I went to this Jiffy Lube location on September 16th for an oil change and tire rotation. This past weekend, my car began struggling to start, and when I checked my oil, I discovered there was no oil at all in the engine less than two months after service. This is extremely dangerous and shows clear negligence. When I went back to the store to address it, the manager tried to charge me for another oil change instead of taking accountability. The customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. To make matters worse, during my first visit, the staff openly admitted they had a new team that "didn't know what they were doing." That should have been my first warning. I'm highly disappointed with this experience and will be escalating this matter to corporate. No customer should have to deal with this level of carelessness and disrespect. read more

I brought my car here for an oil change. my car has a pouch button start. I left the keys in the car for them, they changed my oil, started it up and pulled out for me, I got in and drove away, about 29 miles I pulled over, went to grab my keys from the console and they weren't there. Tried to start the car and it said no keys were present. I realized they still had my keys and called them immediately and told them I was stranded and they refused to help me in any way. Eurico Carter was the manager, they couldn't even get a hold of their own employee who changed my oil and just told me there was nothing they could do and they left me stranded there 80 miles from home and refused to help. don't use these people as they will absolutely not take personal responsibility for anything, they'll leave you stranded as well. read more

Jiffy Lube on hwy. 78 Stone Mountain . Gets a 5 Star rating from me. From customer service, to the maintenance workers working on my vehicle. Oil change, air filters. Topped all of my fluids. What I didn't expect that they vacuum my car. It had a lot of grass in my car from me cutting the grass. Very fast service as well . Joe, (female) she's great with customer service explained and verbalize clearly what Jiffy Lube, was going to do and what preventable measures I needed to do to keep my vehicle safe. Brakes, new tires etc. I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland over 90,000 miles. (Joe) recommended Pennzoil high mileage synthetic oil. I can't say enough on the great service. A little higher than some. About $20 more than Mavis on oil change. Mavis $69 Jiffy $89 but the fast service and clear communication makes you feel comfortable. read more

They broke our glove department and tried to hide it. They didn't mention anything at all. I opened it to make sure all my stuff was there and the whole thing callasped. Only when I mentioned it, they apologized and tried fixing it. Ridiculous and honestly quite sneaky. If there was anything less than 1 star they would get that. read more

Honestly as soon as I approached to jiffy lube none of the coworkers had a face mask or gloves the woman who was helping me was treating me fair I felt like she was treating me sarcastically she carried herself very frustrated & treating her employees very rude cussing very loud like if there wasn't any guest around. Before the pandemic everything was great & now I didn't like the energy at all I will definitely not go back! And I definitely think the price ranges are not fair I bought the parts myself instead of getting screwed over I had a friend to help me & saved plenty then what they were asking for. I have been taking my vehicles here for many years for oil changes, transmission fluid changes, radiator fluid changes tires, and many other services. No more.This is not this same place any more, its under new management and is no longer able to provide these services. Went in last week for an oil change and transmission change something I do every 3,000 for oil and 50,000 for transmission. They said they did not know how to do the transmission and I told them how, its a standard transmission and takes 2 quarts of transmission fluid. Its a very easy task much easier than changing the oil but that ignored me and told me I would have to come back next Saturday. The manager told me he would be there and would take my car in personally.So Saturday morning I was there and he was not and the people there had no clue on what do do. I went across the street and they did it in 10 minutes but I had to wait cause they were busy, imagine that.. I would not recommend you take your car here for any services because the staff has no clue on how to perform them. Do so at your own risk. read more

Can't believe it. I pulled up and asked an older man if they were still doing oil changes as it was approaching 6pm-he responded yes but "we ain't doin dat"....I looked confused and he tapped the Havoline sticker on my window. He proceeded to say that they charge $19.99 and I ain't got nothin for that price-me still confused since I had not asked him about the price just can I get an oil change. He said mine are $45, I said that's fine that's what I paid at Havoline. He said "O did you now....well they got a big ol' sign that says $19.99 and I can't help you for that price-taps my window and sticker again:/ I'm thinking-Sir what is the problem? Are you going to help me or not?! I obviously chose to come to Jiffy Lube not Havoline... I finally decided to not spend my money there and headed down the street to Tire Plus. That was the craziest form of customer service. #WTF read more

Quick and easy in and out for a high mileage oil change. Have information about the status of my car but didn't push to make sales. Also vacuumed it out which I thought was a nice touch. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant! Seating area isn't much to write home about but I'm more concerned about the service than setting. read more

This was my first visit to a Jiffy Lube and at first I thought it was going to be great. I had a coupon for a $39.99 oil change, which I thought was a little expensive, but it was worth it if I only had to be there for 15 minutes. The man that greeted me was super friendly with his greeting and let me know that I was next. After about 30 minutes, my car was moved into the bay. It sat there for about 30 more minutes and when I inquired, he told me that they had a hard time getting the oil filter off, so I understood. The other guys were also pleasant and even vacuumed my car. The problem was with the lady at the desk who was trying to upsell me for about $200 of service and when she realized that I was not budging, she got very short with me and mumbled and flew through her mandatory speech. I had read about her on a prior review and thought the person might have been exaggerating. I guess she is on commission and was disappointed that she didn't land the sale. I could not hear her very well through the mumbles and the mask and she didn't think I was moving towards the pen to sign my name, so she grabbed it and drew a line across and he send. I'm afraid that she turned me off enough where I will not return to that location. read more

This was the worst experience I ever had. This company is thriving on women and people that know little about vehicles. I was swindled into purchasing synthetic oil that I didn't know the price of until my car was completed. When I didn't want to pay the extreme $105.00 for an oil change the Manager called the police, he threatened to keep my truck. I suggest that every one leaves Jiffy Lube alone until they show some appreciation for their customers. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube in this lifetime read more

Overall the establishment seemed to be well managed and clean.Yet,my experience here was more closer to a craigslist scam then a honest business transaction.Just before leaving home,my wife and I had a long conversation about how oil change company's generally add several fees that you really don't need.Her response is to just say no.Lol Before entering Jiffy Lube with this on my mind the Jiffy Lube employee /guy that I spoke to before entering the building assured me that a Conventional Oil change for my car would be $41.He also specifically asked me when going over Jiffy Lube's oil change packages with me "am I looking for high performance or looking for a oil change that was the best deal in accordance with my budge.I stated that latter,and he assured me that the $41 Conventional Package was the more feasible for me,and he went over all of the services I got with the Conventional Oil Change.I assume that the woman their on duty at the time was his supervisor,and she also confirmed the $41 oil change before I decided to let them proceed.I found it particularly strange that the woman employee specifically told me that she would take my payment "After" they finished completing the oil change.Once the oil change was completed I was then notified by the lady on duty on 8/1/17 on or around noon that the total charge was $49.She then contradicted the initial $41 charge they initially quoted me by stating that there was a $7 filter that they added on.This is where the scam comes in...As oil change professionals you would have known about that $7 filter 10 minutes ago when they initially quoted me the $41?Honest business that expect customers to return should quote you the total cost during the initial quote.Being sneaky about adding extra fees on is not fair and respectable business practices.Once the filter was already on my car I felt I had to pay for it.Otherwise,I would of had the option to decide rather or not I wanted to pay $7 extra.It's not just about the $7,it's about the dishonesty to get my business,so I will not be returning. read more
