Literally came here in a pinch. I couldn't read my oil change sticker and was in the area traveling/visiting family. I, then, typed oil change into yelp and this was the first/closest place that appeared on my search. Probably the best service and the fastest oil change I've ever gotten in the history of being a driver. The advertisement for a fifteen minute oil change is not a lie. They were literally done before 15 minutes. Their staff was not only super friendly and helpful, but they were a well-oiled machine. While the mechanic emptied out my old oil, one was inspecting my battery, one was pouring my new oil, another was vacuuming my car and another one was checking/fill the tire pressure of my tires. Being going to the location for the past 10 years I've been always satisfied with the Service but, today I was very disappointed, the manager Trevor asked me if I wanted the coolant to be filled for 4.95 or so because it was three quarters filled, I tell him to go ahead and do it, when I noticed the technician wasn't filling the radiator but the spare little tank on side, which took literally 3 seconds to fill, I ask if that was what they referred as the coolant and they said yes, I ask if they taught it was ok to change the 4.95 for that service and the answer was that if they filled the radiator the coolant will splash all over. I found this location to be pleasant and welcoming. I was promptly greeted and the wait time was minimal. Moments later the Manager returns and I could see he was genuinely sorry for what he had to say. Due to my vehicle he was unable to get the proper part. He didn't leave me hanging though, he gave me reasonable options. I went home, thought about it and went to the dealer for the part. The following day I took it back with my part and again was promptly greeted. Miguel and David did an awesome job with my car and even commented "you're back". They pay close attention to detail and are knowledgeable. I may have had to come back from my initial visit with the part due to things out of our control, but it was still worth the time and money; the dealer would have taken all day. I usually try to come here to get the oil change for mine and my wife's car, in the mornings sometime during the week days. They usually are not that busy in the mornings during the week. Weekends, are busier of course. But even when I've gone and they are busy, the workers are nice and communicate everything they are doing, also give suggestions to services your car will need or is past due for. They don't pressure you into buying the services that are recommended, they basically just let you know what the services are beforehand and how it might affect the performance of your car.
