (with two cars in front of me)!! Both Adam and Ron displayed exemplary customer service and even told me to bring some bolts for my displaced skid plate anytime and they'd fix it for free! I cannot rave about this place enough. If you need a quick, reliable and professional service done to your car go to this Jiffy Lube. I had trouble with my car and I couldn't figure it out. I thought it was the oil but it was the battery! They took the time to give me honest advice on what I should do to my car without breaking the bank and that's something you don't usually see at service shops. I couldn't thank Chris, the manager and every employee there enough for actually taking the time to explain the science of what's happening to my vehicle. 10 out of 10 must do it again! read more

I thought you could trust these guys. I drive in and am immediately told I have signs of an oil leak on my engine, yet no drips/drops on my garage floor. After $85 bill drove home and now I DO HAVE A LEAK!! My son tears the underside apart twice to double check that the filter was installed firmly and it was. Wiped the drain plug with a towel and it was hand tightened only and the NEW source of my leak. Tightened drain plug, no more leak. Disgusted something as simple as an oil and filter change can't be done correctly by supposedly professionals. Sad. read more

The worse service! We went for a standard oil change and they didn't have the correct oil filter for our car. They had to go buy one from across the street which took forever. They never informed us of this and we waited an hour and a half. They LIED to us multiple times and the manager had an attitude. Avoid this place! read more

I don't trust this business. I noticed on my invoice they fill the windshield wiper fluid, check tire pressure, etc. but I'm not sure how there was time as my car was in the back for no more than 5 minutes. So I called, and he assured me all that had been done. Well, it wasn't! No water, tires low, and so now after being talked into $138 oil, I don't believe they even used the higher quality oil. Next time I'll take to a busier, more reputable place. read more

I currently have a broken leg so I figured that pulling up to Jiffy Lube would be OK to stay in my vehicle little did I know I was met with the manager who told me that that was unacceptable and I would need to get out of my car. I let them know that it would be OK if they drove it in, but I would like to get back into my vehicle while they performed the oil change and I was told that that was unacceptable and to leave . I've never been a consistent Jiffy Lube customer, but it looks like I will be going forward! Usually having my oil changes (and replacement reconditions for everything) at our local Jackson's Carwash, I can now say I will skip the wash and go to Jiffy Lube. The guys were wonderful, knowledgeable and made suggestions based on my cars needs. No high pressure sales, which made me trust the things that were recommended. BAIT & SWITCH! This is what they did to me. I called to get a price for an oil change for my 2021 F-250. An employee named Raymond gave me a price of $124.64 for an oil change with 13 quarts of oil. When I went there Raymond greeted me and pulled my truck into the bay. Next thing I know is he came into the lobby and tells me my oil change is going to be $229! Oil change is normally fast and easy. The price for a normal oil change usually runs $49-$59 (basic oil). Average time 30-60 mins. Only thing that's annoying is the constant upselling, front desk guy burping and cursing. Not to professional at this Jiffy Lube. read more

Lost a customer and an entire family's service today! We've been taking my older car to this location multiple times with no problems until today. I normally come accompanied with my dad or boyfriend, but today I showed up alone (22y/o female) to get an oil change like any other visit. After a few minutes they get me and tell me they have to deny me service due to the 'condition of my car', they've found an 'active oil leak', and they claimed they don't have ANY HISTORY of that car ever being there. Which is false. They became rude and unhelpful when I expressed it has been here before and sent me on my way with no help and a 'potentially dangerous car'.
