I was helped by Christopher T and Andrew M, they did a great job on my car, explaining everything to me in good detail. I was completely satisfied with the work they did at a reasonable price. Poor customer service, bad approach at the station, no professional experience in the field, it shows $39.95 for first time service, when i asked about my car , the attendant refuse to honor the deal showing in front of their business, my car has 45,000 miles , it does not need any expensive oil, instead he told me that i have to pay $120 for my oil change. I refuse and i walked away. I do not need to deal with false advertising, rude attitude towards to new clients. read more

Went in for a standard oil change without an appointment and they took care of me immediately. I have been here before and they are always friendly and quick. I do check on my own when I get home to make sure everything looks good and I haven't had any issues. They do inform you of services that you could use or update if that's what you want to calm it but they are not pushy about it and if you just say no thanks they move it right along. I think it's a fair price for what you get and they usually have some type of coupon to get a few bucks off. read more

Came here for something very small. The mechanic tried to tell me that I needed to replace an entire wheel because it was cracked and it can pop. Now, I am a woman. I look like a woman who knows nothing about cars. I know damn well he's talking about my hubcap LMFAO. He tried to tell me that I needed an oil change as well and that I needed to replace a filter. I said no to everything. I ended up needing to take my car to my actual mechanic a few days later for something completely unrelated and just for my peace of mind, I asked about these things. He said everything was fine and confirmed that these guys were just trying to hustle me. Definitely going to the Burbank one next time, they don't do that over there. read more

Arrived with my dads car and they noticed the oil level was extremely low. They did an oil change, child check and changed the air filter. The windshield wipers needed changing but told me as a Costco member it is cheaper to go there! Imagine a business suggesting a competitor to save the customer money. All I can say is WOW! This Jiffy Lube has always been my location but I came in with a new-to-me car and a list of things to do on it. While completing one procedure a part broke off, not surprising as the car has almost 100,000 miles on it. The crew was wonderful, ordering a new part which was hard to find, gotten from a place 2 1/2 hours away. They held my car in their bay for almost 24 hours while getting it, then installed it at no charge. Then they completed my procedure and gave me a discount on it. The service area in congested and in between several other businesses. When you pull up for an oil change there's a guy yelling about blocking his entrance to his business but there's literally no other way to come in for an oil change. I've always been a person to take my car to the dealer for a checkup, people ask me why? Today I decided to come to Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change. Woke up bright and early to ensure that I would be one of the first to stroll right through. Being my first time Ronaldo was very kind and helpful of how the procedure works. The crew checked out other parts of the car that needed attention and I was happy for that. Not only did I get my oil changed, we changed the air filter and replenished all fluids. (the car needed it) After the job was completed the crew showed me the level of oil and how dirty my old air filter was. I am glad that it was brought to my attention. On top of the regular job, Ronaldo came and vacuumed the inside and wiped the windows. In addition I asked Ronaldo if he would assist with one extra task and he was happy to take on the task doing the best of his knowledge. Over all I am happy with the service. I've used these guys many times and they've been great. But last 2 times I've been there. It's been horrible. Today is Monday dec 20. I drove in there and the manager has the biggest attitude problem. If he's not happy with his job or he's having a bad day then he shouldn't be there. His team looks at him and they act weird as well. This review is for the owner to know that his manager is bad for his business. The manager is only happy when he sells you extra stuff while doing oil change. That depressing face of his is very bad for business. I called to ask for his name. Hadn't been here in years, since before the pandemic. Fernando as well as Chris did an excellent job shaping up my car with all the top-offs, oil change, tire check, etc and were both friendly, courteous and thorough in their work. They submitted detailed comments on things that needed fixing on my car (that cannot be fixed via their shop) so that I will know what to inform my regular mechanic later. Also gave me a good discount on the service. And, did not try to sell expensive oil option that I did not need, since I seldom drive the car, now that I WFH at this time. read more

Came in here thinking I needed a new battery because my wife's car wouldn't start and she said it had been a long time since she replaced the battery. Was fully prepared to shell out $150 for a new one, but the guys at Jiffy Lube tested my battery twice and told me very honestly that it was perfectly fine and I didn't need one, and told me to be careful to not leave the lights on for long when idle (which turned out to be exactly what my wife did). I got am oil change with synthetic oil and had my wiper blades changed and fluids topped off. I had less than 4000 miles since my last oil change. I went ahead and got it anyway because I wanted to use the coupon for the free rain x and 50% off wiper blades. I told the service tech that I had the coupons and wanted to use them. They never put the rain x on my windshield. I asked them about it and the tech said that they didn't have it and that they have never carried it. I understand that maybe this was a franchise or maybe sometimes businesses just run out due to high demand but no one ever told me that there was no rain x at this location. Had I not been watching, they would have just done everything else and not said anything about it. I had already paid and still nothing was said. It was as if they were expecting this situation and decided that they would just keep silent and hope no one would ask about the rain x not being put on. This is a lie by omission with a coupon. A coupon was sent and then when I arrived, the product was not available. I will not return to this business unless this is rectified. This happened at the Jiffy Lube #575. 10867 Penrose St. Sun Valley, CA 91352. The techs were nice and I feel that someone above them made this decision and they were just following a decision someone above them made. Got my oil change on 7/18/20 at penrose location the employees were nice and the visit felt extremely fast and hardly anyone was working near the car. 7/25/20 exactly a week later my car overheats when I'm 20 minutes away from home, the coolant was extremely low. That event brought inconvinience. The next day I took it back so they could check my car. FERNANDO found out they never filled up the windshield fluid, tires were not checked, and there was oil all over the mottor not from a spill it was from their sloppy job while adding oil. A phone call from the district manager was promised by tuesday 7/28 nothing. (Gave them an extra day before writting my experience.) Based on this I wouldn't recommend this place ir give them any stars. Find someone more competitive than jiffy lub. read more
